Thank you very much for the kind words. I love this throne, and hope it helps any drummer with back, or hip issues. Please use my affiliate link if you wish as shopping via my links helps to support my channel.
My wife purchased a Spinal G with a back rest, with three legs, for my birthday and it is the best throne I have ever owned. And I was coming off of owning a Roc-N -Soc which was the best throned I ever owned until the Ahead.
Fantastic video, Kenny! I was hoping someone would make a video regarding a drummer’s health! I already use Ahead stick wrap, and I love it! But you really got me interested in a Spinal G throne! I currently use a Roc-N-Soc throne, but would like to upgrade. I also wish to experiment with the hearing protection you discussed as well! Thanks again, Kenny!
another shout for the ahead spinal G, im drumming pretty much every day and i used to get fatigue on cheaper and not as well made seats, with the spinal G i can go for hours and hours without getting back, hip or leg fatigue! :)
I feel like if I bought this throne non-drummers are gonna call the split in the seat the fart channel and they're gonna call me the fart guy behind my back.
I have seen the spinal g thrones but never paid attention to them as a healthier alternative to normal thrones! Pretty cool. I have the Phil Rudd Ahead sticks, they are nice to use every now and then.
Brother I’m telling you it’s a great way to roll. I use both the Ahead, and Motion Pro thrones. Absolutely love them. And yeah the Rudd’s are perfect for what they are perfect for. Thank you as always my friend for watching, and commenting.
I have been playing Ahead sticks pretty much since I started drumming. I can’t speak highly enough about them. By far the most consistent and durable sticks you can buy.
«With a good nut on it. When you lock it, it stays there tight»… (???) The Ahead Spinal G is certainly a good throne, but it's not possible to prevent it from spinning with this nut. Should have been better to leave the choice to the drummer: Spinning or non-spinning. Even if this throne is well built in general, this nut is a real pain in the b….
You sold Me on that chair good Sir. I dig Your communication skills. Peaces.

Yep, Spinal G was one of the best purchases I’ve made. I use to have pretty bad tail bone pain after gigs. Gone now.
I really enjoyed this, Kenny! Thanks for sharing these gems with us. ✌🏼❤️

I love my Phil Rudd models.
First i think the spinal is a gimmick, after playing it 2 weeks: my backpain was gone. Im now playing it 2 years: never looked back. Best throne ever.
I know right???? Zero back, or hip issues since I started using a Spinal-G Throne.

Mind you I did put some Sil-Glyde on the wingnut, and the threaded post. Helped a bunch.
@@KennySharretts Thank you for the advice! I might give it a try! 👍
