Visited after storm Dudley,Eunice and Franklin. Amazing plughole overflow and sea like view due to heavy wind.

@ Hi, so far I don’t think there was any report anyone falling in. The area very well cordoned off. This is man made reservoir and the swirl release excessive water into the river below the reservoir.
