Josh Fenner thanks Josh appreciate the message, I can’t wait to have the time in the weather to get it all on there going to be like a different car. Do you plan to get it back on the rolling road and up to Santa pod and maybe a track day or two

Steve Sloan yeah man specially in the uk where parts are easily come by, thanks appreciate it, merry Christmas to you and yours. Enjoy the nice weather ☺️
I did remap on my 180 tt and we got max 210-215 from it + 80mm Silicone turbo intake pipe H0145 and Ramair Air Induction and EXHAUST pipe f70 Would I get better performance if I put this bigger intercooler ? I don't need to get a bigger horsepower, now my focus is better performance. What is next to be done?
Yeah you could expect to see that sort of increase just from better flow mods, a tt at the rolling road day was in the 250's with just bolt ons no tune
I brought it awhile back, now most tuners recommend Bosch 044 or dw65. These can be purchased from most performance parts places, but it is worth speaking to the person tuning your car first
What's your view on coilovers? Saw some Stance+ coilovers for £250 on ebay, but looking at TT forum, seems cheaper ones dont last long, maybe 2 years before they leak? Stance+ do have a 2year guarantee as opposed to 1 year that most others have
Nick I have been doing quite a lot of research into coil overs for a video I’m going to do, The stance +1 is to come up okay from what I’ve found them people have said that own them. The only thing I have seen is that the rear shock absorber bush comes out after a while but that can be after a few years.
Hi, I was considering going for a stage 2 with my Audi TT, and I have found this nice video. I would like to ask you a couple of questions: How many hp would you expect from your car, once you have mounted and replaced all these mods, plus the remap? Around 270ish? If you have to spend all that extra money (coming from the 250/260ish hp from a simple stage 1 remap) wouldn't it better to add an hybrid turbo and get 300ish hp? Or what are your goals/expectations with your Audi's performance in the long run? Greetings from Spain
FastAkira Hi, thanks for the message. “Stage 2 you would expect 280 ish hp, fitting a hybrid turbo is all well and good but if your going to to that you may as well change out the rods then you can increase the torque figure which is limited to 300ft lbs on stock rods. The stage 2 is a cheaper option because to do all the requirements to exceed 300bhp you’ll be spending thousands. I’m planing to get mine to 285bhp and use it for track days and fast toad driving :) thanks for watching
@@TheParrottBros285hp sounds really great. I've heard somewhere that with the K04 you can only expect 270hp max. I wonder if, beyond that limit, the turbo will still work with no issues. Would you say it's possible? Thank you for your videos, they came at the right time for me.
FastAkira k04’s to the best of my knowledge are good for about 285bhp and the rods can do about 300ft lbs. I know a couple people that run 280ish for a few years without issue. Thanks plenty more to come
@@TheParrottBros how many miles has your car? Mine around 160k. I wonder if it will hold an upgrade in hp at this stage. I've already replaced some oem parts, like the n75, and few other common issues. But the turbo is unchanged yet, for instance. Well, who knows. I guess it's hard to tell, kind of a lottery. Thank you very much, I'll stay tuned
Hey dude love the channel. I have a 2002 180. Which the exhaust fell off after 2 weeks ownership. So it has a 3 " cat back twin exit eBay jobby. Was great for ages getting bit bored now. I'd like to quiet her down a little bit retain the twin rear..any ideas ?
Raj Kissoon hey dude, thanks for the channel support. A stock 225 exhaust would be quiet, twin rear. Failing that something custom with extra boxes would be best. That or if you can get a second hand miltek, they are not too loud and sound just right Problem with most other systems is they are made to be louder so have less boxes
If your looking for more power the k04 225 conversion is probably best bang for buck alongside all the mods shown above. If your not wanting to spend lots then a bigger intake and cooler & downpipe will certainly help
If you are looking to modify it for more power I would recommend just getting a 225, you can spend a lot of money on a 180 and was still only get less than what you would get mapping a 225 from standard
I didn’t I’m afraid, ended up selling it on as decided to keep the stock look and painted my charge pipe black. I will be doing a fitting video shortly. Very similar process buddy
Nice little stash pb, ready for stage 2, keep in mind that ye olde clutch won't be liking stage2 beanage and a coil pack is liable to give up the ghost randomly. Keep up the good work.

I don't think many will be doing that kiind of stuff much now with all the crap going on in the country. Plus folk in general having to watch their cash and struggling to run their cars, so I think tuning mods like could be a thing of the past.
my personal view of this is more focused on newer cars, which are harder to "mod" more computer than car and you can buy a base model with a Sport kit on so it negates the need / want to do much too it, Yes the money is an issue but like any hobby people always find the money to do said hobby regardless
