It looks like you forgot to bolt your ground to the cam cover, near the number 1 cylinder coil pack. That might eventually give you problems. I had to clean all my ground point due to "terminal 30" low voltage codes being thrown on hot days. This can (will) cause mystery ecu and sensor codes eventually.
