  • In this video, I show you how to release the connective tissue that is causing your shin splints pain. Once you have released the tension, I show different exercises to strengthen your tibialis anterior muscle which will help prevent your shin splints from reoccurring. You can follow this routine before or after exercises, or anytime throughout the day.
