    I was in a car accident, where the other driver was going 80 mph. Over a year later, I'm still struggling with PCS.

      and how are you now? Do the symptoms come out of nowhere or only come back when you make movements or have small blows to the head?

    Stood up and hit top of my head. Can it cause concussion or internal bleeding?

      No it can't forces to the top can't cause concussion
