I love those lighted carts that come around at bar closing time. I love the hot foods that are ready for me to eat. And the clothing carts, with sandals that will crack and crumble on your feet.

They never clean the grilles , and the meat is most likely not cow meat , either dog meat or donkey meat pick ur choice
@@sakurakou2009 these are your assumptions based on fears, and I am just sharing facts from my own experience) been to TH 10+ times, ate those snaks in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Chang, and never had any problems. They do clean the grills (and it is also cooked on open fire so no problem with that), and the meat is most often chicken/pork - and you can always ask/see/taste which meat is that. Nobody is going to be running around and catching dogs for you there lol.

I dunno why people leave their dogs out every night over there. In smaller towns, dog packs form after dark that just go crazy making it too dangerous to walk at night in areas.

As a fan of yours can I ask a favour? Can you film all the way down to the end (the dark end) of walking street one day/night? I'd like to see what happened to that famous old bar/hotel called the 'Wandee Inn" that was owned by an ex US serviceman and run by his wife? It's down way past the P72 hotel and generally gets dark by 9-10pm (It has a small hotel on left side and a bar/pool opposite). I was there in '79 and all the way till '87. I love your vids as now I'm an old man and you take me back to some of my happiest and saddest days of my life.

Given the number of people, vast amounts of alcohol etc, it's surprising how little trouble actually occurs in places like Walking Street. Fortunately most people just want a good time :).
It does happen occasionally though - Always walk away from it, even if it's not you causing it. Especially true if it's with a Thai person.
The amount of available woman has something to do with it. The mission is hunting females not fighting other men. I am sure no one wants to get arrested on foreign soil.

I used to love going bar hopping. Now I can't help but think about how it's unlikely any of these young Issan raised girls ever aspired to work in the bar and go with anyone who will meet their price. The place is depressing for sure.
