Again, Thanks for the video - watching it again. Man, there is allot of street competition with guys and gals trying to get customers to go to their shops or food/drink/entertainment places. Surprised any of them make any money standing their on the streets all night. I bet the food/drink places are not cheap either and they usually walk you to some off the beaten path apartment made up like a bar. Has to be a hard life to live doing this kind of thing. The city that never sleeps.

Interesting that they had signs in English, articles I've read about Tokyo state that their red light district is strictly for Japanese only, and that there are only a couple places that specifically are willing to let a foreigner in. Is what I heard false? Is actual prostitution legal there?
it seems so wild with people yet they look so civilized. like they all do there own thing and go on. also doesnt look like they deal with a big drug problem on that street atleast.
Ignore the propaganda on internet that tries to spreads hatred towards Japanese. Most Japanese do like foreigners and are simply curious. It is all about mannerism, if you are polite and friendly you won't have a problem. There are many members-only bars in Japan (especially in Kabukicho) just don't mistake them as no-foreigner bars.
@@Nyugen-eu6rh If a bar won't take foreigners as members is there really a difference? Many nightlife establishments are unwelcoming of random gaijin and this only increases once you travel beyond Tokyo and Osaka.
Where do I find someone, who will take me on a tour of Tokyo - showing me the local stuff and how it is to live in Japan. I don't need to see all the sightseeing stuff.
You must be watching a different video to the one I'm watching. Only 8 minutes 24 into it and I've seen loads of litter everywhere. Though admittedly not as bad as I've seen in some other Tokyo videos. I think it must be some kind of knee-jerk thing: people see a Tokyo video and just immediately start banging on about how "clean" the place is, even though it clearly isn't. Odd.
