Being I haven’t had instagram in 8 years my comment might be outdated but when I had it Mr. Fries was the only one of the Food startups aside from AFNG that kept hood politics out of the business and I respected it as I would notice majority of the other startups were letting the latter be incorporated in the business and while I will always be humbled and remember my upbringing, I don’t want to go somewhere to eat and deal with all that and the rudeness but again Mr. Fries humbling❤

I always wanted to stop there but never did. Those crab fries sold me. Im definitely going there this weekend. One thing about Mumbo sauce is it changes depending on who makes it. I’m from B-More and whenever I went to DC I almost never got the same tasting Mumbo sauce whenever I tried different places. Some is thicker, some sweeter, some tangier, some darker. It’s one of those things with mad different versions.
I remember being here while working in LA, I would always leave the shop to make sure I supported his business, I was really close to your father, I'm excited to see the growth, and your father would be ecstatic, I miss him dearly and I'm so sorry for your loss. 😔
They opened a ton of franchise locations all over but many of them didn’t last long and have closed the last few years. Main things were price point (pricey), inconsistency in the food quality, no oversight etc, and lack of marketing/advertising. The Gardena location is the OG spot.
Nothing but props and kudos to the proprietors. I hit the one in College Park MD. and got the Honey Garlic Steak & Shrimp. It's definitely good, but maybe I should add extra shrimp next time because I only got 6 on the regular(not junior) size. Would definitely check them out/give them another chance, and support them again.

They didn't have to sell me on anything. I LOVE me some smothered fries. I got some Texas BBQ fries at a county fair a few years ago and have been topping off my fries with meat & sauce ever since. It had queso, pulled pork, BBQ, bacon, and green onions on top of a bed of crispy fries. I would LOVE to try some lemon garlic shrimp & crab fries.

Yea the one out here in Ontario is kinda mid for sure, I wish they were as good as the original location.

We love TF outta some fries out here. My son I had homemade pastrami chili cheese for dinner for about a week straight. Had that Delores Brick Chilli popping, bought two big ass bags of fries from the store and we caught the pastrami on sale in the deli sectionon sale for $5 that's usually $12 per package
When I tell you that's all we ate for dinner. Omg is was ON.

We use a lot of mambo in DC. I never had it elsewhere if Chicago is where it was originated.

We call it mild sauce I'm Chicago but it's a few suburbs that call it mambo sauce In Illinois one is Joliet, IL but we use mild sauce at all of our hoods restaurants on our wings, fries and burgers its a must have😮
