So when extra ingredients are added, the cost goes up. Also, when many different ingredients are changed, are you even making the same dish anymore. They change the bread, bacon, sauce, cheese, and seasoning, so that only the egg is the same? I'm sure it tastes good, but that is not the objective. If I show up to a risotto competition with the best beef and bell pepper stir-fry I ever made in my life, sure, the stir-fry tastes good, but that was not the assignment!

Im from NY and I love my bacon egg & cheese sandwiches. Its a to go to for breakfast! The 1st girl talking about ppl need to grow up if they still using american cheese but a BE&C is supposed to be simple but to each its own. I like mine on a roll a soft folded fluffy egg with black pepper no salt just my preference, if you from New York you know what im talking about with the egg. Sometimes im a little extra so I like extra bacon and extra YELLOW AMERICAN CHEESE with ketchup. It's fire! And differently hits!

Pork bacon, egg, plain cheese, salt, bread. Maybe ketchup. That's it. Not chipotle mayo, pretzel bread, provolone and gouda. I don't see her low scores as being out of spite or a ploy to win, her energy very much gave you did too much and I'm not rewarding you for it. A simple BEC from NY is literally pork bacon, scrambled egg omelette, American cheese and salt and pepper. You add ketchup if you like and switch to cheddar if you prefer. But these sandwiches are something I’d definitely make AT HOME bc I love a lot of flavors. Crushed pepper in my eggs 🤗 love

The first girl is in the mood for a spicy chicken sandwich and doesn’t want to admit it, the second guy is trying to hard with the extra thick cuts, Gouda cheese and pretzel bread. Hes flaunting so hard it’s obvious he’s used to gentrified neighborhoods. The 3rd girl did a good job mimicking a classic NY with a twist. American cheese is a must for me and if I’m doing another cheeses it’ll be an addition to the American.
