James that is definitely the ultimate breakfast burrito I love the roasted tomato salsa you made great tip on adding the smoky paprika if you didn’t have a chipotle in adobo sauce. But that nice crispy pancetta with all though roasted vegetables very delicious and you did make the perfect scrambled eggs a little on the runny side which is exactly how I love them
