    At 2:12 by M43 I mean the Micro Four Thirds mount😂 And also part of the softness you see at f1.4 might be because the depth of field is so shallow and it's hard to hit the spot with the focus. Anyhow, what do you guys think of it? Yay or Nay?

    This lens for range/zone focusing in street photography is amazing. A must have.

    I've got this one and the 17mm 1.4, both are fantastic! Mine didn't come with anything but the lens... 😒🤔

    Salutare!

      Salutare. Greu de zis, nu cred ca exista o varianta buna si una proasta. Insa mai ales daca vrei ceva nou dar cu un look si feel vintage, nu cred ca o sa te dezamageasca TTArtisan. Pe mine chiar m-a surprins, inclusiv calitatea constructiei si a materialelor.

    Good review 👍
    How would you compare this lens with Xf35mm 1.4..?

    • @MihaiStrömpl
      @MihaiStrömpl  3 года назад +1

      I'd probably pick the XF 35mm 1.4 if I had to choose, but that's mainly because of the autofocus, however it's so much more expensive, that the AF might be not worth it for everyone. Also in terms of optics comparison you can expect a bit more sharpness especially when wide open, on the Fujinon. Also I'm hoping to test the new XF 33mm in the near future and I'll definitely post a video about it.

    Is this a good lens for video?

      It's not too shabby, just the manual focus makes it a bit difficult to operate, especially at wide open.

    Any difference in quality from the 1.4 and 1.2 ? 7artisans 35mm ?

      I have used all three of the 7Artisan 35 1.2 mk1, 35 1.4, and the TTArtisan 35 F1.4.
      If u want best image quality, the TTA is the best, which is sharper than the 7A 1.4 at the corner. If you want specially bokeh, the 7A 1.2 has it.
