It's mostly talk and posture. And I would have paid good money to watch a short spin-off about the misadventures of the two in Tibet.

Erlich got 10% of a not so promising company, Pied Piper only became successful much later. Erlich was never a scammer to his incubees , a year's rent in his house would probably be worth 20k or so, most of the companies failed, he probably lost 100s of thousands in rent, he deserves the 10% once it actually works out.
What bothers me the most about TJ Miller's departure from the show is I always saw him as the "Yoda" of Silicon Valley. He doesn't need to be in every episode or have a pivotal role in the season, but he's there for guidance and a divine bizarre wisdom that only he can provide. The concept that Yoda could show up in a future Star Wars movie adds to the fun. Erlich could have done the same for this show from Season 5 on. Such a missed opportunity.
