Felix is such a good dude. Praying for yall. Eric you might consider a pallet with some weight on it drag behind the truck to level the rocks.
I saw another RUclipsr use an old bed spring that he attached to the back of his truck with a chain to level his driveway out. He said that it worked great. Something heavy like that might work for you without a lot of expense.
Felix is awesome 😊✊🏼✊🏼
Eric: Don't give up the Smart car to quickly. Get a "Beater with a heater" farm pickup. It will stay on the property while you are traveling. Thanks for the video. Jon
my dad used my childhood wagon to mix cement. now they have it for home work. finally.
Prayers for Felix 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
"I love my truck, she's right outside. I ain't got much luck, but I sure got a ride." (Glen Campbell - 1981) I love my 1999, F250, extended cab, V-10, 6.7 liter, gas engine, tow package, 127,000 original miles. Oxford white with gray interior. Nice comfy seats for long drives!
Wow, those wheelbarrow prices are insane.
That's really going to help, having the stone pressed into place. GO FELIX.
Hi Eric, you are surrounded by so many great people that are willing to help make your life easier. What a blessing for these good people. I really Love the look of the stone. It give your place a nice finished ,well manicured look. Have a wonderful fourth of July Eric. See you next time, hugs, Louise
You have land so you can do both the truck for the property and the smart car for traveling, best of both worlds!
Love. Appreciate the star videography!
Forget the wheelbarrow and get one of those wagons that can carry up to 600lbs or more. Some have a dump feature on them too so it makes it easier to dump things. We bought one to move rocks around on our property to save our backs and it was a game changer. No more tippy wheelbarrow straining your shoulders trying to keep heavy things from tipping on that one wheel.
Great video! I'm loving these homestead videos. I'm glad your friends loaned you a truck. I'm sure that made hauling stuff a whole lot easier. So glad to see Felix In this video, too. He's a great friend.
Felix is a good man!
Felix is such a good person. You listen to him and Kevin and they can give you lots of good advice. Things are looking good.
Dear Eric,There's cicadas in Arizona. Ask Kevin! 😊
I love the singing cicadas. But I’m from Missouri. They sound like summer.
FELIX is an ANGEL 💞
If you want Eric to keep his car thumbs up 👍🏻🇺🇸
ENJOY YOUR HOME
FELIX IS SO AWESOME 💯💯💯
Those Boots 🥾 look very very very Cool 😎 Eric😎😊👍
Driveway looks great.
hey eric they way i used to spread gravel when i had to was attach a chain to a 4x4 to the hitch and then put a small section of chain link fence to the 4x4 and throw a couple of tires for weight and drag it behind your truck spreads it wonderfully
Cicadas are in Az. But not every year. We only had them once in 20 years. You know they’re a mating call.😊
Drag a railroad tie behind a vehicle to spread and thin out the gravel.
Nice truck.
Mice brings in the snakes and Arizona has some of the most unsavory snakes.
Loving your property in Arizona. Love the way you have it set up. Best from Texas This is GW
We all could use a friend like Felix
Nice boots!! Your little one is adorable... Happy 4th!
Nice. Great video. Your new addition is going to be a handful…
Nice looking boots, now you can get a 50 gallon drum for water. Those round ones. Fill it with water and you can roll it up and down that driveway. Just in case you need a bigger surface area then tires. Need to test out those boots you know.
Have a good holiday.
GOOD UPDATE
Man i got to get me a pair of them boots!!! BRUNT
Happy Independence Day !
You will get a lot of exercise moving the gravel around. Consider. picking up a good sturdy pair of leather gloves to protect your hands - the kitties still want gentle petting. Enjoy the property. Happy 4th of July!
If you do go with a ranger, get one with the SuperCab with the rear-hinged doors.
I agree. It is time to lose the "cool" car for the practical pick up. Great to hear you are still doing well.
Putting the rock down helps keeping critters out, its difficult for them to walk on. Caravan Carolyn had cicadas at her camp, not sure how close she is to you? Loving your new place, what a great base camp for your growing family. And poo poo on all folks dissing you for this change in your life. I'm hooked on so many rver's that have added a basecamp/new home to their channel, it's thebpeopke I watch, like. You do you. ❤
You have everything looking nice . I think you have found your Home acres.
Happy Independence Day!!!🎉🎆
Those are NICE looking boots!! We'll have to check them out. Thx
Tractor supply is a awesome store.
I have another wheelbarrow you can use as long as you need it. Just let me know where to drop it off. Many hands make light work!
Far out! On the boots! 😮
That time-lapse was SUPER AWESOME!!
Very nice looking boots. Look good for hiking too. The stars are awesome. Happy 4th of July.
Hey Eric, had a 2002 Ranger I bought in '07 till I bought my 2020 F150 in 2022. Sold the Ranger to my daughter and Son in Law. Love my new truck!!! Everyone needs a truck!!!
Have a safe 4th
Felix is the GOAT!
Looking good Eric!
there is rentals in town. Homedepot, lowes, etc.. can get some equipment to make work go faster and easier.
i agree trade the smart car for a truck a ranger or f150.
Thanks
It all looks Great! you should make a cement pad to park your rv on
what about attaching an old metal bed frame to the back of a vehicle and dragging it up and down the rock driveway ? or perhaps a metal bar ?
The gravel looking good!
I soo love the KFC sign! still enjoying the videos for years and years and years...Thanks for sharing..
Wow those boots are nice, my husband could use some Brunt boots, I’ll look them up!
Eric, it’s been so much fun watching you on your new property. Your enthusiasm is infectious. Even when something disappoints you, like USPS not getting your address right, I know that big grin is on the way! Can you say FedEx?? Having Kevin and the Woof Pack nearby is another positive thing to look forward to now. All of the friends just make life more interesting. Sending hugs from Hammond, Louisiana! 🙀🙀🐶
Those boots will really come in handy if you get some snow there, and they'll definitely help with the white mountain mud. Cicada's? Yes Arizona. No this part, well at least where I live in Lakeside. And the quiet? Strangely enough, we get that here in town too. One of these days, I might just have to head out and find . . . another neighbor.
Open only deter them if you are motion if you're stationary and the light only allow them to see what they're eating
HAPPY 4TH. OF JULY TO ALL OF YOU.🇺🇲🧨🎇🇺🇲🧨🎆. BE SAFE 🇺🇲🎆🇺🇲
Those are some sweet ClodHoppers Eric.
You might have better to rent a small bobcat, you can compact the stone, move large amounts stone quickly
Perhaps buying a Bobcat might be a better purchase than a truck.
His choice. Peace.
The price for a day for one of them is over kill high.
@retro8696 true, but how much will he get done with Temps in the 90's? He should have gone with the 4 wheeled cart
I like 2 c people doing things to improve their own ecosystem like this is an ecosystem , cooperation, friendship, and love.
Can't wait to see TIG (TIGER) 🐕
Happy Fourth Eric!
I really like my F250 gas burner!!
🤛 Look’n Pretty Kewl Dude . . . YOU ~ ROCK ! ! 🚗
Lol, Christmas all year long. ☕️🇺🇸👍🏻. 🌵🌴🥞
Give it hell!
That wheel barrel was $49 at our Tractor Supply in Mobile AL
I am so glad to see Felix doing so good and I hope you really enjoy your new place. Stay safe and enjoy
How about a windowbox for your cactus
I'm seeing your new addition on all your friends channels. Looking forward to a formal introduction soon?
◡̈⋆ⒽⒶⓅⓅⓎ😊 Independence Day, Eric 🇺🇸🇺🇸
We do have them, they are not that loud, except for last year there were alot more and loud, but didn't last long. I think because we had more rain then ususal.
Yayyyy, felix was here.
Are there any equipment rental places ? Maybe rent a small excavator or tractor with and end loader bucket on front to finish the drive .
I'm doing the exact same on my new plot of vacant land. Using my truck and a rake to flatten out my driveway 😂
after a month, give us an update on the boots.
I think prices in that area are generally higher. I used to go there several times a year for work. It is a nice area of AZ.
Great having friends close enough to help out........Happy 4th Everyone
Instead of buying new tools, etc. ...don't forget about Facebook Marketplace, garage sales, and estate sales.
Nice boots!
Get Kevin's friend with the dozer to spread everything around and compress everything down. 👍🤠
Happy 4th of July!
HAPPY 4TH ERIC
4:50 I know from experience, don't get one of those wheelbarrows. You can't walk with them very well. One of those 4-wheel garden carts are great and similar priced on the "great big river" place. SO much better and some you can just hitch and drive short distances around your property.
Get a piece of chain link fence and drag it behind something
👍Felix is such a good guy❤️
Proper care and maintenance, 321,000 miles is just gettin her broke in good.
Go to market price and see if they got what you need
Great video thank you!
Go to your nearest Ace hardware, for that wheel barrow
Nice seeing your progress. Sorry to tell you we do cicadas in Arizona.
Perfection. 🎉🎉🎉 loved this video new chapters of life woohoo
Really enjoying this home base build.
When you do finally hit the road again, please keep it short, so you can get back to home base!
Nice to see you so Happy on your land
