That should have been thought before going "full electric"...
I just noticed at the end of the video one of your sponsors is Ansell. My uncle worked for them in Coshocton OH for more than 30 years. I sent him your video testing some Ansell gloves and he recognized them and said they were most likely from a factory he built in Sri Lanka. He was one of the manufacturing line engineers and built lines all over the world until he retired. Small world! I also appreciate more normal sized mechanics on RUclips. Since we are of a similar height I know if you fit in a car I most likely will too! Take care and love the work you are doing.
Estoy deseando ver que sale de ese MOT (ITV en España), ha sido un chasco cuando se ha quedado pendiente para "another day"
Patience amigo!
Finishing the railings before adding a bar... smart move :)
5:34 No visible number plate showing on the vehicle means it's an instant MOT fail. That's why Jason the tester is shaking his head.
The number plates were probably obscured in the video preparation stage. In the real world they were visible.
@@mbak7801 Whooooosh.
The MOT-guy has far more than the license-plate to shake his head about. Given the state of the Rust-Rover, he might even end up getting a headache from all the head-shaking ;-)
CHINYA!!!! that boat is sweet and that duesenberg is a dream ride...
Been waiting all week for this! Thanks Edd!
me too cant wait to see the fail sheet
Classic Range Rover. Breaks down on the way up the hill.
Clearly repaired to factory spec and "as new" standard! 😁😁😁
I really don't like hearing "a job for another day". I want to keep watching Edd. Lol
Yeah me too , l hate those last words , it feels like the end........😭
I have told Edd to make them episodes longer , so we can
sit down & watch with a cup of Rosy or Coffee 😀
I can't cope with electrical problems. Faced with a multi-meter and 54 wires going into 38 terminals via 43 junctions, my tiny brain stops working.
It's like one of those hideous logic puzzles: Bob likes tea and hats; Steve wears a tie and drives a van; Mike and Sue like cycling but never on a Tuesday; Edd repairs vehicles and makes videos; Elli sobs quietly and wears shiny shoes. If everybody loves Muffin the Mule, what flavour of ice cream should Jason buy?
Huh? 🙃
These are the video's you should keep making Edd, very good and interesting. Thank you.
…Waiting The continue bar costruction.. 👍👍👍👍 edd you’re a big!! We Follow you!!! 👍👍👍👍
Are the “can’t argue with stupid” references to ‘you know who’ ?
It’s actually is or was a common tee in the States…..irreverent but that’s what you will find on tees…
Stick your hand out son!
I have to say, when I saw you towing that trailer in, my first thought was "Nice work Edd!! That's a pretty good restoration and paint job you've done following the MOT!". 🤣
Wow. Doing well in the subscribers Edd! Doesn’t surprise me though.
Edd's great!
Unkind of me, I know, but I couldn't help but giggle at how going up the Bat-Stairs magically cleaned Edd's clothes (c. 26:40 ). 😄
And cut his hair :)
Why not change the transmission fluid again several times to flush out the contamination out of it?
Probably too late, too much grime ruined the clutch pack and slips causes the atf to overheat. Also, flushing causes more slippage.
@@TheAndre8900 my opinion is that it is a good idea to pull down the gear box and open up everything down to the last bolt and accurately clean it and put new oil fluid but it it will quite a job. Perhaps it will be more convenient to fetch a good second hand gear box...
@Mike Jackson You my friend should stay at Neverland and not take the p out of our old beautiful Range Rover, the crustiness is a sign of character.
@@TheAndre8900 I hope this does not sound a little rude but, are you a transmission rebuilder or expert?
@@paoloviti6156 Honestly better of out sourcing that to an expert unless Edd is a dab hand at transmission rebuilds. The synchro's are probably damaged and clutch packs may need some sort of fiddling or replacing, not that I have a clue what a clutch pack is.
Gearstick and linkage assembly should also be taken out, wiped clean, checked for wear and re-greased if no welding, r-shaping or replacing is needed. Silly thing but the stick and mechanism may be more worn than the core of the transmission e.g. pinion gears etc. Not that Im an expert.
Yikes Penfold ! That is some clever detective work...da da da da da daaa daaa daaaaaaa. Ever thought of being an auto mechanic Edd ? Your magic blows me away everytime. I'd be happy to sit on a roller stool and watch you work your craft all day long.... yes , obviously cups of tea fresh for you as often as you wish.
While that part was certainly interesting, have you considered that maybe that whole segment wasn't actually a real fault and was just a fabrication to talk through trailer indicator wiring?
I can't see how or why someone borrowing the trailer would open that carefully clip closed enclosure, remove a connector and plug it into the wrong place, then put the cover back on without mentioning anything to the trailer's owner.
Or maybe Edd really does have some very sketchy and clueless mates that he'd trust an expensive bit of kit like that to??
it should be called “The Procrastination Station” instead…………..👍🏼
Fantastic and very enjoyable show Edd! And what's not to love about that mezzanine! The production and lighting qualities are second to none, and of course the Host!
COMO SEMPRE. VOCÊ É FANTÁSTICO
This video also shared its future plans for content - not to mention gling beyond cars in the workshop that's great work!
Anyone else notice the hair change between edd walking up the mezzanine stairs. I had to go back and watch it a few time. It was a sweet transition. But it made me do a double take.
Was just about to post the same as well. A haircut and a change of clothes!
be sweet revenge if vidal sassoon end up on the sponsors list, Edd really should do an entire 40 minute slot comparing the range of hair shampoos for men, could have a debate section about which hair shampoo Edd uses ... Dove for Men? sorry it's not really revenge, great show but the 'Tesla v (Johns) Range Rover race up a hill'' ... a bit naughty Edd
Edd Chyna in French cuffs--never thought I'd live to see the day😜
I’d like to get Scotty Kilmer and Ed China together for a coffee, tea, brew, or whatever. That would be a great video to watch!!
that guy is unbearable to listen to.
@@VintageMovieChannel I don’t think so Tim. Lol.
Those thin treads and no banister makes that staircase look like a deathtrap. Swish though. :D
