It's good to see Mark isn't slipping back into his WC Fields impressions during this, he's come a long way and he's a very successful and talented actor now.
Bah, he doesn't even know how to use glasses in this scene. You're supposed to look through them, not around them! I just hope Tim finally knocked some sense into him with that wrench
As usual honestly. He stole every scene he ever was in. I remember in that one Oscer special he just walked in and said "I just wanted to say I'm color blind, too" and instantly broke three people at once, including Tim and Gregg.
wow, amazing stuff. manny deserved that bopping. but he was redeemed when he recognized "The map of the baboon". also that one part reminded me of star wars by george lucas
Great opening scene, so reminiscent of films with such great forest or jungle walk-through scenes such as Steven Spielberg's classic adventure romp Raiders of the Lost Ark, or even Spielberg's favorite director Akira Kurasawa's film Roshoman featuring a groundbreaking tracking shot of a simple lumberjack's POV on a normal everyday walk that metamorphosizes into an extraordinary story. Immediately sets the stage for cinematic greatness right at the opening gun. I cannot give higher praise to this opening.
The rest is history. Yes, for any film buff, what happens after a baboon encounter is merely filmic trope. No need to pad a film with predictable filler.
Oh boy, I’m so glad I found this trailer! Heard about the new babbon movie, and I started searching furiously. But only thing I found when I searched furiously was some australia move about a lady’s car, not a monkey. Mark Prottzky is great as always as manny. But who plays curleu? Who will do the shuffle?
tim just whaling on mark with a wrench is a top tier bit
Matt is passed away. I think you mean Merk.
Mork
His name is Mark Porch.
HAHAHAHA IM AM CRYING, REWATCHING IT! HAHAHAHA!
Whaling on Mork Porktschtk
Isn't just a top tier thing.
I call it "top notch"!
That was a poem by Cynthia Drangus.
When you have films like The Pep Boys in them, you cant lose!
It’s important to remember what Tim has said about improvised physical humor: “accidents happen”
It's not assault if it was improvised.
This is my new favorite On Cinema thing ever.
And you know what? Mark is probably my favorite. There I said it.
Mark would be a much more significant contributor if he wasnt in a coma half the time
This is a real treat for Mark-heads. Five bags of popcorn and a little toy wrench.
I can’t wait for Babon to come out
It's good to see Mark isn't slipping back into his WC Fields impressions during this, he's come a long way and he's a very successful and talented actor now.
@@Dingbat_666 shame he passed away in incident
@@antarcticaofficialthat’s Timhead propaganda, he’s not resting in peace just yet…just in another coma.
Mark Porch steals the scene.

I hope they get the car in tip top shape
Made me chuckle
This has a chance to be even better than Deck of Cards. I'm lightheaded with anticipation!
wow, amazing stuff. manny deserved that bopping. but he was redeemed when he recognized "The map of the baboon". also that one part reminded me of star wars by george lucas
the soundtrack was too scary I really felt like baboon was going to get me
With?
Its "the map of the baboons"
Is that the broom from Mrs Doubtfire??

watched this like 150 times already
@@dontknow3949watched it once. Kinda mid honestly...
An absolute masterpiece. I pray to the 5 bag gods that it gets completed.
I just searched for this and found it uploaded 12 minutes ago. 5 bags
and maybe a little mouse b/c you used your computer
Don’t you mean 5 baboons
But how many bags of soda?
Lol
You heard the man let’s get this car in tip-top shape!
Still waiting for more info on the upcoming Bombadil Jackson epic.
So happy for Tim that a real Pep Boys production has come to fruition. Don’t ruin this IP - it means a lot to more people than you’d ever imagine.
So true. Do all us OG Pep Boys-heads proud. Don't go WOKE!
When I saw this live, I almost died choking from laughter
“I’m gonna really actually hurt you now”
I'm donating all my HEI Points to the continued funding for this feature. "BABOON a Pep Boys Story" - In select theaters late 2024
Thank you so much for uploading this, i don't have to go to the full special to watch this now... And i will be watching it a lot
While the oscar Special left so many unanswered questions, the Joey P/Kaili Amato interview clearly answered all the Amato related questions
The trailer still gives me chills.
I've watched this so many times I just noticed Mark can't see through his painted glasses. LOL.
0:40 Gregg finally manages to get his own Decker character based on his own name's name wrong
I'm stunned I hadn't noticed this before, how is that possible even? I thought "Kington" was meant to sound James Bondy, I don't know why.
lol he gets his own characters name wrong constantly
at 4:20 you can see he really gets into character
cant wait for the film
Sort of A Few Good Men (in this case, a few boys) meets Anaconda (in this case, Baboon). I like it.
The rest is history. Yes, for any film buff, what happens after a baboon encounter is merely filmic trope. No need to pad a film with predictable filler.
it’s the map of the baboon
Babbons
2:33 I thought Joe was going to say, "Tip Toe." I miss my Tip Toe. RUFFrff.
He’s go wherever I’d goooooo
Swear I thought Tim was David Fincher
A lot of fine actors here.
Joey Patron only said not to do it because he’s too pent up
Trying to emulate the look of the pep boys logo by giving mark glasses he can't see through is hilarious
is Mork Prokse alive???
I'm scared of these babbins

"Pep boys" is so fucking stupid I can't stop laughing
A couple of 'babbons.
Tim looks just like Will Forte here!
How is Mark taller than Tim now?
This is a tip of that hat to Three Stooges and also The Mummy.
Moe is terrifying as the baboon in this scene
I’ve always known I was a “manny” type but only recently I discovered that my wife is a “moe” type
I made a sandwich out of some bread
Mark should have been smarter
it's not kind to say this about someone who has sadly passed on Amen
I haven't seen any On Cinema stuff in a few years. What the hell is happening.
The Hei network wanted all your money, so they cut us off behind a paywall
Cinema
Whats a pep?
Still waiting for WhaleMan
Earned my sub
G allowing Gregg to show this proves his mental decline.
Feersum babon
🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿
Five bags of popcorn and a banana.
tip top shape

Nice
😂
If history is an indicator, the next thing to happen is Peyton Reed directs King Kong and cast Gergg and Mark
