A little over a year ago I was into spin bike as cardio workout. Over the course of three to four months I lost 44 pounds, I went from 264 down to 224 or less. Since I've regained the weight back, however I've embarked on spin bike exercise for 30 minutes practically every day since January 29th to be exact. I've gotten down from the 260 range to upper 230 range in weight. I swear by the spin bike, Once and a while I might switch off and do 30 minutes on the elliptical machine...but mainly the bike.
Hi everybody I started with this exercise four months ago because I was really fat because I had two pregnancies one after the other one and at the time I didn’t control the way I was eating I ate the world so I was 222 pounds so four months ago I decided to start exercising and counting calories I’ve lost 50 pounds And believe me I never had legs like this they are like a rock they are hard when you touch them the muscles are hard I am 28 years old I was thin before I was pregnant and even like that I never had a body like this I am not thin right now I have to lose 30 pounds more but believe me my body has changed And when I am exercising I have a dumbbell in my right hand for 20 minutes and then I put it in my left hand and I start for another 20 minutes basically I Exercise 40 minutes daily in the Number 8 the hardest resistance of this bike I am using my fitness pal app some days I’ve gone to a restaurant or to a buffet yeah but even like that I start again I don’t give up do you know we are humans sometimes you’re going to fail but you’re going to build bigger muscles I can see them I can feel them it’s amazing even my arms is because of the dumbbells and they are only 3 pounds they are not that heavy but I am a woman I don’t want big arms.
today people I am 156 pounds Thanks God!! ☺️ but I will be 140 in the name of Jesus!! I ate tamales, went to eat outside, eat pizza 🍕 but once in a while. keep exercising, drinking plenty of water 💧 eating healthy most of the time!!
I went from 307 to 218 in 120 days ,, only ate vegan and protein shakes vitamins creatine some eggs ,, salads chic pea salads apples etc I was never hungry and I went from very out of shape to male super model ,,, this is the best cardio low impact huge results

Cardio helps lose calories and unwanted fat. Just keep in mind also incorporate resistance training into your routine..just to have that sense of balance in your workouts.
Do it 30 minutes. You will see results. Buy a dumbbell to work upper body at the same time 3 pounds or five but even with 3 pounds will you see new arms. It’s not necessary to put all the resistance of your bike. I did 3 months in number 5 it has from 1 to 8 so I started in the number 2 little by little you are gonna feel it then 8 or 10 I don’t know it’s gonna be nothing.
