I think they should use the corkscrew plot of land to put in a more thrillng ride for the 48-in crowd. My friend's kid didn't have as much fun at Cedar Point at that height because you're just wasn't as much available to him like there was at Six Flags Great America.

    Agreed 💯
We need to wait and see how reliable the ride will be during near non-stop especially hot weather operation.
I'm looking forward to my first ride one day.. probably once it gets a year worn in

Yep, lots of hurdles, but the initial results seem promising!

I like rougarou because when I had a season pass and the day was busy it was a go-to ride.

Just mentioned a similar experience below, but I agree, on busy days, it can be the best bang for your wait time bucks!

I do think that the rougarou change did give Cedar Point a few more years out of that ride. Stopped liking the stand up version but liked rougarou

I dont know how "enjoyable" mine ride is for real though. CP is my home park, and im there 50 plus times a year. I can count on one finger the times i ride mine ride, rouga-nope, and corkscrew each year. Every year im also remonded why i only ride those coasters once per year.

We will ride rougarou 1-2 times per visit because it's typically the best coaster available with the most reasonable line lol
In terms of the other two...CP might still be operating them, but I have retired them both lol

My criticism of Cedar Point is that they don't have any thrilling rides for kids in the 48-in except millennium and Magnum. My friend's child could go over to Six Flags Great America and get more thrilling rides at that height then Cedar Point.

Probably going to see a more family friendly thrill coaster come to the park in the next handful of years.

I will not go on corkscrew ever again. Not enjoyable.

Between that and the mine train, I'll still take corkscrew lol
That mine train is a torture device for MANY adult men!

I just did corkscrew last Sunday at the preview day. It wasn't great, but I would ride that 5 times in a row before I ride mine ride twice.
