Also, not every one has the elcteic hookups unless you are in the lifers block with people who will NEVER return to regular society. there are some jails where the room is the same size, but there are 3 bunks in there, one on top of the other and the sink and toilet are connected into one body and the desk is nothing like that. On those bunks you can't sit all the way up without hitting your head on the bunk above you. But when you get to prison, it's the same but with only two people. Or you get dormitories with absolutely no privacy and open toilet and showers for people to sit sit by side with no barrier to handle their bathroom situation. Regardless, whether it is new or old, it just has better accomodations.

When I was in Scrubs C wing on the 4's the cells are like dungeons, the wall looked like it was moving at night with thousands of those silverfish. @@alexandercrush firstly some people wet the beds, and they don't change the toppers, just put fresh bed sheets over the dried piss stain, secondly the dishwasher doesn't even clean the plates and cutlery properly, still food and stains on it, but they still put them out to use. Mostly the cheaper hotels, the more expensive ones tend to have better standards. If you ever find yourself in a hotel, look under the bed, if there is all manner of rubbish under there you know it's poorly run, as it's the most neglected part of the room

U also get ur freedom taken,the rate of you raped beaten, crippled or killed is way higher and everyone u know mostly cut ties and everything that u used to enjoy like a small snacks price is multiplied by 10 and u can barely get that much money in prison
Only catch is you get violated so you wont have half your privileges
