Just purchased...easy to to charge..sinked up with my Iphone 6 fine...sound is very good....best part...they fit well..dont slip out like the ones with the earbuds...really impressed with these.
Chris, does the pouch hold the Iphone 6? Does it protect it from sweat? I sweat a lot when working out and it was great hearing the earbuds stay in your ear good. Thank you in advance
I have my phone in a Lifeproof case and the pouch did not hold it. However, Im pretty certain it will hold an Iphone 6 without a case though. The pouch isnt water proof...but I do think it would protect the phone from sweat.

Mine didn´t turn on when i got it. So i send it back to the shop where i bought it and got it back and it worked. And i love these, these are the best headphones i have ever had and 8 hours of used. It is alot of time
It would have helped to have a zoomed in shot so we could see the little button on top that keeps being mentioned.
This product is good! Although I have a narrow ear canal so I have to make sure I push it in snugly inside so it doesn't fall off when i'm moving my head. Hurts with prolonged use either, but that's just me. :) Would recommend to friends.
They should be instructions on how to put them in your ears probably because no matter what I do they just don't seem to be comfortable. I get everybody's ears are different but still
Great piece of gear. Much better than ridged plastic headband-style that I had before this one. Two drawbacks; hard to hear audio when walking directly into wind due to noise so I easily pause soundtrack. And sweat tends to go into earl canal due to buds, yuk. And thanks for video how to pair bluetooth on my new phone. I forgot how to do it.

Got these in the mail yesterday, but the darns things would not power on. Even after more than three hours on the charger red light never turned blue and they still wouldn't power on. Shipping back to seller today. I'm debating if I should pick up a pair locally and give them another shot. Meanwhile I've ordered some Jarbra Sport Rox for when I want a little more isolation from my surroundings and better bass response.
+RojasTKD7 this seems to be a recurring problem. I replaced two pieces because of the same problem,and the third one STILL wont turn on
+carnosaur27 I picked one up locally, and have been happy with it for several month now. it lets in background noise witch is good for safety, but I have to use it at max or near max volumes. Spotify volume are ok, but Netflix usually lower than I'd like in certain environments (Seems to be a Netflix thing, as it's volume tends to be lower than other apps).
i bought mine today doesnt turn on, shows no sign of life, and ive been charging it for half of the day.. you cant be serious or am i doing something wrong

my biggest complaint is you can only wear them if you're on a shirt. if you wear a hooded sweatshirt then the back part of the headphones will be rubbing up against the hood. when you move your head left to right it bunched up against the sweatshirt.
Having my iPhone 11 pair with my Backbeat Fit is consistently unsuccessful. I am also unable to set a password on the tech support portal...keeps asking me to create a PW even after creating one that meets basic criteria guidance. Frustrating.

How they hell do you reset the bluetooth, without the stupid app, i cant get anything to connect after pairing two different mobiles, i need to connect to new mobile and it just doesnt reset..

Product charges but will not turn on smh. I'll just stick to Beats by Dre.
I"m really upset. This product only worked twice since I purchased it. The light turns red when is supposed to be charging, but it doesn't charge at all. Even when plugged in, it won't link. I paid full price; $120 down the drain. I will never buy a Plantronics product again. According to the comments below and other websites, this is a recurring issue.

3 stars, ay best. No underwire in ear loop. Earpiece doesn't fit well. Writers of all, even used riding a bike, looking left and right works the earphone out of your ears.

So I paid $170 for this piece of crap and it only comes with one size earbuds which doesn't fit into my ears to receive good volume and bass. Do your engineers know that all humans have different ear shape and you should atleast provide three different sizes of earbuds like all other earphones? What a waste of money
