Easier explaination: 1) make sure Bluetooth are ON 2) make sure the headphones are OFF 3) hold the middle button between "+" and "-" until you see red and blue flashing 4) when it says "paring" click on the name of your headphones and it connects:)

Good for you.. how would you compare the Go2 vs the Go3 aside from the longer battery life? How is the bass? I am hesitant with the Go3 because it is very protruding. The Go2 was just slightly bigger than your usual earphones.
Can’t we charge this with charger instead of charging case at very first time to connect?? Because i purchased this from amazon UAE and i plugged in with my phone charger for more than 8 hours it was showing that is charging but i could’t find its full charge i plugged out the charge and trying to power on it but it doesn’t what should i do?? I have some headphones with the same buttons, but I think they’re much older. I don’t have the box/guide since they used to be my dads old headphones and he has since thrown the box away. Does anyone know how to turn off ANC? Is it even possible?
Pour ceux qui sont intéressés par ce produit, l'ayant testé je peux donner mon avis : -Bonne qualité sonore, mais pour le prix on s'attend à mieux. -Réduction de bruits pas assez puissant à mon goût. -Autonomie très juste 6h, avec l'etui un peu plus. -Peu stable pendant les séances de running. - Peut facilement se faire arracher par derrière. -Étui assez étroit pour les écouteurs. En conclusion, je déconseille ces intra, car pour le prix de 130€ il y a largement mieux. 👎 Pour les sportifs, je conseille les Sennheiser CX686 G Sport, facilement trouvable aux alentours de 40/50€, un excellent rapport qualité prix ainsi qu'une bonne tenue en activité sportive. 👍
is there any option where we can remove the "Next Track" and "Previous Track" on Go 3? It is taking so much time if I want to listen quickly on the next track. Please let me know. THank you very much
They should have done it to skip songs just by tapping 1 time, and volume +/- by holding the button. You will change songs most of the time, why didnt they make it easier?

Mine after 8 months & no international returns even with a receipt. Never again Plantronics!!!

wait, so checking the power is done by tapping + or -, adjusting volume is done also by tapping +/-, what's the difference???
The +/- buttons probably adjust volume while the earphones are connected to a phone and show power after they've been disconnected

No problem with either channels. Yours might be defective or your volume mixer needs adjustment.

No provision to fast forward or backward, just skip to next or previous track.
