    I don't understand why you'd place audio quality the last on your list of priorities when buying a pair of headphones. Granted that durability and connectivity and battery life are important when it comes to wireless/fitness headphones, but I don't think any of them can overpower the need for great sound.
    Also, doesn't JayBird provide lifetime warranty? Isn't that basically gold-standard for durability?

    • @alitechstuff1061
      @alitechstuff1061 7 лет назад +8

      While audio quality is important, the earphones are useless if they keep falling out of your ears during sport. So in that aspect, I can understand. But of course you can't say that the audio quality is not important.

      I have the Jaybird Freedom 2 headphones (got them on Black Friday in Canada at 130$ or 70$ off regular price) and they are awesome. They fit pretty well, they are awesome for running due to lightweight construction and they have that customizable sound profiling in the app. Just wish I didn't lose the size 2 tips, because those are perfect for running, but that's my fault not the headphone's.

    • @CAndrewK
      @CAndrewK 8 лет назад +4

      A ton of Unbox Therapy's videos are sponsored, even if he doesn't explicitly disclose that. I wouldn't be surprised if a few of MKBHD videos are too. For example, you can get headphones with virtually the same audio frequency response as the ATH-M50x's for about $60, but that didn't stop MKBHD from hyping it up as having the best sound for the dollar. It is true he could get into loads of trouble if it did turn out he was being sponsored. Most RUclipsrs get around the sponsorship rules by doing a giveaway of the product their promoting. For example, if dbrand was "sponsoring" a video, a RUclipsr would probably giveaway a phone with one of their skins on it instead of admitting that they're sponsored.

    Plantronics Backbeat Fit.... My favorite and earphones of choice for working out!!! What a product the company has come up with!

  • @Chubbicat
    @Chubbicat 5 лет назад +6

    here are some things you MUST consider before buying anything:
    #1- this video is most likely sponsored.
    #2 - Do not buy air pods or beats. they are a total scam.
    #3- Just because the product you get is expensive doesn't always mean it's better.
    #4- Make sure to read specs about the product you want to buy.
    #5- Sound quality *always* matters.
    You can pick up decent stylish and functional wireless earphones for under 20$ if you don't care about the brand.
    #6- you shouldn't care about the brand

      true. I've had most of these including powerbeats 2 and 3, which only last no more than 6 month's, and the jlabs, which also crapped out and did not last the 12 hours of playback. get a pair of Anker Spirit X. battery last 11 hours and sound just as good as the powerbeats and are only 35 bucks

    I've been using Samsung Level U for more than six months now and I'm more than happy with them. Be it sound, base, battery life, portability, exercising etc. I'm really surprised how they hold up my sweaty neck on heavy work outs for, as far as I heard, they are not waterproof. But looks like water resistant though. They held up great and the battery life gotten better over time.
    I can't believe it's not even in the list of best bluetooth headsets mentioned or shown in this video.
    I'm having a great time at the gym using Samsung Level U headphones or ear phones and I'm not gonna look for other options anytime soon, unless they are ground breaking..!

    • @sanidhyasharda4797

      considering how most other tech RUclipsrs don't even mention anything cheaper than jaybird freedom and x2's in their recommendations this is so much better.

      Yeah I'm a student. I don't know why they wouldn't review any of these:

      i have bought two of these headphones and i can guarantee that they sound good but they fit awkwardly

    • @MRfisheri
      @MRfisheri 8 лет назад

      I suggest you to just go buy and try the ones you listed yourself. Some reviews are obviously fake but you can still based from them. You don't need to wholly rely on RUclips. Out of all of those I only know about AYL. They are poor in quality and battery life is actually around 5 hours rather than 7 hours. But because of that price, they can be considered as decent earphones. Same thing goes with all the others. Also keep in mind not to be fooled by the noise cancellation claim on these.

    I honestly prefer the Powerbeats 3 for workout Bluetooth earbuds because they fit very snug and they never fall out, they last 13 hours and only an 5 minutes are charge can get you an hours of music playback, and they literally take a second to pair my S8 Plus and they are instantiations if you have an iPhone. The audio quality is also very good and loud but I am no audiophile, The black color that I have also looks very stealthy and sexy in my opinion. I have also tried the Jaybirds X3s, The Apple AIrpods, and The Bose Soundsport wireless. And the Powerbeats 2 lasted me over two years of use while working out so I knew that it was only right that I get the Powerbeats 3.

    I know this is about wireless running headphones... but what I'm interested in is the room of mid-century modern fabulousness this video was set in. Queue the Wall-E "Whoa" sound. Is this absolutely stunning gondola sofa an Adrian Pearsall? Also, I love that drawer unit.
    Do each of you record these in your own homes, as it seems is implied... or do each of you somehow have your own set for recording videos narrated or starring you?
    Either way, love the production values on these... keep it up y'all!!!!

    I had the original EPIC BT headphones and they sounded fantastic, my favorite over the BlueBuds X, Jabra ROX, BackBeat Fit and another I tried. BUT the original had a terrible Mic and connection issues and I had to return them. if the Epic 2 fixes this then I'll get them again.
    The Epics aren't exactly a neutral sound. they have BIG bass and an exciting sound, great for the gym in my opinion.

    if you're looking for some decent wireless earbuds at an affordable price i'd recommend skullcandy ink'd earbuds. I bought mines at walmart for 50$ however you can find em on amazon for around 30$. I'm new to wireless earbuds so I didn't know what to get however what did catch my attention about these earbuds was the 8hr battery life that it claimed. They really delivered in that department, a full charge lasts over 9 hours close to 10 non stop listening which was a real nice bonus. Something worth mentioning about them that might turn people away from them is the 5-10sec warning before they lose their charge. Personally this doesn't bother me since they last long enough to get through work. When charging the light on the left earbud lights up red and when done charging it will turn blue. I believe they take about 1-2hrs to charge completely. They are really light and rest comfortably on my neck that sometimes i forget i have them on. Sound quality is ok but then again I don't have any experience with any other wireless earbuds which is why I am wondering if the quality was decent or if there are any other headphones with superior quality with a decent battery life.

    I personally prefer the sony walkman (from a few years ago where the skip button was a wheel) it haveing storage and no Bluetooth allows you to leave the phone in the car so you don't have to worry about damaging it, the bases don't get flat and they have 8h of battery life

    Hey! What about the Bose Soundsport Wireless? Those are also really good earphones. And they obviously are better than the Powerbeats 2

    I guess that you will the the best person to answer this. I 'had' the 'Jabra Sport Pluse' for an year. But they died on me just randomly. Googling around I have read that all bluetooth headphones don't last long. Some reviewers say they exchange there headphones every month or every 6 month. Long story short, what are the most long living one based on ur experience. As there are expensive one and I would like to used them for at least 3 to 4 year(Sorry if this number is high, plz comment)
    What is ur take on this have u faced any such things with these headphones.
    Are JLAB Epic2 long lasting in ur experience.
    or is it that they do not last more than an year and I am asking too much.
    or what is the best headphones that is reliable and longlasting?

    Why do some people complain about pairing Bluetooth headphones? It's something you only have to do once when you buy them. Are people assuming you have to do it every time you use them and re-pairing them unnecessarily?

    Check out 66 Audio's BTS Pro, they last me like 35 hours and the sound is amazing, I'm a runner so I love that they hook over my ear and I can still wear a hat with them on!
