Dr. 7 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് രാത്രി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്ന വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഞാൻ . അപ്പോൾ രാവിലെ 7. മണിക്ക് ശേഷമാണ് ഇത്രയുംനാളും Blood Test നടത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. മാത്രമല്ല. ആഹാരത്തിനു മുബ കഴിക്കാനുള്ള Sugur-ന്റെ ഗുളിക Blood കൊടുത്തിട്ടു വന്നിട്ടാണ് ഇതു വരെയും ഞാൻ കഴിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
FBS ...thyroid ok...but cannot agree with taking insulin prior testing. Normally insulin is prescribed just half an hour before break fast ...or for some half an hour or 15 minutes after breakfast. Ideally it is advisable adjust the dinner time so as to adjust the FBS testing prior insulin...keeping the 8 to 10 hours time band.
Many labs, they are typing the figures if various test results in their lab letter head. A typing error may result in showing the result as 912. Normally the lab will do a retest once they find out the result so high. Sometimes, they might have missed out to look at this number...it is confusing and misleading.

Rbs is measured up 500 is shown only up to 500, after ward it is shown as high only. So do continues Actrapid in normal saline, when 3 bottle NS
