സാധാരണക്കാർ എന്തു ചെയ്യും? അവർക്ക് രണ്ടും മൂന്നും ദിവസം hba1c test ഒന്നും ചെയ്യിക്കാൻ പറ്റില്ലല്ലോ. By chance ഡോക്ടറെ കാണാൻ പോകുന്ന ദിവസം കൂടുതൽ ആയാലും കുറവായാലും കുഴപ്പം അല്ലേ. Actually ഈ video ഞങ്ങളെ confused ആക്കി.

Hb കുടുതൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കില് HbA 1c കുടുതൽ ആവാം.. കാരണം minor thalassemia ഉള്ളവർക്ക HbA 1c പൊതുവേ കുറവായി കാണാറുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ കുറച്ച് കുടി hb അതായത് 12ന് അടുത്ത് ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ Hba1c കുടുതൽ ഉണ്ടായ അനുഭവം എനിക്കുണ്ട്. 😊

ഹ്ഹ്ഹ്‌ എനിക്ക്‌ 5.3 ആണു കിട്ടിയത്‌..രണ്ട്‌ നേരം ഇസ്റ്റമെറ്റ്‌ 500 ഗുളിക കഴിക്കുന്ന എനിക്ക്‌ ഡയബറ്റിക്‌ ഇല്ല.. 😅
അതായത്‌ ഈ ടെസ്റ്റും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും അഞ്ചും തവണ ചെയ്ത്‌ ശരാശരി കാണണമെന്ന്.. 1500 രൂപക്ക്‌ മേലേ മുടക്കണം 😅
