I suffered from pain in my upper right side for a couple of years. I saw a video about bile sludge and gave the supplement Tudca a try. Pain gone, other than flaring just a bit when I had covid. GI doctor wasn't familiar with it--said to come back if it stopped working. I've since read of other benefits of Tudca--but I'm most happy that I kept my gallbladder.

What about progesterone if you've had a hysterectomy? Still have ovaries. Dr Haver says just Estradiol, if no uterus. Do you agree?

The ovaries make testosterone. If testosterone is low then so can progesterone. Testosterone is the first hormone to wain in many women. Look into it. If I remember correctly testosterone and estradiol work hand in hand.

No, no, no, you need progesterone! Look at all the research. It balances you so you don't become est dominant..it's the relaxation hormone..

No your breasts need protection that progesterone provides. That's conventional medical thinking. Progesterone is good at bedtime for sleep in sustained release preparation from a compounding pharmacy. It's calming.

Do you think prescribed oxytocin works? A divorce lasting five years, im unfortunately always in a stressed state. Plus childhood, always in fight or flight now. :(

I like my fluff as does my hubby, my weight is perfectly healthy. We get ourselves in trouble when we focus too much on the scale.

I've had a stroke. I can't lift heavy weights. Was told no more than 15 lbs with repetition.

15lbs. Is nothing to turn your nose up at!
I'm not even up to 15# yet - for arm lifts/ chest press, etc.
But am above that metric for deadlifts & squats.
But go for it with the 15# - or start lower, of course, if you need to - then work up to 15#.
      Just sayin...
(I wouldn't pass up a lifting routine bc my Dr. Put a 15LB cap on it). 😊

What is the name the app that keeps track of Macros?

Cronometer is a great one. Many of the top health people & trainers recommend it. It’s NOT free for the decent version. It can keep track of vitamins & minerals as well. Omega 3’s.
