I've been staying consistent with 5 workout days, 2 rest days, eating sensibly, drinking my water for the past 30 days and I dropped a full pant size! I got frustrated with my scale a month ago when I first started, but I'm glad I tossed it because it's not about a number, or a size, I'm just loving the body melt and the renewed me! I can't imagine a day with you girl♥️ Thanks for all your motivation Jo!
I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have been doing your workouts for a few weeks 4 to 5 days a week. followed with some other glute and ab workouts. I have not lost any weight or inches😢 also been eating low carb diet low sugar with some cheat days. can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?? I feel fantastic after your workouts, and LOVE your energy. would just love to see some changes on my body now yet too.
@@sarabanman3703 Hey...this same thing was happening to me to. I was following a good diet, working out twice a day and drinking plenty of water but my weight kept getting up. So I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with pcod...so you are not losing weight even after doing everything right, please go to a doctor once. I'm not saying you some health issue but it's always good to be sure. Best of luck 😊
@@sarabanman3703 im not an expert but my mom told me even if you start working out extremely fast and hard, like for a few weeks, you wont be guaranteed immediate results. Best advice from me(who also does her workouts) is to never give up and never stop trying. Im down 5 pounds from doing jos workouts, if my lazy asz can do it to, so can u^^ just gotta keep doing it. Its hard and its tiring but hardwork pays off. Edit: also different people might experience different weight loss. Dont compare yourself to other people because its never going to be exactly the same for each one of us. Focus on yourself, and don’t let other people discourage you.
its alright keep consistent and you're bound to have small changes even if you don't see them at first. Took me four months of fairly consistent workout routine to lose 10 pounds and finally the changes are bold enough for everyone to notice on glance. I'm happy with the results but more than that I'm happy because I kept going.
I just love at the end of the workout she says “I’m proud of you” not many of us heard that enough as children so when you hear it as an adult it makes my heart melt. I loved this workout and I love you Jo!! ❤

Started doing your workouts September 2021. I'm what you would call skinny fat, I'm slim but have flabs and bulges 😪 but OMG since starting your workouts I have lost my flabs and bulges. My figure is back!!! My husband is constantly commenting on how much I've lost. I honestly didn't think it would happen this quick. I don't know how much weight I've lost exactly because for me it was more about changing my lifestyle and getting fit and healthy. I've definitely achieved that thanks to you and I don't hate looking at my body anymore. Thanks so so much Jo, forever grateful to you ❤
@@hana31887 Thank you lovely. I work out 5 days a week, I do the 4.5 mile workout once a week. Then I alternate between the 3 mile workouts & cardio kickboxing 4 times a week. I also started eating healthier and drinking a lot more water. Consistency really is key! It will take time but it's so worth it, I just feel amazing now

I also receives your newsletters. I introduced my daughter to your workouts too. She loves them and you as well. I told my friends who are my age about your videos and they said it is very nice , but they are too strenuous for them. Just started GWJ about 6 weeks ago and have already lost almost 10 pounds!!!! I was at a plateau, but now I don't dread working out, and I can see better results! Today makes 2 weeks of me doing jo' workouts everyday except Sundays! My family told me yesterday that they see positive changes with my body & im so happy about that
I have been working out with you since Oct. 2021. I have noticed my dislike to exercise has changed into actually liking it! If I miss a day or two I start to crave exercise!! Very different for me. I have seen a HUGE improvement in my mental health as I had my first experience suicidal depression in the summer of 2020 and struggled with depression in general off and on since then. When I attended therapy my therapist prescribed 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week instead of medication and I've been following his advice and even doing more than 3x a week! I've seen a boost in my self esteem and I feel more confident around my husband 😁. I have also seen weight loss that I don't track with a scale but notice in how my clothing fits. It's getting looser! So, thank you for being YOU and making these videos! I am SO grateful I found your channel through a friend.
What a great way to start out the year!!!! I've started in mid September, fast forward 3,5 months later, more toned, abs definition, bye bye fupa and 16 lbs lighter. ALL because of YOUR videos! I started with the dance parties and walk the weight off, then the torch in 10s, weights and then I challenged myself and did her 10 minutes planking video everytime I exercised

She's making it so easy to like working out. I've never worked out in my life before!!! Also keep in mind to eat well, she has great recipes on her app and on Instagram! She really is the best
I love growwithjo!!! I have been consistently working out since May of 2021, since then I've lost 60 pounds! As someone who has struggled with weight most of my life, these workouts amongst others have stuck with me throughout my entire journey and will definitely stay moving forward. I started your workouts end of July 2021 since then I achieved my weight goal exactly on 31.12.2121 :D I started with sth about 83kg and have noe ca 70kg. Now I focus on sculpting and building muscles. Since joining you I loooove working out, I learned to love myself a bit and yesterday I had my biggest achievement- I finally could smile back to you during a workout cause it suddenly kicked in when u said" I am proud of you" I always tried to smile while working out but it just didn't work out for me, it felt wrong .I love the workouts and I have fun and I laughed but simply couldn't smile (not much smiling in life too) and it felt sooooooo good to finally smile from my heart

@@h_w-l_3553 thank you!! I began with tje shorter ones and than did most of the Tabata ones, every day. Mostly the 30 min and 45 mins with thw 10 min HIIT one. I love the kickboxing as well amd I have to walk my dog everyday

I am 62 years old and lost 18kilos in the last year with healthy dieting and lost of walking plus exercises. Today tried this workout and managed to do all and enjoyed every minute of it. This is my new workout from now on thank you
I was lucky enough to find you in early April. Since then have made some great strides in improving my health. Lost 50-55 pounds (depending on the day) and have gone down 3 sizes in clothes. More importantly my changes have included a different mindset towards working out. You make it fun, achievable and not intimidating. I find myself wanting to try different workouts to see what improvements my body can make next. I’ve never experienced such a thing in my life. I tell everyone I know about you!
A standing up AB workout! Love it! Many may not appreciate it, but not having to go up and down on the mat is a huge bonus for someone like me who has bad knees and ankles! It completely demotivates me when I see workouts where the instructor is constantly switching from mat to standing. Thank you for these amazing workouts!

Before becoming a mother I used to be at the gym, heavily into pole fitness and yoga. 2nd day of beginner workouts with Jo. This is the only channel that gets me hooked onto home workouts. Tried numerous other channels in the past but nothing hits it like Jo's workouts. It's the energy and genuiness of Jo. That's something special and cannot be replicated.
Okay I have trying out so many of your workouts for the last few weeks and this one is now a favourite. This was so fun, easy and yet I am covered in sweat and I feel good about myself. Idk if this is actually going to reflect on my weight or not, at this point, I am simply grateful to you for making me get some cardio in regularly even if it is for 30 mins only.

I first found your workouts exactly 2 months ago and I have not looked back! I’ve gone from doing zero exercise to doing 5/6 workouts every week and loving it! I also have your app and alternate between RUclips workouts and app workouts and there are so many I don’t think I’ll ever get bored! My biggest fitness achievement is today I have finally been able to do the ‘adductor stretch’ on both legs! I fit my size 8 shorts and my muffin top has disappeared. It's Incredible! Stick with it folks. I watched my daily intake and limited to 1800 calories. In combination with my schedule I realized I am naturally intermittent fasting as well. I started in September 2021. I will never ever stop Growing and Glowing with Jo!

I just completed this entire workout 🏋🏻♀️ Other RUclips workout are so intense that 15 mins in I’m so out of breath and feel like I’m dying and about to faint. I honestly thought my body couldn’t do workouts longer than 20 mins. With this one… I’m tired, sweaty but I don’t feel like I’m dying and can’t breathe. Ready and energized for the day. I have to say she was fantastic in supporting me when I had a newborn baby, took me 6 months but with the right diet and exercise at least 4 times a week I lost almost one and half stones. I used a calorie deficit diary to help me too. Thank you so much for your videos Jo!
I'm on Day 2, and had to try the beginner HIIT workout. I had a personal trainer years ago, and only saw her once a week, but her HIIT exercises changed my body! I was only able to do 21 minutes today. I really enjoyed this workout. Thanks Jo! Did my DIY mask again tonight. I love doing it with the workout.
I believe I've been working out with you since about June last year, and I never thought that I would actually see tone in my abs so when that happened, I was pleasantly surprised. I could actually see physical results which made me feel great. I start my days with your workouts which make me more productive throughout the day.

When I first seen the sweat at the beginning was like nope I never sweat like Jo does. Well this is the first workout of the 100s I do if yours that I finally got a super sweat on and with 2 air conditioners running!! I also had tons of energy as it progressed not something usual for me especially on a Sunday. This workout was awesome! Again like the 100s I have done but this one was perfect for me today! Thanks again Jo for helping me achieve my goals as I surpassed 200 mark on the scale and I am well into my 180s and almost to my 50 lb mark. Loving your workouts and they will stay on my regimen once I feel I have hit my goal (no clue what that is yet as I have plenty of fat yet) love these workouts ❤❤❤❤❤

I love Jo’s workout, they actually make me sweat and she is super motivating, I just had a question on how many of these should we do a day to really see results, for about a week now I do at least 30 minutes a day, so depending on the video either one or 2, I feel smaller but I really wanna Maximize my results? Anyway, these workout really do help, with clean eating, lots of water, and growwithjo I can definitely tell my body is getting in better shape, on week one I could barley do 15 minutes, now im on week 2 and 30 minutes is no problem, I sweat a lot and tabata abs is by far my favorite video so far, from someone who had a baby 6 months ago this is really helping to loose my belly, I love it 💗

hi jo, i hope ur reading this i am twelve turning thirteen this december, i weigh 60+( 67 or 69.) i am always told i am overweight which makes me feel really insecure. i tried other workouts but saw results in my thighs and arms alone of course i am happy but i wanted to see more noticeable results and i hope this workout helps me thanks jo💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 Day 1: ✅ a bit hard, but i did it, felt the burn but felt good, can slowly see the abs forming( i was also doing other workouts before focusing on this one, and i try to minimize the food i eat) Day 2: ✅ still a bit hard, felt the burn, abs are more visible when i breathe in. Also stopped checking the amount's of minutes left. Also felt relaxed Also i turn thirteen in a few weeks, just told that i have a birthday photoshoot, more reason to burn this fat, good luck everyone, i'll check back in tomorrow

Just found you …you’re amazing …I needed something different this year and you’re it …never change your format …30 minutes of 20 second moves, great music and minimal talking is perfect …I’m definitely recommending you to my friends. I’ve completed 2 workouts today with a 2 hr gap inbetween both and I’m dripping with sweat …so so good!
I just did this workout I burned 274 total calories! I was nervous about it but I’m so happy I did it and was able to do most workouts! In the middle of working out my 2 year decides to throw a small dinosaur 🦕 and I stepped on it 😳 but it’s cool 😎 I kept going 🙏🏻 lol will be doing this one again oh and I was cursing during the burn out but I made it lol

I have just started back on my weight loss journey again after my mum pass away I was eating the wrong foods I guess that was my way dealing with my loss but I started feel uncomfortable in myself and said to myself my mum would not want this and started back lost 3pounds already it will 4months of the 6th of August from my mum pass healing will take time but I'm trying get some routine back I feel good after my workout

I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have been doing your workouts for a few weeks 4 to 5 days a week. followed with some other glute and ab workouts. I have not lost any weight or inches😢 also been eating low carb diet low sugar with some cheat days. can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?? I feel fantastic after your workouts, and LOVE your energy. would just love to see some changes on my body now yet too.
@@sarabanman3703 Hey...this same thing was happening to me to. I was following a good diet, working out twice a day and drinking plenty of water but my weight kept getting up. So I went to the doctor and got diagnosed with pcod...so you are not losing weight even after doing everything right, please go to a doctor once. I'm not saying you some health issue but it's always good to be sure. Best of luck 😊
@@sarabanman3703 im not an expert but my mom told me even if you start working out extremely fast and hard, like for a few weeks, you wont be guaranteed immediate results. Best advice from me(who also does her workouts) is to never give up and never stop trying. Im down 5 pounds from doing jos workouts, if my lazy asz can do it to, so can u^^ just gotta keep doing it. Its hard and its tiring but hardwork pays off.
Edit: also different people might experience different weight loss. Dont compare yourself to other people because its never going to be exactly the same for each one of us. Focus on yourself, and don’t let other people discourage you.

its alright keep consistent and you're bound to have small changes even if you don't see them at first. Took me four months of fairly consistent workout routine to lose 10 pounds and finally the changes are bold enough for everyone to notice on glance. I'm happy with the results but more than that I'm happy because I kept going.
I just love at the end of the workout she says “I’m proud of you” not many of us heard that enough as children so when you hear it as an adult it makes my heart melt. I loved this workout and I love you Jo!! ❤

Started doing your workouts September 2021. I'm what you would call skinny fat, I'm slim but have flabs and bulges 😪 but OMG since starting your workouts I have lost my flabs and bulges. My figure is back!!! My husband is constantly commenting on how much I've lost. I honestly didn't think it would happen this quick. I don't know how much weight I've lost exactly because for me it was more about changing my lifestyle and getting fit and healthy. @@hana31887 Thank you lovely. I work out 5 days a week, I do the 4.5 mile workout once a week. Then I alternate between the 3 mile workouts & cardio kickboxing 4 times a week. I also started eating healthier and drinking a lot more water. Consistency really is key! It will take time but it's so worth it, I just feel amazing now

Just started GWJ about 6 weeks ago and have already lost almost 10 pounds!!!! I was at a plateau, but now I don't dread working out, and I can see better results! The tabata series has been my favorite because it gets me SO sweaty! And I feel so energized afterwards! So glad I saved your videos a few years back. Today makes 2 weeks of me doing jo' workouts everyday except Sundays! My family told me yesterday that they see positive changes with my body & im so happy about that
I have been working out with you since Oct. 2021. I have noticed my dislike to exercise has changed into actually liking it! If I miss a day or two I start to crave exercise!! Very different for me. I have seen a HUGE improvement in my mental health as I had my first experience suicidal depression in the summer of 2020 and struggled with depression in general off and on since then. When I attended therapy my therapist prescribed 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week instead of medication and I've been following his advice and even doing more than 3x a week! I've seen a boost in my self esteem and I feel more confident around my husband 😁. I have also seen weight loss that I don't track with a scale but notice in how my clothing fits. It's getting looser! So, thank you for being YOU and making these videos! I am SO grateful I found your channel through a friend.

I started with the dance parties and walk the weight off, then the torch in 10s, weights and then I challenged myself and did her 10 minutes planking video everytime I exercised

She's making it so easy to like working out. I've never worked out in my life before!!! Also keep in mind to eat well, she has great recipes on her app and on Instagram! She really is the best

I have been consistently working out since May of 2021, since then I've lost 60 pounds! I started your workouts end of July 2021 since then I achieved my weight goal exactly on 31.12.2121 :D I started with sth about 83kg and have noe ca 70kg. Now I focus on sculpting and building muscles. Since joining you I loooove working out, I learned to love myself a bit and yesterday I had my biggest achievement- I finally could smile back to you during a workout cause it suddenly kicked in when u said" I am proud of you" I always tried to smile while working out but it just didn't work out for me, it felt wrong .I love the workouts and I have fun and I laughed but simply couldn't smile (not much smiling in life too) and it felt sooooooo good to finally smile from my heart

I was lucky enough to find you in early April. Since then have made some great strides in improving my health. Lost 50-55 pounds (depending on the day) and have gone down 3 sizes in clothes. More importantly my changes have included a different mindset towards working out. You make it fun, achievable and not intimidating. A standing up AB workout! Love it! Many may not appreciate it, but not having to go up and down on the mat is a huge bonus for someone like me who has bad knees and ankles! It completely demotivates me when I see workouts where the instructor is constantly switching from mat to standing. Thank you for these amazing workouts!

Before becoming a mother I used to be at the gym, heavily into pole fitness and yoga. Okay I have trying out so many of your workouts for the last few weeks and this one is now a favourite. This was so fun, easy and yet I am covered in sweat and I feel good about myself. Idk if this is actually going to reflect on my weight or not, at this point, I am simply grateful to you for making me get some cardio in regularly even if it is for 30 mins only.
Committed myself to exercising 3 times a week. And never usually have much luck. But so far this week I've done 2 of your 30 mins each exercises and I've been loving it. They're actually fun! Energetic but low impact. I'll be working my way slowly thought your back log of videos
I first found your workouts exactly 2 months ago and I have not looked back! I’ve gone from doing zero exercise to doing 5/6 workouts every week and loving it! I also have your app and alternate between RUclips workouts and app workouts and there are so many I don’t think I’ll ever get bored! My biggest fitness achievement is today I have finally been able to do the ‘adductor stretch’ on both legs! I fit my size 8 shorts and my muffin top has disappeared. It's Incredible! Stick with it folks. I watched my daily intake and limited to 1800 calories. In combination with my schedule I realized I am naturally intermittent fasting as well. I started in September 2021. I will never ever stop Growing and Glowing with Jo!

I have to say she was fantastic in supporting me when I had a newborn baby, took me 6 months but with the right diet and exercise at least 4 times a week I lost almost one and half stones. I used a calorie deficit diary to help me too. Thank you so much for your videos Jo!

I'm on Day 2, and had to try the beginner HIIT workout. I had a personal trainer years ago, and only saw her once a week, but her HIIT exercises changed my body! I was only able to do 21 minutes today. I really enjoyed this workout. Thanks Jo! Did my DIY mask again tonight. I love doing it with the workout.
I believe I've been working out with you since about June last year, and I never thought that I would actually see tone in my abs so when that happened, I was pleasantly surprised. I could actually see physical results which made me feel great. I start my days with your workouts which make me more productive throughout the day.

When I first seen the sweat at the beginning was like nope I never sweat like Jo does. Well this is the first workout of the 100s I do if yours that I finally got a super sweat on and with 2 air conditioners running!! I also had tons of energy as it progressed not something usual for me especially on a Sunday. This workout was awesome! Again like the 100s I have done but this one was perfect for me today! Thanks again Jo for helping me achieve my goals as I surpassed 200 mark on the scale and I am well into my 180s and almost to my 50 lb mark. Loving your workouts and they will stay on my regimen once I feel I have hit my goal (no clue what that is yet as I have plenty of fat yet) love these workouts ❤❤❤❤❤

I love Jo’s workout, they actually make me sweat and she is super motivating, I just had a question on how many of these should we do a day to really see results, for about a week now I do at least 30 minutes a day, so depending on the video either one or 2, I feel smaller but I really wanna Maximize my results?
Anyway, these workout really do help, with clean eating, lots of water, and growwithjo I can definitely tell my body is getting in better shape, on week one I could barley do 15 minutes, now im on week 2 and 30 minutes is no problem, I sweat a lot and tabata abs is by far my favorite video so far, from someone who had a baby 6 months ago this is really helping to loose my belly, I love it 💗

I have no clue why I stopped outside of not prioritizing myself, but now I am starting this year off the right way and plan to stay consistent to ensure once I subscribe to your app I make the best of it. Started this workout at 8:15 in the morning and ended this workout looking like I just came out the shower! 🤣 was really fun to do and I LOVE the music jo! I burned around 230-240 calories!! Thank you Jo!
i had started working out about 3 years ago on my own but Id lost motivation and ended up quiting exercising as much as I used to. now that I discovered Jo I've stayed motivated and with energy to continue the routines, thank you so much for that Jo 💜

Just found you …you’re amazing …I needed something different this year and you’re it …never change your format …30 minutes of 20 second moves, great music and minimal talking is perfect …I’m definitely recommending you to my friends. I’ve completed 2 workouts today with a 2 hr gap inbetween both and I’m dripping with sweat …so so good!

I just did this workout I burned 274 total calories! I was nervous about it but I’m so happy I did it and was able to do most workouts! In the middle of working out my 2 year decides to throw a small dinosaur 🦕 and I stepped on it 😳 but it’s cool 😎 I kept going 🙏🏻 lol will be doing this one again oh and I was cursing during the burn out but I made it lol

I have just started back on my weight loss journey again after my mum pass away I was eating the wrong foods I guess that was my way dealing with my loss but I started feel uncomfortable in myself and said to myself my mum would not want this and started back lost 3pounds already it will 4months of the 6th of August from my mum pass healing will take time but I'm trying get some routine back I feel good after my workout

So i woke up after night of fever and felt very weak (i think Corona Light). But still felt the urge to put on my workout clothes then found this workout and now 29.12 minutes later i’m feeling AWAKE & HEALTHY. This is such a moodbooster. Thank you Jo, i really enjoy your workouts for the last few months. I love the standing ABS workouts most of all because i really have amazing results ❤️
