How I find Rate of descend is by dividing T/D by 200(spd) and multiplying my result with 60 (= time). Then I divide the alt to loose with the time it takes to reach my destination and gets the V/S
So what's the formula again? It's unclear.

T/D:200= x*60 (minutes)
Then
Alt to loose : minutes= V/S
Is it ground speed or airspeed?

I must say infinite flight is a bit hard to play than RFS. As i am playing both. Overall both are good in their own way.
Finding RFS to easy and IF to hard 😩😂
@@dandiscusses yeah i feel that way. I am new to infinite flight. If you watch my videos you will see i struggle a bit on infinite flight.

The BallerPilot it’s so abrupt, not smooth is probably what they’re referring to.
Banking to 25° at cruise speed in like 2 seconds would in reality cause massive structural damage to the airframe..
It was smooth but the video was sped up making it seem abrupt.

This is so smooth but im a Ryanair pilot i always crash and i'am good at taking off and bad at landing, but this helped alot so thank
You could try using your heading auto pilot for landing if not being able to stay centered is your problem. If it’s your v/s that you’re struggling with, try to go a bit faster. Make sure you flare enough, and not to much or to little.
You may want to familiarise yourself with a GA aircraft before, then when you've mastered that you can pass on the 737 😁

Hi what does the add ATC star to include FP mean?
This means you must change your filed STAR to include one of the arrival procedures chosen by ATC. This will be shown as "ATC Preferred" on the STARs list. -TJ

Infinite flight very hard to set up also struggle with controller ground taxi, and takeoff
But the aircraft itself in the IF calculates the TOD. If you activate the VNAV at 5nm from the first fixed, it will descend with the perfect FT / M to cross a certain fixed at a certain altitude.
That it will, but the techniques shown here can be used in a C172 or even the B777 if you'd like to verify your VNAV's descent profile or even do it manually from time to time! Proficiency is key. -TJ

Infinite team please make the lights visible on the tarmac & runways too...when we turn on landing lights at night there is no casting of light onto the path its just there for show !! Please improve that...and I hope you guys will bring smoke effect on tires soon !! ✌️

But in the formula it is return 433 kts

when they are saying miles do they mean nautical miles and how is that 42 miles when I calculate top of descent it the result is 4.66.please help
anytime miles are mentioned, it's always nautical miles
