Quick Parts Tutorial in Microsoft Outlook

How to save time when emailing in Outlook with quick parts. If you regularly send similar emails, or similar information and sentences in emails, you can set these up in quick parts. I don't see Quick Parts in my Insert Ribbon. My Outlook has recently updated, can that be the issue? Hopefully they didn't do away with this

Hi, if your window is condensed when looking at the Outlook email box, it will appear as a drop down under 'Text'. This is a common occurance. If you still can not see this, please email us on [e-mail] and we will help further.
