I would only receive, send, delete and create folders in Outlook...nothing more. I found your presentation was very easy to follow! I can now apply what I learned to everyday situations. mslilpat8

I am an IT Instructor and thought this was a GREAT video. Really liked the Quick Access Tool Bar (QATB) tip. Another way I add items to my QATB is for some buttons in the ribbon, you can right-click it and choose the option to add it to the QATB. This does not work for EVERY button, but it does for most. This tip also works for most other Office Applications, like Word, Excel, etc.
