I've only recently discovered you and I feel like the timing is perfect. I wasn't ready to receive your words until now. I resonate so much with everything you are teaching here. When you said "God's little vacuum cleaners", I thought "No shit, how many times have I felt like the world's most used and unappreciated trashcan". I used to resent being here, and suicide was always an option for me; one I thought of often. I always saw this "condition" as a curse, but as I'm getting older and have healed from so many traumas, I now see things differently. I now call myself an "Energy Transmuter". I realize that I AM strong enough to be here; I am made for this. We are all more needed in this world then we realize, and we all make more of a difference than we know. I try my best to stay light. It makes me happy to spread light out as much as possible as the world we live in with people around us can be so heavy. It doesn’t mean we don’t care, we do, but we need to keep our mind and our own health afloat. Whilst caring for our families.

I love the topic. I think I shut it off quite a bit, but now it's wide open. Because of my meditation and receiving minute to minute guidance, they tell me with physical sensations when I'm "leaking energy". Lol!

Oh, wait!! You know what i do?? Im currently trying to break free from this behavior: telling them my "problem" or "crisis", even if i know and feel it as a transitional mirror, not a problem,... i tell them (the person trying to suck my time and energy) my "emergency" so that they hear that i can't be at their beck and call. 😂😅😢. So now i tell myself "i wont and dont need to be 'sick' for anyone or any reason. I can just say NO!" I remind myself that i can and will say, "i am doing my stuff today, right now." And then expect them to find other solutions. And.... THEY DO! Usually with those people, my job is (for me and for them) to let them see, feel, embrace, their own srrength.

I have an ongoing dialogue in my head all the time! Didn’t know this doesn’t happen to everyone until I asked a few people, family and friends. This hit me so hard. I have struggled for so long and felt so alone and weak. Thinking I must be the problem. I was always trying to numb to cope. Drinking, smoking, spending, gaming always something. And I knew I could feel others emotions. I would feel so depressed constantly. I just didn’t want to be here. I had an awakening within this last year and it was this aha moment. I started looking into so many things I came across your channel and it felt like coming home. It felt like wow I am not crazy. I felt seen and heard. I finally started to realize holy crap I am like feeling feeling others emotions. I had no idea how much it was happening until recently. I could tell when others were going through heart ache but I didn’t realize how much anger I was taking on. I just always assumed I was angry and had anger problems like my parents. I mean growing up in a violent abusive household I was surrounded by it. I finally feel like I can tell what’s mine and what isn’t. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I needed to hear this so badly. ❤

Thank you so much for posting this talk I needed it. There is so much out there about empaths that feels misleading and not a genuine representation of what we are here to do. It's so empowering to be told/reminded of who we are and our purpose here. I recently had my first reiki session and was told I had strong fairy energy among other types of energy. I must have talked with them as a little girl when I'd play down by the creek. It was such a magical place. I am allowing that energy of fun, lightness and magic to come back. I have always felt I had the capacity to swallow up/ vacuum as you put it others' pain but so afraid of what it would do to me. For so long I denied who and what I am one due to trauma, two because other people's emotions are so painful, and three just not knowing how to work with it to help myself and others. Now I am ready to step into it/ reclaim it. So thank you for this video, the reminders of who we are, the confirmation and the loving kick in the pants to be who we are. 💞💞💞

I’m not sure why but from the moment you stepped on stage I have been crying. Ironically a huge lightbulb has eliminated the fact that the cause of all this misery is my fault. Thank you for your information! Over the past 6 years my experiences with these senses have gotten much stronger and I do not know what to do with them. Your videos somewhat give me guidance, however I am still lost at times. About 4yrs ago I had a vision my father and grandfather would pass away which they did about a year ago 6 months apart. Ive come to realize I was on a journey well before that. I have many more stories similar. I understand there has to be a bigger purpose but not sure where to go from here. I would love how to put these skills to use as best as possible in service of others. Thanks again for your guidance.

What do you do when your functioning autistic 23 year old child that lives in your house because they are not on the level to live by themselves yet and you taught them to be positive but learned from other family members to be negative. How do I stop that negativity from affecting me? By the way I also work with her. Outside of work I spend time with the light, my husband but I feel the negative energy in my house.
I can relate to an adult child living at home and the negative energy that comes from others that we have no control over. And totally hear what you are asking, Bridget.
This is more of a personal question focusing on your life. Answering it would mean Constance would be tuning into you, your child and perhaps other family members too. And she is no longer doing private reads.

I’m sorry you are going through all of this, @bridgetmoore4019. I don’t think you are going to like my response. But I will suggest it all of the same.
This is a question that has a loaded response. I have to say, I sense that there’s lots going on that is unspoken and yet to be addressed. I suggest that what you are feeling goes beyond energetic, it is a case for talk therapy or soul-searching and writing out all that is being bottled up inside of you - that is symbolically showing itself energetically in your home.
I sense that the empathic nature of your 23-year old is acting out what she is picking up without the words to articulate what she is sensing from so many…. Though you might ask her anyway. She does feel wise to me, as do you. 🙏
I’m giving you a huge hug right now and wish we could walk together to talk it through.

Good catch! No, Constance doesn't mention trauma during this particular teaching. It was actually one of the first from her lecture series on Marthas Vineyard several years ago. 😊
Constance experienced her own trauma as a child, and she does address this in several other video teachings and shorts.

Thank you, so much. I was amazed at how much i realized some of the things I do that you mentioned. I am learning a lot about myself.
It’s really nice to know, some of the things I do, isn’t just being strange or something. It’s hard to explain. Like not being able to watch the news, or a movie, or even a show. It’s to much.
I need time to myself. And feeling drained and exhausted after work sometimes. Not just from the physical activity, but the mental stuff sometimes as well.
I don’t do the physical stuff, like hugging very often. I just don’t want to much physical contact. I love my family. But, even then it’s not always easy for the physical contact. And, that’s ok.
Anyway, thank you for sharing this talk with everyone. I really appreciate this, and needed to hear some of this as well. 😊🌟🦜💜
