I corrected myself while making lunch for the family. I was looking at all the dishes thinking "ugh" you know the rest....... and suddenly I was like NO! THIS IS A BLESSING. To make my family nutritious food in a safe environment where they are loved and cared for. I began cleaning and just appreciated the fact that I have this opportunity. It takes time but we can do it one step at a time.
Yes. It's amazing how we begin to realize how much shit we talk and think, girl !! Absolutely crazy. Time to make some major changes darling ❤❤❤ let's do this 🙏 💕🥰
Since watching this, the dishes have also been my reminder of how lucky I am. A daily annoyance has become a source of joy and gratitude thanks to this video.
I love that she talked about how our negative thoughts can manifest into illnesses. My mom is a well known immunologist and would always tell me that my mind is so powerful that if I feel like Im getting sick i should tell myself mentally that im not sick, “im not sick” It definitely helped!
My anxiety is so bad sometimes my brain makes up physical symptoms & I can’t tell if it’s real or just my brain.. our brain is indeed extremely powerful
Back to 2009-2010 I was obsessed with “bad romance” by Lady Gaga. I would sing it in the shower, in the car, at home, with friends, at parties…. I would dance at it, feel it deep and enjoying it immensely because it is a great piece of music. But after a while around 2011 I started dating someone and developing a relationship. A toxic one. A truly bad, bad romance that turned into very sick drama. It stills goes on not being healed after so many backs and forts. After some time getting to know about positivity, creating reality, law of attraction and so on, I really believe that listening so intensively and singing along that nice song evoked, created, attracted or created my reality. I might be delusional but I truly think it can be true. So don’t watch horror movies, and don’t sing negative songs! (Which there are not many)
But there are people out there who statistically speaking, you may bump into who are difficult people, about 5% of the population are narcissists. How you detect and identify them and the boundaries you establish will help you because you must actively filter them out. Because life is also about having practical skills, not just expecting it to be all good or all bad. I don't believe in blaming the victim. Sometimes random thing happen and randomly you got involved with a bad egg. Being naive and believing you can manifest someone into your life might fail to protect you against a wolf in sheep's clothing. Good boundaries are essential IMO. Great talk but not for use in an absolute sense. We need to be sensible and in balance.
Goes to show that what is constantly played around is programmed for behaviour and since majority of the American Pop music is written by a select group of people regarless of artist is all too much of a coincidence.
I did this when I was a young teenager with the song by Lou Rawls love is hurting game I’ve been married four times I’ve now retired from relationships with men or dating, and I have a nice peaceful, full, happy life that I never got the love thing down, right
The insight into how we inherit our parents' shadows and the importance of choosing a new story is particularly powerful. For anyone struggling with negative thinking and self-sabotage. I recommend reading this book Teens Workbook for Self-Control by Richard Bass.
I used to obsess over love stories i created in my head (they helped me go to sleep at night) but they were always toxic emotionally draining love stories (hence being drained so able to fall asleep quickly)... But i was always in toxic relationships. Then one day my friend said i should think of happy love stories and then my relationships would turn around. I didn't believe it at first because i was like there's no way my thoughts are creating my real life... Then i started imagining happy love stories and as you would guess, I'm in the happiest relationship I've ever been in and we have a child together ❤ your thoughts really do shape your reality
As someone living in hell with no car, no license and no job, this lady is speaking the truth! But even if you're living in a hellish situation, your thoughts have the power to keep you stuck, or to push you forward.
I will pray for you. Try for a job that is close enough to walk to. Then look for a better job that you can take the bus to. Try to keep the 1st job parttime while working the second. Save the money for a car to get your dream job. Take JESUS along for company. GOD BLESS
Always keep yourself in gratitude. There are many many things to be thankful for if you just stop & take a moment to think. Indoor plumbing, great weather, rain, snow for having a snowball fight. An ice box with food in it. A blanket. A winter jacket. Clean underwear. There is always something to be grateful for. And if you can be grateful then you should help someone else have something to be grateful about to. Help the homeless person on the street. Give them an old t shirt, a coat, a pair of shoes, a sandwich or a smile. Helping someone else creates wonderful feelings.
Your job is to think better thoughts... There is the CRUX. Your goal must be to be your best friend. Your daily activity must be to to be good to your future self.
Marisa is amazing! I discovered her work in 2018 and then randomly met her in person on the street in Santa Monica in 2019. I think I might have manifested it. Her work on the subconscious mind is life altering
There is something about the rhythm of her speech and the barrage of negative statements as she lays out her dialogue, I found myself almost hypnotized by the swirl of negativity. Im not sure her approach resonates with my higher self. The content is great but the delivery made me feel cautious. I could not get through this podcast. I did a loving kindness meditation to restore the balance for me. I do always appreciate your interviews. I am grateful.
I had the chance to speak to Marisa Peer during a Tony Robbins event and it changed my life! ❤ I pray that one day I will be able to impact lives globally and create a life of impact like she has done! I am building self-belief every day ✨
I love this woman. Marisa Peer is a beautiful person. The things she has done and created for us all to use to better our lives is amazing. People like Marisa and there's many on this channel and others, Dr Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton, I wouldn't have enough characters to type all the names. But these people are so knowledgeable and give their lives to help people. That's their passion. Beautiful in every way. I have lots of time for these. If it helps in the smallest way then it still changes something. And that is amazing. Thank you Marisa for your work and thank you Andre for bringing these fantastic guests to our eyes and ears so that something just may trigger some sort of change. ❤🙏❤️
I Love Marisa Peer, & have been following her for years. By a miracle, came across her one evening on RUclips She's incredible, so "right-on" & hilarious! She's exactly what the world needs everywhere & she's made a huge impact in such a short amount of time. We are Powerful Creators & Manifestors, Stay in the Present Moment (where the Power is), & Speak in the Present Tense. The Subconscious does not comprehend "no" or "not'. We all have "inner" critics. Be gentle with yourself. It's a process. One Day at a Time ❤
Most people never fully consider the incredible power teachers have over the children they come into contact with and consequently society. Having experienced several toxic teachers growing up and experiencing the wounding they are capable of inflicting on vulnerable children with developing minds, I can only consider it one of the most powerful, karma generating professions. How teachers teach reverberates out for good or bad.
I'm currently working in the dining hall of a fairly prestigious school, and my God, the negativity and downright hostility that goes into the food service is just awful. It makes me ill that these wonderful young people are being exposed to such horrible energy. I have one more day before leaving this nest of hatred and evil. I don't know how people can have so much hate for happy young people.
Very true, I don't think my teachers meant harm but the things many of them said made me feel like there was something wrong with me and pushed me to be asocial even MORE. In elementary I didn't really talk much, I think it had to do with my mother calling me dumb and stuff as a wee child, yelling and smacking me for little mistakes like accidentally dropping a plate and it breaking so I guess I was just scared of saying something or looking stupid. Then my 1st grade teacher complained about how I ate my freaking lunch, she pointed out that I ate quietly, by myself and had a tendency to lean over my container of food to my mother...and then my mother chewed her out for saying that lol(she's the kind of person that can say whatever she wants about her kids but won't tolerate someone else saying anything), but the teacher saying that made me feel even more like I was messed up individual then I found myself interacting with my peers even less. Then throughout the rest of my elementary years the teachers pretty much all complained about me being quiet and not interacting with other students. It was until I went to junior high (7th) grade that one teacher came to me during recess while the other kids were playing and asked if I wanted to play with any of the groups and I said "no", and she was like not interested in sports? and I was like "no" and she was like you prefer to just observe? and I was like "yeah" and she said that's ok too. It was something small but it was the first time a teacher said something that didn't make me feel like there was something wrong with me, that it was ok to be like that. Most of the teachers at that school were also very kind when complimenting my artwork and my writing even though I was pretty bad at math and average at most other subjects. It gave me a little bit of hope that maybe I wasn't the stupid lazy failure my mother kept telling me I was. I still struggle with the negative beliefs my mother instilled in me and finding videos like these with information on how to break out of this loop is a blessing.
Once u can think for yourself it doesn't matter anymore what teachers or whoever said whatever....u can now think whatever u like ...so forget everything and choose anything
I really needed to hear this!!! Back in 2018/2019 I started learning about RTT and then i bought Uncompromised Life through Mindvalley by Marisa Peer and it changed my life and helped me transition through divorce and move out on my own again. I felt way more equipped to deal with life because I strengthened my self beliefs. Now fast forward to now, I'm growing and hitting my upper limits and this reminds me to take the time to do the work again and go deeper. 😃 Thanks!!!
While viewing this interview I witnessed this Woman showing her Genius in such Beautiful Rays of Light & Love that found myself hanging onto most every word she shared. As my Heart deciphered the frequencies and messages she was carrying I quickly held the knowing that this is all Wisdom. I wish for all people to allow this information to take root into their belief system. Thank you Marisa Peer. Thank you André Duqum.
I absolutely love her outfit. Blue is my color. I really needed this. It seems so basic and of course I've heard of this type of psychological therapeutic approach before but I'm excited to check out her specific system. I've been looking for and trying to choose a system of therapy for a while now and I do believe this is it.
She is cleverly dressed, the hat is a way to draw attention up to the face and it's got a halo effect it enhances and makes her look more dramatic. Wearing the one colour draws attention away from the fact that physically she is tiny and not robust-looking. But she is also relaxed in posture. The other podcast I saw her in she was wearing orange and had these very high orange heels on which she later kicked off. I think she has some answers but probably has some significant misses too.
@@deborahcurtis1385 Yes, no one has all the answers but I'm drawn to her and I've been shopping for some emotional/psychological help for some time now. I like the fact that she combines hypnotherapy, NLP and CBT in her approach. There also seems to be an element of LOA as well and I just recently watched a video with a neuro scientist proporting to explain at least some legitimacy of LOA through science. In the video heading her program page she's wearing red, no mystery to the intended effect there.
Wonderful interview. I just want to say that when you are not loved by your parents and rejected at first breath, no matter how often you say it to yourself or others say it to you, it never sounds true that you are lovable.
until you reprogram and do inner child work. I have overcome horrible abuses and was able to come from a troubled young person to a thriving successful confident creative human. Against all odds. It can work for you sweetie❤️
So true, because it's our formative years so we take it all in, and the hurt shapes us. For me it's the trust, I find it hard to trust people. And also self-love issues, it's like now I'm the one bullying myself and telling myself mean things :( But I will try to overcome this.
Omg I'm so happy when the rice and water experiment came up! My mom and little brother did the experiment over 10 years ago and when they showed me the results I was shocked but it has shaped my life for the better.

Heres the before comment……i edited in the after comment at the bottom. im 60. I woke up 7 years ago after my sons death. I really cant seem to get going on a consistent level. Im self employed but not doing so hot with money and retirement savings. Living in a bit of fear that is paralyzing……Hence the video. Love and peace to all! After-i am enough! What a great discussion
🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation: 02:33 🧠 *Guarding the Subconscious Mind: The subconscious mind is a feeling mind. It doesn't reject thoughts; it always accepts and acts upon them. Being mindful of our language and focusing on positive thoughts is crucial to guide the subconscious mind effectively.* 05:05 🔄 *Upgrade Your Thoughts: Constantly upgrade your thoughts, similar to how you upgrade software. Negative thoughts create a physical and emotional response, impacting your body. Choosing positive language and thoughts helps shape a more positive reality.* 08:07 🤯 *Words and Physiology: Negative thoughts, when consistently expressed, affect not only mental health but also physical health. The subconscious mind responds to negative language by manifesting physical symptoms, impacting the immune system, gut, and overall well-being.* 11:43 🔄 *Reframe Negative Words: Challenge negative words and phrases by reframing them. What you perceive as a "nightmare" may be someone else's desired situation. By changing language, you can shift your perspective and minimize the impact of negative thoughts on your well-being.* 14:51 💔 *Repressed Emotions and Physical Illness: Repressed emotions, often originating from childhood and societal influences, can lead to physical illnesses. The subconscious mind plays a vital role in this process. Addressing and rewiring these deep-seated beliefs is essential to promote mental and physical well-being.* 20:07 🔄 *Our beliefs shape our reality; avoid adopting someone else's story as your own.* 23:35 🔄 *Empowering lies are better than disempowering ones; consider stepping beyond the need for any story about life.* 24:30 🔄 *Form positive stories about yourself; believe in your worth and capabilities.* 30:02 🔄 *The "I am enough" movement addresses the common belief that underlies various issues-feeling unworthy.* 33:31 🔄 *Self-sabotage and procrastination often stem from the belief of not being enough; recognize and challenge this belief.* 35:08 🔄 *Rejection cannot kill you; understanding your power over self-rejection is crucial for personal growth.* 38:29 🔄 *Minimize self-criticism and embrace constructive criticism to build yourself up; be aware of the impact of negative self-talk.* 40:11 🧠 *Our beliefs shape our reality; questioning and upgrading beliefs is crucial for personal growth.* 45:56 🌱 *Meeting your own emotional needs is empowering; self-assurance stems from self-love and self-validation.* 46:09 🎤 *Profound self-acceptance leads to transformative life improvement, challenging the obsession with constant self-improvement.* 47:29 🤔 *Rather than affirmations, use statements of truth; affirmations can be ambiguous, while statements of truth are harder to argue against.* 52:20 🎯 *Responsibility is the ability to respond; taking responsibility for meeting your own needs enhances self-worth and confidence.* 53:42 🚀 *View your past as the bow and yourself as the arrow; move forward, leaving the past behind for an empowered future.* 56:40 💪 *When faced with challenges like cancer, maintain agency over your thinking; choose how to respond, focusing on positive outcomes and possibilities.* 59:57 🤔 *Marisa Peer shares her experience of using visualization and imagination for healing after a serious accident, introducing the concept of "Dick healing" (Direct, Instruct, Code, Compel, Command, and Condition).* 01:03:25 🏞️ *Marisa emphasizes the importance of loving and appreciating one's body, stating that having a body is the most mind-boggling and priceless thing.* 01:05:16 🧠 *Marisa explains that our feelings are based on the images in our heads and the words we use, highlighting the power of changing our thoughts and words to influence how we feel about everything.* 01:06:37 🔄 *Marisa discusses the challenge of breaking away from the familiar and the importance of making positive things familiar, encouraging self-praise and changing one's perspective.* 01:11:58 💪 *Marisa suggests simple daily changes like hydrating, incorporating healthy habits, and getting enough sleep to create a symbiotic relationship with the body and improve self-love.* 01:14:15 🙏 *Marisa advocates for gratitude and reframing events into opportunities, sharing examples of how changing one's perspective can lead to a more positive and fulfilling life.* 01:16:05 🔄 *Marisa stresses the significant influence of the people we surround ourselves with and recommends letting go of relationships that limit growth, emphasizing the importance of new horizons.* 01:17:55 🤝 *Marisa discusses the concept of letting go, advising to release anything that doesn't serve personal growth and well-being, even if it means moving away from negative influences.* 01:19:48 🔄 *Reframe discomfort vs. pain: Shift from "pain" to "discomfort" for a positive perspective, allowing for simple coping strategies.* 01:20:29 🔄 *Reframe ownership language: Replace "my" with "the" when describing issues (e.g., "my headache" to "the headache") to detach and promote healing.* 01:21:49 🔄 *Speak in the present tense: Utilize present tense language to align with the subconscious mind's focus on the present, facilitating manifestation.* 01:22:30 💰 *Foster an abundant mindset: Cultivate a mindset of abundance without explicitly mentioning wealth; focus on feelings of wealth and gratitude.* 01:23:53 🔄 *Focus on feelings: Emphasize that everything you desire in life is driven by how it makes you feel, rather than the material aspect.* 01:25:43 🔄 *Make the unfamiliar familiar: Embrace and sit with unfamiliar aspects, such as love or wealth, until they become familiar and part of your life.* 01:26:54 🔄 *Three groups of beliefs: Classify beliefs into groups-those who can have it all, those who can't, and those who can but with great difficulty. Incorporate affirmations during routine activities like showering and tooth brushing for self-affirmation.* Made with HARPA AI
I agree so much. Its all about how you perceive a situation and feel about it. I actually get excited when I can pay my bills because it means I actually have the money to pay them. If I cant pay a bill it means I don't have money which is a worse situation.
It so amazing you did the Rice Experiment!! Thank you for showing the pictures of your results. Just woaw this knowledge we are passing along in this time.
5 minutes into the video and I'm already so excited to comment because she speaks so much wisdom! about things that are instrumental & omni present in our lives, in a very very clear summary with a logical cause effect so it is very actionable!!!
🎀I need to follow this logic 🎀Only get angry if they have attacked my true weakness, however I actually don't get angry when people speak the truth, I follow the reverse logic that I get angry when people falsely accused me of certain faults. when we feel triggered by what somebody says or does it only kind of really trigger us to the degree in which we believe it to be true about ourselves🐣 ...so if somebody comes up to me and says that you're the most unkind narcissistic bigot, like I I see that more as a reflection of who they are and of course you don't want to be so self um aggrandizing that you can't like listen to what other people are saying and reflect on whether it's true, but 🎀 if you believe those things you'll of course be so defensive. but if you don't, if you know yourself to be a kind genuine person then you're not going to be offended by that 🎀
I love this so much I feel like you’re saying maybe that part of your life‘s work is to tell people that they are enough. My life work is to tell people that they matter and I think it’s those two things need to work together and I’ve never thought of it that way. You can have endless qualities and not feel that someone has sentimentality about you and you can feel that you don’t matter but we have to do each one of us push through and matter to ourselves even if we’re just the only person nurturing ourselves right then it still matters our relationship with ourselves matters even if it’s just us, and then we can go out and find one more person and one more person and one more person that we matter to you. But we do that because we are worth it. Also, each human life is worthfinding beautiful action
Im really excited to do ger course from January! I cant wait to do a job that helps people! A job that finally has a purpose and meaning. Thank you Marissa
The manual script example its can also be related to an employment resume, no matter the failed interviews and rejected resumes simply keep on going....I know by experience 💜
I am grinning ear to ear! You did it again. She is so articulate. Such a beautiful reflection of you, as you are so articulate as well. Thank you Andre. I am thriving because you share such beautiful energies and personalities. I love you and all you do to help us all to know ourselves. Beautiful human, please continue sharing your path. It is so empowering!
When i was a teenager i was skinny and really wanted to be bigger and have muscles as i read mens health magazine and i felt i didn't measure up. So i decided to eat as much as possible, and what i said to myself was "I will put on weight even if it kills me" the outcome was i actually lost weight.
Feelings come first. Not thoughts. We come to this world as pure feeling when we’re babies and it doesn’t change throughout life. We just learn to conclude something out of our feelings as we grow. That’s thought. But, anyways, great interview.
I have absolutely loved listening to this podcast, thank you so much. Such value, so inspiring and reassuring, and what a beautiful energy that Marisa has 🙌🙏🏻
Everything you see, hear, or speak your brain takes in. It doesn’t matter if you hear “you suck” in a joking tone, or “you suck” in a serious tone. You hear you suck regardless and that’s powerful.
@@percubit10 if you always give up due to circumstances or people outside of you not being like you want, you will have a very long and depressing life. Do the opposite.. you see where I’m getting at
I don't believe the subconscious brain doesn't have a sense of humour. In fact mine plays tricks on me when I'm too serious. It's important to not take yourself too seriously as a general principle. Having a sense of the ridiculous is a big life skill as is being able to laugh at things. Making light of your own shortcomings is a way of reducing their importance. Laughing in the face of danger is not always wise but also don't make it bigger than it needs to be. If youre' always expecting things to manifest positively you might not notice that the wall has black mould in it which can sabotage your health. You need to be alert to clues, read people's micro expressions where they reveal their inner thoughts: this kind of danger it's called "taking care of yourself". If you haven't been loved in the right way, you can fail to take appropriate measures to take care of yourself, and then put too way much importance on what external people are saying. She's saying some sensible things but some if it is bollocks in practice. IMO.
I wasted my life because I never believed in myself and allowed other people to ruin my life. Having an ideal changes your life. I was told that my life was not what it should be, I searched for greatness in other people. I was told that I should shut down my feelings
We all have regret at some point in our lives but try to not regret too much or it risks consuming you and unintentionally you can become bitter. Your life is not wasted because you've realised you made some mistakes and have identified what they are. You could be angry with people and it's important to let the anger out, but also to not indulge it. This takes time. My mother hasn't changed but I have. I make her laugh because if I let her control the conversation it never ends well. She knows what she has done but she can't face it. Even if she does it won't change anything. I didn't think I'd reach this point but now I can give her love and recognise her as someone who has made a lot of mistakes. I can guide the conversation. But this has taken a lot of time. It's a spiritual journey and life is not about being a winner or a loser it's the process. As Socrates said: "an unexamined life is not worth living". The modern expectation is we should all achieve greatness, but if you've overcome sustained adversity then you are a warrior and a hero. Celebrate that victory. We are far too obsessed with outward shows of success whereas what matters is are you a kind and ethical person and who are you spiritually. I suspect that you are a fine person. If you're worried about being a late success think of George Eliot who wrote her first book at the age of 37. She became a success gradually, refused to marry, had an affair with a much younger man. She wrote: "It's never too late to be what you might have been". Who we are internally is more important than who we manage to impress. Find ways of releasing those feelings. Take care of yourself. We are more than what we have achieved, and most people feel like a failure in at least one area of their lives. Try Alain de Botton's School of Life podcasts, he's particularly insightful in Status Anxiety.
Thank you so much !! This recording was invaluable to listen to. I loved all of the shared insights and am excited to take in the tools for future development. 🙏🙏😍
Thank you Marisa. It was really helpful🙏🏽 I have one point you could work on though. I know it is an interwiev but maybe try to let other people finish their sentences anyway. I also struggle with this but I found when people are talking, I just remain silent, till they are finished, then wait a little to see if they are really finished and then I start talking again. People will talk slowlier like that and will feel more comfortable talking to you or listening to you :)
I’m a bit sceptical, having tried this stuff for over a decade. They will tell you that everything in your life comes down to your mindset and thinking and that if you change it, you will be successful and dreams will come true. And then ofc they sell the services, books, therapies, courses etc that will allow you to harness that great power. I think the reason the mindset and beliefs stuff is so bigged up is money making - there is a big industry there that sells lots of stuff they want you to buy. I believe that mindset plays a role in life but equally that luck, timing and circumstance probably play a much bigger role - and no, most of the world is not within our control and we cant just make stuff happen by thinking them. But it is in the interest of the industry for people to believe it
Your believes are literally the reason this is not working for you. There are lots of people who just want to take your money. But there are also people like me who help others for free and are kind hearted. So lets focus on that :) What have you tried exactly? I am interested.
I had friends who were sarcastic and would tease and mock me and claim they were just teasing me, I was told not to take credit for my accomplishments. I was telling my parents that I could show them better ways to do things.

wow you're really good at making changes to your mindset! may i point out that you just turned a self-centered thought to a selfless one?
Ask your husband if he d like the opportunity 50% of the time with you
Since watching this, the dishes have also been my reminder of how lucky I am. A daily annoyance has become a source of joy and gratitude thanks to this video.

Look up Gabor Mate, Bessel Van der kolk, Peter Levine etc for more on that subject. Can google it and studies too. Good being done worldwide.

I have heard that you are not meant to use the word sick. For example I feel amazing, my body feels strong and vibrant.
Yes, use positive words to create the reality that you prefer!

Being naive and believing you can manifest someone into your life might fail to protect you against a wolf in sheep's clothing. Good boundaries are essential IMO. Great talk but not for use in an absolute sense. We need to be sensible and in balance.
Basically, listen to music up until the early 2000’s and before, should be good to go 👍
Goes to show that what is constantly played around is programmed for behaviour and since majority of the American Pop music is written by a select group of people regarless of artist is all too much of a coincidence.
I did this when I was a young teenager with the song by Lou Rawls love is hurting game
I’ve been married four times I’ve now retired from relationships with men or dating, and I have a nice peaceful, full, happy life that I never got the love thing down, right
The insight into how we inherit our parents' shadows and the importance of choosing a new story is particularly powerful. For anyone struggling with negative thinking and self-sabotage. I recommend reading this book Teens Workbook for Self-Control by Richard Bass.
I appreciate that interviewer André lets her speak and doesnt interrupt. What a lovely interview.

Great said
As someone living in hell with no car, no license and no job, this lady is speaking the truth! But even if you're living in a hellish situation, your thoughts have the power to keep you stuck, or to push you forward.
Thank you for this reminder. I hope your life gets better and better ❤
I will pray for you.
Try for a job that is close enough to walk to. Then look for a better job that you can take the bus to. Try to keep the 1st job parttime while working the second. Save the money for a car to get your dream job. Take JESUS along for company. GOD BLESS
I was homeless for a year, living in my car. I had a pretty good time to my surprise! but now I'm in affordable housing, so you will be ok 🙂
She's amazing
There is something about the rhythm of her speech and the barrage of negative statements as she lays out her dialogue, I found myself almost hypnotized by the swirl of negativity. Im not sure her approach resonates with my higher self. The content is great but the delivery made me feel cautious. I could not get through this podcast. I did a loving kindness meditation to restore the balance for me. I do always appreciate your interviews. I am grateful.
Strange comment. What issue exactly do you have with her?
I understand you. Content is brilliant, but I can't go with the way how she explaining things. Maybe the monotonic voice ...
I had the chance to speak to Marisa Peer during a Tony Robbins event and it changed my life! ❤ I pray that one day I will be able to impact lives globally and create a life of impact like she has done! I am building self-belief every day ✨
Just do what you can. God will provide up to where you suppose to go. Everything will be ok.
Good on you 👍
love your profile pic, such good energy xxx
"Someone's else's story isn't your story " amen
By a miracle, came across her one evening on RUclips
She's incredible, so "right-on" & hilarious!
One Day at a Time ❤
This is by far the best podcast I have ever listened to.
She's one of the few people who I could listen for hours and hours.
True! Teachers hold an immense power in shaping many children, portraying which behaviours, comments and conversations are normal and/or okay to have.
@@yeoldegrayCatsending positive vibrations your way. ❤
Thank you André Duqum.
thank you so much for your beatiful comment you have made my day , my week, my month

“Anything you acquire you can let go” 💯🙌🏼 Great interview! Thank you 💚
She was amazing to listen to. I loved the way she explained herself. What we allow into our subconscious becomes reality. I am a huge believer!
Its more of a teal, nice hat.
Physically she is not tiny - understand she is about 5ft 8 in
ONe of the best podcast l ever listened to! thank you to both, you are such an amazing listener and reflector Andre.
I love Marisa Peer and her teachings and I m trying to apply it every day and Wayne Dyer it is amazing ❤.
And also self-love issues, it's like now I'm the one bullying myself and telling myself mean things :(
But I will try to overcome this.
Marisa you’re a fountain of wisdom.
Marisa, you are amazing. Thank you for sharing your experiences. You are a wonderful inspiration. 💕
Omg I'm so happy when the rice and water experiment came up! My mom and little brother did the experiment over 10 years ago and when they showed me the results I was shocked but it has shaped my life for the better.

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
02:33 🧠 *Guarding the Subconscious Mind: The subconscious mind is a feeling mind. It doesn't reject thoughts; it always accepts and acts upon them. Being mindful of our language and focusing on positive thoughts is crucial to guide the subconscious mind effectively.*

🎀I need to follow this logic 🎀Only get angry if they have attacked my true weakness, however I actually don't get angry when people speak the truth, I follow the reverse logic that I get angry when people falsely accused me of certain faults.
when we feel triggered by what somebody says or does it only kind of really trigger us
to the degree in which we believe it to be true about ourselves🐣
...so if somebody comes up to me and says that you're the most unkind narcissistic bigot,
like I I see that more as a reflection of who they are and of course you don't want to be so self um aggrandizing that you can't like listen to what other people are saying and reflect on whether it's true,
but
🎀 if you believe those things you'll of course be so defensive. but if you don't, if you know yourself to be a kind genuine person then you're not going to be offended by that 🎀
What a fantastic interview! Amazing information and processes! Thank you, both, for such a powerful and engaging presentation ❤🤗😘👍🏽
Love the work of Marisa Peer

This is golden advice, and one crucial piece of the puzzle when it comes to living a self actualized life (the best life we can possibly live).
Feelings come first. Not thoughts. We come to this world as pure feeling when we’re babies and it doesn’t change throughout life. We just learn to conclude something out of our feelings as we grow. That’s thought.
But, anyways, great interview.
Love her, need it to hear this today and every day ✨

Everything you see, hear, or speak your brain takes in. It doesn’t matter if you hear “you suck” in a joking tone, or “you suck” in a serious tone. You hear you suck regardless and that’s powerful.
When you have friends who tell you that you are not good enough and life is horrible you start to believe that in your subconscious.
@@percubit10 you are worth so much more than that. It’s time for a new chapter in your life. Believe in yourself, because that’s all you can do! 💚
@@manifestwithlog I gave up because of the messages I received from fanatic Christians.
IMO.
Thank ❤you so much this was brilliant...🎉l really felt good just listening to you ..🎉

This video changes my life. Thank video makers.
Great conversation! So much value. Enjoyable. Thank you.
She wrote:
"It's never too late to be what you might have been".

I have one point you could work on though.
She has such a nice voice. Great podcast

But it is in the interest of the industry for people to believe it
Good for you. You should be skeptical.
Your believes are literally the reason this is not working for you. There are lots of people who just want to take your money. But there are also people like me who help others for free and are kind hearted. So lets focus on that :)
What have you tried exactly? I am interested.

She actually reminds me a lot of Ester Hicks (Abraham Hicks) ❤
Excellent educational talk.
I had friends who were sarcastic and would tease and mock me and claim they were just teasing me, I was told not to take credit for my accomplishments. I was telling my parents that I could show them better ways to do things.
I MATTER, I’M SIGNIFICANT, I’m LOVABLE, I’m ENOUGH…. Deep Thanks! Blessings to All…
Great content, very informative and very important to one's own daily human behavior.
Good advice. Although I know about the importance of the words we use daily, I often need a reminder like is video.
You are so brilliant! I’m so glad I’ve learned of you!!
