I don't speak english very well but i write this:The animals are self awere... And they know what you feell and sink... Becouse they feel your emotions and your energy... I know that very well becouse i become an animal medium after my nde... And i can speak wih animals by telepaty.they are tell me what their beloved human feel. They are like us but with other language.
My understanding is that animal realm works on their instincts, attachments and innate traits . They are not aware of themselves doing things, they just do things.
Most of the animals are working on short stimulations but some of them are intelligent beyond us and our understanding of them. I too had the pleasure to speak with some members of their kingdom so I know what you are talking about. If you think about it the human kingdom works the same way. Most humans are dumb but here and there there are members of this kingdom that are quite intelligent. The principles are repeating themselves on micro and macro levels - "As above so below"
Only difference between us and the animals is we have those same basic traits/wants. We just invented languages that allowed us to make it all more complicated cuz we can verbally/mantally explore it@lotus-lotus

My awakening happened in 2015 after an NDE during a motor vehicle accident. I came out of my body saw myself laying across the seats (layed back down in it, then sat up - and it worked). After that, I realized we are not our bodies. Many hard lessons that molded me in the 2 years that followed were a beautiful blessing that put my consciousness into my heart. Stuff like this is fun but I will forever remember from another interview I listen to earlier in the week the closer you are to God the less laws there are. The further you are from God the more laws there are. All these densities and rules seem to fit this belief.

And then I had a serious car accident my mom get very sick suddenly after that I was burnt out it I could almost even breathe. I meet lots of people that gave small Puzzle Pieces To make a long Story short I am a kundalini yoga teacher have my own yoga center I live in Northern Sweden in a little City. First time I was doing yoga it was hatha yoga. I was crying and felt this is, I want to help others. Feel the same. You know to wake up in the 80s wasn't so easy nit fir me. I have struggled a lot of low self esteem. In This Life I feel the most important thing for me in this life has been to believe in myself to have faith and Trust. I remember other Life's a little bit and the struggles that I add to go through I am very happy I am called very greatful. I am very proud of you that you have post costs en help other people including me. I learn all the time. A segment from 'Saved by the Light of the Buddha Within'... My new understandings of what many call 'God -The Holy Spirit' - resulting from some of the extraordinary ongoing after-effects relating to my NDE. during September 1970.. Myoho-Renge-Kyo represents the identity of what some scientists are now referring to as the unified field of consciousnesses. In other words, it’s the essence of all existence and non-existence - the ultimate creative force behind planets, stars, nebulae, people, animals, trees, fish, birds, and all phenomena, manifest or latent. All matter and intelligence are simply waves or ripples manifesting to and from this core source. Consciousness (enlightenment) is itself the actual creator of everything that exists now, ever existed in the past, or will exist in the future - right down to the minutest particles of dust - each being an individual ripple or wave. The big difference between chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo and most other conventional prayers is that instead of depending on a ‘middleman’ to connect us to our state of inner enlightenment, we’re able to do it ourselves. That’s because chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo allows us to tap directly into our enlightened state by way of this self-produced sound vibration. ‘Who or What Is God?’ If we compare the concept of God being a separate entity that is forever watching down on us, to the teachings of Nichiren, it makes more sense to me that the true omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence of what most people perceive to be God, is the fantastic state of enlightenment that exists within each of us. Some say that God is an entity that’s beyond physical matter - I think that the vast amount of information continuously being conveyed via electromagnetic waves in today’s world gives us proof of how an invisible state of God could indeed exist. For example, it’s now widely known that specific data relayed by way of electromagnetic waves has the potential to help bring about extraordinary and powerful effects - including an instant global awareness of something or a mass emotional reaction. It’s also common knowledge that these invisible waves can easily be used to detonate a bomb or to enable NASA to control the movements of a robot as far away as the Moon or Mars - none of which is possible without a receiver to decode the information that’s being transmitted. Without the receiver, the data would remain impotent. In a very similar way, we need to have our own ‘receiver’ switched on so that we can activate a clear and precise understanding of our own life, all other life and what everything else in existence is. Chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo each day helps us to achieve this because it allows us to reach the core of our enlightenment and keep it switched on. That’s because Myoho-Renge-Kyo represents the identity of what scientists now refer to as the unified field of consciousnesses. To break it down - Myoho represents the Law of manifestation and latency (Nature) and consists of two alternating states. For example, the state of Myo is where everything in life that’s not obvious to us exists - including our stored memories when we’re not thinking about them - our hidden potential and inner emotions whenever they’re dormant - our desires, our fears, our wisdom, happiness, karma - and more importantly, our enlightenment. The other state, ho, is where everything in Life exists whenever it becomes evident to us, such as when a thought pops up from within our memory - whenever we experience or express our emotions - or whenever a good or bad cause manifests as an effect from our karma. When anything becomes apparent, it merely means that it’s come out of the state of Myo (dormancy/latency) and into a state of ho (manifestation). It’s the difference between consciousness and unconsciousness, being awake or asleep, or knowing and not knowing. The second law - Renge - Ren meaning cause and ge meaning effect, governs and controls the functions of Myoho - these two laws of Myoho and Renge, not only function together simultaneously but also underlies all spiritual and physical existence. The final and third part of the tri-combination - Kyo, is the Law that allows Myoho to integrate with Renge - or vice versa. It’s the great, invisible thread of energy that fuses and connects all Life and matter - as well as the past, present and future. It’s also sometimes termed the Universal Law of Communication - perhaps it could even be compared with the string theory that many scientists now suspect exists. Just as the cells in our body, our thoughts, feelings and everything else is continually fluctuating within us - all that exists in the world around us and beyond is also in a constant state of flux - constantly controlled by these three fundamental laws. In fact, more things are going back and forth between the two states of Myo and ho in a single moment than it would ever be possible to calculate or describe. And it doesn’t matter how big or small, famous or trivial anything or anyone may appear to be, everything that’s ever existed in the past, exists now or will exist in the future, exists only because of the workings of the Laws ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’ - the basis of the four fundamental forces, and if they didn’t function, neither we nor anything else could go on existing. That’s because all forms of existence, including the seasons, day, night, birth, death and so on, are moving forward in an ongoing flow of continuation - rhythmically reverting back and forth between the two fundamental states of Myo and ho in absolute accordance with Renge - and by way of Kyo. Even stars are dying and being reborn under the workings of what the combination ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’ represents. Nam, or Namu - which mean the same thing, are vibrational passwords or keys that allow us to reach deep into our life and fuse with or become one with ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’. On a more personal level, nothing ever happens by chance or coincidence, it’s the causes that we’ve made in our past, or are presently making, that determine how these laws function uniquely in each of our lives - as well as the environment from moment to moment. By facing east, in harmony with the direction that the Earth is spinning, and chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo for a minimum of, let’s say, ten minutes daily to start with, any of us can experience actual proof of its positive effects in our lives - even if it only makes us feel good on the inside, there will be a definite positive effect. That’s because we’re able to pierce through the thickest layers of our karma and activate our inherent Buddha Nature (our enlightened state). By so doing, we’re then able to bring forth the wisdom and good fortune that we need to challenge, overcome and change our adverse circumstances - turn them into positive ones - or manifest and gain even greater fulfilment in our daily lives from our accumulated good karma. This also allows us to bring forth the wisdom that can free us from the ignorance and stupidity that’s preventing us from accepting and being proud of the person that we indeed are - regardless of our race, colour, gender or sexuality. We’re also able to see and understand our circumstances and the environment far more clearly, as well as attract and connect with any needed external beneficial forces and situations. As I’ve already mentioned, everything is subject to the law of Cause and Effect - the ‘actual-proof-strength’ resulting from chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo always depends on our determination, sincerity and dedication. For example, the levels of difference could be compared to making a sound on a piano, creating a melody, producing a great song, and so on. Something else that’s very important to always respect and acknowledge is that the Law (or if you prefer God) is in everyone and everything. NB: There are frightening and disturbing sounds, and there are tranquil and relaxing sounds. It’s the emotional result of any noise or sound that can trigger off a mood or even instantly change one. When chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo each day, we are producing a sound vibration that’s the password to our true inner-self - this soon becomes apparent when you start reassessing your views on various things - such as your fears and desires etc. The best way to get the desired result when chanting is not to view things conventionally - rather than reaching out to an external source, we need to reach into our own lives and bring our needs and desires to fruition from within - including the good fortune and strength to achieve any help that we may need. Chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo also reaches out externally and draws us towards, or draws towards us, what we need to make us happy from our environment. For example, it helps us to be in the right place at the right time - to make better choices and decisions and so forth. We need to think of it as a seed within us that we’re watering and bringing sunshine to for it to grow, blossom and bring forth fruit or flowers. It’s also important to understand that everything we need in life, including the answer to every question and the potential to achieve every dream, already exists within us.

I’ve had an accidental kundalini awakening by doing dr. Joe Dispenza meditations and it was INTENSE to say the least. A rollercoaster. 2 years later and I’m now finally getting the hang of it.. intense but worth it

great talk, thanks for sharing! something worth noting is that *physical* practices, like asanas and breathing exercises and movements to awaken and channel kundalini----these CAN be helpful (depending on the state of consciousness from which they are done), BUT they are not necessary. the things Aaron describes (such as psychic abilities being realized, intuition, empathy, telepathy, etc) have all been realized (from my perspective) and I do none of what he mentioned. sincerely, all I do is meditate every morning and every evening. 30 minutes every morning, and then however long I feel like meditating in the evening. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE TO AWAKEN YOUR THIRD EYE! I am not just speaking from direct experience but think about this: if someone is paralyzed or disabled and *literally* cannot physically do pranayama or kundalini yoga---are they simply doomed to never awakening their Third Eye? are they forever left out of Self-Realization and God-Realization? OF COURSE NOT! again: kundalini yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and so on CAN be helpful, but from my own personal experience, they are NOT necessary. just meditate with all your heart and mind (either on *observing* the breath or on OM, the Primordial Symbol of the Godhead, Brahman). meditate as the end itself, not to achieve or attain anything, just like you sing or dance just for the sake of singing or dancing. meditate for the sake of meditating, because it is the most conscious and powerful thing you can do HERE and NOW in this eternal moment. "simple" meditation and devoting myself to selfless service is all I've ever done and I am indescribably grateful to have witnessed the following: empathy (your sorrow becomes my sorrow; your joy becomes my joy) telepathy (receiving and sending mental images) seeing with my eyes closed knowing someone else's thoughts, feelings, and vibration intuition (knowing what someone was going to say or what was going to happen before it did) miracles (healing from stage 4 cancer, manifesting things within the same week just by thinking about it once, synchronicities, and so on) remember: I AM NOT SPECIAL. all of these abilities already exist within you, you just need to meditate to bring them out of you. and you don't need to meditate for nearly as long as you might think! felt like I needed to share this. thanks again for sharing! very helpful information, nevertheless, especially for anyone curious about practicing what you guys talk about.

Long answer: when you understand the root of all physical dis-ease and mental dis-order, then self-healing is not only real, but it becomes obvious that it's the only true way to heal. The root of disease and disorder is imbalance -- internal conflict. In a word: stress or tension. When you let go of stress/tension, and you are willing to release internal conflict (e.g., one learns to accept their feminine energy), then disease/disorder correct themselves. Of course, only according to the will of the universe (the "Highest Good") I haven't told you anything new. You can feel that this is true. Look at the words we use to describe the human states that requires correcting/healing. Physical dis-ease. Consciousness chronically not-at-ease, until it solidifies and appears/manifests as a physical condition. Self-healing: be at ease. Let go of the internal conflict, release tension, breathe deeply and move your body to help your body-mind complex release the stagnant energy. Dis-order. Unconscious thought-patterns reflecting false, self-limiting beliefs (chaotic, by definition). Self-healing: bring these unconscious patterns/thoughts/beliefs to awareness. Awareness alone is enough. For example: healing from OCD doesn't require drugs; it requires understanding the root (e.g., trauma, genetics, abuse, etc.). Self-healing this mental disorder, for example, requires observing the OCD-groinal-response pattern as an artifact of a dysregulated nervous system. See the entire thought-feeling pattern as an object in your awareness -- not some *thing* with a story. It's just a thought with a feeling. Then more thoughts with more feelings. AKA the thinking mind unconsciously fixating itself on subconscious beliefs (beliefs not yet brought to the conscious mind). Of course, easier said than done! It requires slowing down and intending upon deep introspection and integration. Are there exceptions to every rule? Yes. But only because we cannot ever know the full picture of what's really going on within someone or what needs to play out in terms of karma for them to reach higher levels of awareness. Lastly: I don't claim to know the truth. I'm only sharing what has worked for me and many others. Hope that answers your question.

How did you get so pretty both of you with mitochondria us women sure are a blessing and my last words to hear was I am to be a mother again and because of my kids behavior I told god no anything but that no not that we were in the ICU because my son had something to say and it was shut up and listen apologize to the doctor and get up and walk it took four months before I feel back down. The intensity of how I over feel everything is a burden and I am not taking care of myself since I heard from the doctor. How dare someone do that to me I am old and why I was unprotected during the hate and I was told I was a man girlfriend and I said no I am not and he said yes she is my girlfriend who thinks that or says that if it's not Manuel my body is my holy temple and I had not been with a man for 7 years. It ended up he claimed me and he was going to have me ratheri.w 1:33:35 anted it or not. Finding out I had a disease from him one that will kill me made me give up what is dangerous awakening why no one ever was with me
How do you know what we are seeing. Each experience is a individual thing because we are the same to.godbhis children and inside us is our own individual path and all he wants us to do is not judge each other and didn't get to judge the doctor and she killed my son. So we can't judge each other or get into each other business because what we have been given is what he d chose it but what he told me is that he loves us as individuals

For how can a just God demand such unending suffering, joylessness and sacrifice, even in the name of Love? Therefore, Serve to others comes from Serve to yourself. In other words, Love your self first.

This is probably one of the best videos I’ve watched in my last few years of sorting this out. I too had to unravel an entire life of being a “good church going Lutheran” and truly find out who God is. It was terrifying at first, but an incredibly freeing experience ultimately. He does make it easier to understand. I would love to talk to him because I have so many questions. I've been brought up in the South, the Carolina's (USA) where Christianity is most prevalent. Since I was a young child, sitting in church listening to the preacher preaching and thinking,"God's not like that, why is he telling us this?" He was condemning people to hell for various different things, like one I do remember, he said if you get a divorce both people goes to hell! No matter what the reason for or cause!! So I can relate to Aaron, him being born and raised in a Christian environment. I love Christ and I believe he was God's son. I just wish I could talk to Aaron!!! I'm like so confused. I mean there are the lost scrolls in which I haven't read yet, I just know there's a lot to research and see and read and I'm trying to every day that I can. I really need to talk to someone but there's no one around here. I mean, if you even question anything around here, your condemned!!! So I don't dare even trying. 😢

People kept asking me what's going on as my energy felt so vibrant to them, they saw me as pure oneness with myself, my open heart. I think the first time I experienced it was a few months after listening each evening to positive affirmation and falling asleep with that. I was also always repeating the same mantras every day. The second time I felt this state was after receiving a beautiful bodywork session. It felt like everything got "recalibrated".
I used to fear what God would think about my changed faith about all I was learning in the last twenty years on I AM THE UNIVERSE or WE ALL TOGETHER ARE GOD. Thanks to your video, I do not fear what he may think as you made me understand a LOVE THAT HE HAS IS UNMATCHABLE AND a punishing god wouldn’t have any reason of any kind. This PARADIGM is now gone as I feel it is right to curiously move on and that whatever I thought before that could have been wrong (no matter what the degree was sinfully wrong *if I I ever thought in that/those ways that I am unaware of…) that nothing is to fear of thanks to my new understanding you had me understand that it has already been forgiven. The part where you got relief by watching Ehkart...I too did that in 2019-2020 during my dark night. It was my place of peace to connect with him and others like Wayne, Deepak and Dr Joe. If I wasn't reading their books I was listening to them on RUclips. Connecting with them was like an extension of my meditation time while I also painted 🎨 obsessively.
I love how it started for Aaron, the questioning, the testing with truth. I received a good one from this conversation, calling in Light triggers karmic waves though a lot of change. Absolutely loved this talk... fell in love with Aaron's explanation of enlightenment... " Realizing the truth is not really the point of enlightenment, it's about NOT FORGETTING THE TRUTH. " I wholeheartedly agree with this statement being an ACIM student and teacher for many years. All we're ever doing in every moment of suffering and illusion is reminding ourselves of the Truth and I would add forgiving ourselves for forgetting our true identity and reality. “A positive outcome will complete me” this is so powerful! When that perceived desired outcome is blocked for any reason the usual response (from the ego) is ANGER and a relentless need to recover the perceived positive outcome our ego was desiring. What we so often fail to see is that our perception of what we need and want is usually a manifestation of our egos desires and not what’s actually best for us/the whole/One. If we have enough life experience to look back and reflect on other times when such outcomes were blocked but eventually it was for the best or the outcome being blocked actually kept us from a truly miserable eventual outcome or circumstances that were worse than just not getting what we thought we needed or wanted at the time. If we can reflect this way we can see that perhaps the actual desired outcome, our attachment to the particular outcome and our illusion of control over it were in essence actually very harmful to us / the whole. We can see that we were so much better off without it and future outcomes were better for us and everyone else BECAUSE that one perceived positive ego desired outcome was blocked. Realizing this can help us let go of desired outcomes and our attachment to them as well as the anger that arises when they are blocked. Instead we might think “maybe this was blocked for my own good.” “Perhaps my higher self stepped in to prevent this bc it’s not actually to my benefit or in fact it’s harmful to me/my growth as well as others and the whole.” Then it’s easier to let go and not dwell in anger, regret and lamenting. Recently I was counting on a big tax refund and a move out of state which was supposed to happen this month and the next. I quit my job, sold stuff, told everyone I was dipping out! However, most of what I had been counting on was, you guessed it, blocked! Fraud prevention and subsequent miscommunications slowed down my refund processing (im still waiting) and then a dear and trusted wise old friend pointed out how my move was similar to past patterns of trying to escape my perceived “bad” reality and how the move and who it was with was rife with big glaringly red flags. I hated hearing this bc I was so set on moving and had already felt relief in the illusion that I was gonna have a “new” “better” life by leaving. Realizing my refund would be so delayed I punched a wall in anger and tears streamed down my face when I realized I would not know when I’d get that $ I so desperately was counting on. Then, realizing I had totally jumped the gun by quitting my job and selling most of my stuff, burning bridges etc to try to escape my current life circumstances by moving and that I was actually aware but consciously ignoring these dangerous red flags left me so depressed and feeling lost once again. Watching this podcast has reminded me of what is always just under the surface of our perception of life and can’t be detected when operating only above that surface with our 5 senses and base emotions alone. Intuition and reflection, spiritual check ins and deeper listening should all be engaged when faced with these perceived blocks. Now I am able to realize that maybe I can’t go back and change my most recent snap decisions but I can be patient with my refund realizing I’ll need the $ later too and might have spent it too quickly on my “escape/moving” plan when I now intend to stay right where I am and work through my problems on my own instead of jumping into a potentially harmful situation with someone who is serving themselves only and doesn’t have my best interest in mind all bc I was just wanting to run away. It’s really nice to have this knowledge in your high boy of tools for life bc it happens all the time, “we can’t always get what we want, but if we TRY sometimes, we might find, we get what we need” and it’s not all about us and gratifying the base desires of our ego or instant self gratification or comfort. It’s more about facing fears and discomfort to get a much greater reward. It’s about looking below the surface. Being able to listen to and Trusting higher self. Sacrifice. Service to others. Find the path of positive polarity couple it with wisdom and serve the light, that is where the true positive outcome is and will not ever be so blocked.
To say that anyone's Kundalini awakening goes to waste is not in alignment with spiritual awareness. Spirit has a way of reaching people. I am a spontaneous Kundalini survivor. I was NOT spiritual. Never heard the word Kundalini... I did go to a psych ward but I was guided through the whole thing.. not to take the meds where to go for spiritual learning.. books came, symbols showed up, God walked me through the experience. If someone's Kundalini is awakened they were meant to experience that and whatever happens is what was supposed to happen. There are no gatekeepers in spirituality there is no waste in any spiritual experience. Yes conscious awareness is powerful and helps but at the end of the day it's all spirit and it's all good. Nobody is a waste of spirit. Everyone's experience is unique and that's how it should be.
These two are coming off about as delusional as you can get. The real NPCs (non-player characters) are those who arrogantly claim they have transcended the illusion of self while criticizing others still "caught" in it. By assuming they are beyond the illusion and labeling others as NPCs, they paradoxically become NPCs themselves, trapped in their narrative of superiority. This arrogance, and the presumption to judge what the majority of the world has or hasn't achieved, epitomizes being caught in the illusion. Such a perspective is as delusional as it gets.
I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening and I'm not sure where to go from here but I do know it's in the I am concept and not to judge and to live in heart coherance
I had to 'rewind' to contemplate what I found most helpful here. For me, it was your and Aaron's caution about Kudalini awakening 'symptoms'. The warning about the limitations of our nervous systems is real, lol! Having an awakening without being fully aware of what's going on is a wild ride. Cannot even express how hearing you both speak about it (intelligently) has given me so much better peace of mind. Also helpful to know that breathwork is a place to explore for relief (already deep into meditation, and always learning more). 💚
Yes yes yes ! The awakening is amazing the explosion I felt in my brain I tried explaining to people they all called me crazy said I need psych help .. lol I knew better I haven't been more sane in my life that lasted a couple minutes but the. After effects were waaaaay longer

Thank you! I've been one of those cases where I was focused almost solely on self-awareness and very very little on self embodiment. I also had very many problems with women and understanding them because of this. My understanding is that animal realm works on their instincts, attachments and innate traits . They are not aware of themselves doing things, they just do things.
Most of the animals are working on short stimulations but some of them are intelligent beyond us and our understanding of them. I too had the pleasure to speak with some members of their kingdom so I know what you are talking about. If you think about it the human kingdom works the same way. Most humans are dumb but here and there there are members of this kingdom that are quite intelligent. The principles are repeating themselves on micro and macro levels - "As above so below"

My awakening happened in 2015 after an NDE during a motor vehicle accident. I came out of my body saw myself laying across the seats (layed back down in it, then sat up - and it worked). After that, I realized we are not our bodies. Many hard lessons that molded me in the 2 years that followed were a beautiful blessing that put my consciousness into my heart.

Stuff like this is fun but I will forever remember from another interview I listen to earlier in the week the closer you are to God the less laws there are. The further you are from God the more laws there are. All these densities and rules seem to fit this belief.
This was Absolutely so interesting and uplifting to listen to. I am 64 years old now I started to woked up 1988 I asked myself There must be something more than this in life. And then I had a serious car accident my mom get very sick suddenly after that I was burnt out it I could almost even breathe. I meet lots of people that gave small Puzzle Pieces To make a long Story short I am a kundalini yoga teacher have my own yoga center I live in Northern Sweden in a little City. First time I was doing yoga it was hatha yoga. I was crying and felt this is, I want to help others. Feel the same.
You know to wake up in the 80s wasn't so easy nit fir me.
I have struggled a lot of low self esteem. In This Life I feel the most important thing for me in this life has been to believe in myself to have faith and Trust. I remember other Life's a little bit and the struggles that I add to go through I am very happy I am called very greatful. A segment from 'Saved by the Light of the Buddha Within'...
My new understandings of what many call 'God -The Holy Spirit' - resulting from some of the extraordinary ongoing after-effects relating to my NDE. during September 1970..
Myoho-Renge-Kyo represents the identity of what some scientists are now referring to as the unified field of consciousnesses. In other words, it’s the essence of all existence and non-existence - the ultimate creative force behind planets, stars, nebulae, people, animals, trees, fish, birds, and all phenomena, manifest or latent. All matter and intelligence are simply waves or ripples manifesting to and from this core source. Consciousness (enlightenment) is itself the actual creator of everything that exists now, ever existed in the past, or will exist in the future - right down to the minutest particles of dust - each being an individual ripple or wave.
The big difference between chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo and most other conventional prayers is that instead of depending on a ‘middleman’ to connect us to our state of inner enlightenment, we’re able to do it ourselves. That’s because chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo allows us to tap directly into our enlightened state by way of this self-produced sound vibration. ‘Who or What Is God?’ If we compare the concept of God being a separate entity that is forever watching down on us, to the teachings of Nichiren, it makes more sense to me that the true omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence of what most people perceive to be God, is the fantastic state of enlightenment that exists within each of us. Some say that God is an entity that’s beyond physical matter - I think that the vast amount of information continuously being conveyed via electromagnetic waves in today’s world gives us proof of how an invisible state of God could indeed exist.
For example, it’s now widely known that specific data relayed by way of electromagnetic waves has the potential to help bring about extraordinary and powerful effects - including an instant global awareness of something or a mass emotional reaction. It’s also common knowledge that these invisible waves can easily be used to detonate a bomb or to enable NASA to control the movements of a robot as far away as the Moon or Mars - none of which is possible without a receiver to decode the information that’s being transmitted. Without the receiver, the data would remain impotent. In a very similar way, we need to have our own ‘receiver’ switched on so that we can activate a clear and precise understanding of our own life, all other life and what everything else in existence is.
Chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo each day helps us to achieve this because it allows us to reach the core of our enlightenment and keep it switched on. That’s because Myoho-Renge-Kyo represents the identity of what scientists now refer to as the unified field of consciousnesses. To break it down - Myoho represents the Law of manifestation and latency (Nature) and consists of two alternating states. For example, the state of Myo is where everything in life that’s not obvious to us exists - including our stored memories when we’re not thinking about them - our hidden potential and inner emotions whenever they’re dormant - our desires, our fears, our wisdom, happiness, karma - and more importantly, our enlightenment.
The other state, ho, is where everything in Life exists whenever it becomes evident to us, such as when a thought pops up from within our memory - whenever we experience or express our emotions - or whenever a good or bad cause manifests as an effect from our karma. When anything becomes apparent, it merely means that it’s come out of the state of Myo (dormancy/latency) and into a state of ho (manifestation). It’s the difference between consciousness and unconsciousness, being awake or asleep, or knowing and not knowing.
The second law - Renge - Ren meaning cause and ge meaning effect, governs and controls the functions of Myoho - these two laws of Myoho and Renge, not only function together simultaneously but also underlies all spiritual and physical existence.
The final and third part of the tri-combination - Kyo, is the Law that allows Myoho to integrate with Renge - or vice versa. It’s the great, invisible thread of energy that fuses and connects all Life and matter - as well as the past, present and future. It’s also sometimes termed the Universal Law of Communication - perhaps it could even be compared with the string theory that many scientists now suspect exists.
Just as the cells in our body, our thoughts, feelings and everything else is continually fluctuating within us - all that exists in the world around us and beyond is also in a constant state of flux - constantly controlled by these three fundamental laws. In fact, more things are going back and forth between the two states of Myo and ho in a single moment than it would ever be possible to calculate or describe. And it doesn’t matter how big or small, famous or trivial anything or anyone may appear to be, everything that’s ever existed in the past, exists now or will exist in the future, exists only because of the workings of the Laws ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’ - the basis of the four fundamental forces, and if they didn’t function, neither we nor anything else could go on existing. That’s because all forms of existence, including the seasons, day, night, birth, death and so on, are moving forward in an ongoing flow of continuation - rhythmically reverting back and forth between the two fundamental states of Myo and ho in absolute accordance with Renge - and by way of Kyo. Even stars are dying and being reborn under the workings of what the combination ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’ represents. Nam, or Namu - which mean the same thing, are vibrational passwords or keys that allow us to reach deep into our life and fuse with or become one with ‘Myoho-Renge-Kyo’.
On a more personal level, nothing ever happens by chance or coincidence, it’s the causes that we’ve made in our past, or are presently making, that determine how these laws function uniquely in each of our lives - as well as the environment from moment to moment. By facing east, in harmony with the direction that the Earth is spinning, and chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo for a minimum of, let’s say, ten minutes daily to start with, any of us can experience actual proof of its positive effects in our lives - even if it only makes us feel good on the inside, there will be a definite positive effect. That’s because we’re able to pierce through the thickest layers of our karma and activate our inherent Buddha Nature (our enlightened state). By so doing, we’re then able to bring forth the wisdom and good fortune that we need to challenge, overcome and change our adverse circumstances - turn them into positive ones - or manifest and gain even greater fulfilment in our daily lives from our accumulated good karma. This also allows us to bring forth the wisdom that can free us from the ignorance and stupidity that’s preventing us from accepting and being proud of the person that we indeed are - regardless of our race, colour, gender or sexuality. We’re also able to see and understand our circumstances and the environment far more clearly, as well as attract and connect with any needed external beneficial forces and situations. As I’ve already mentioned, everything is subject to the law of Cause and Effect - the ‘actual-proof-strength’ resulting from chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo always depends on our determination, sincerity and dedication.
For example, the levels of difference could be compared to making a sound on a piano, creating a melody, producing a great song, and so on. Something else that’s very important to always respect and acknowledge is that the Law (or if you prefer God) is in everyone and everything.
NB: There are frightening and disturbing sounds, and there are tranquil and relaxing sounds. It’s the emotional result of any noise or sound that can trigger off a mood or even instantly change one. When chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo each day, we are producing a sound vibration that’s the password to our true inner-self - this soon becomes apparent when you start reassessing your views on various things - such as your fears and desires etc. The best way to get the desired result when chanting is not to view things conventionally - rather than reaching out to an external source, we need to reach into our own lives and bring our needs and desires to fruition from within - including the good fortune and strength to achieve any help that we may need. Chanting Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo also reaches out externally and draws us towards, or draws towards us, what we need to make us happy from our environment. For example, it helps us to be in the right place at the right time - to make better choices and decisions and so forth. We need to think of it as a seed within us that we’re watering and bringing sunshine to for it to grow, blossom and bring forth fruit or flowers. It’s also important to understand that everything we need in life, including the answer to every question and the potential to achieve every dream, already exists within us.

I’ve had an accidental kundalini awakening by doing dr. Joe Dispenza meditations and it was INTENSE to say the least. A rollercoaster. 2 years later and I’m now finally getting the hang of it.. intense but worth it

something worth noting is that *physical* practices, like asanas and breathing exercises and movements to awaken and channel kundalini----these CAN be helpful (depending on the state of consciousness from which they are done), BUT they are not necessary.
the things Aaron describes (such as psychic abilities being realized, intuition, empathy, telepathy, etc) have all been realized (from my perspective) and I do none of what he mentioned. sincerely, all I do is meditate every morning and every evening. 30 minutes every morning, and then however long I feel like meditating in the evening. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE TO AWAKEN YOUR THIRD EYE!
I am not just speaking from direct experience but think about this: if someone is paralyzed or disabled and *literally* cannot physically do pranayama or kundalini yoga---are they simply doomed to never awakening their Third Eye? are they forever left out of Self-Realization and God-Realization? OF COURSE NOT!
again: kundalini yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and so on CAN be helpful, but from my own personal experience, they are NOT necessary. just meditate with all your heart and mind (either on *observing* the breath or on OM, the Primordial Symbol of the Godhead, Brahman). meditate as the end itself, not to achieve or attain anything, just like you sing or dance just for the sake of singing or dancing. meditate for the sake of meditating, because it is the most conscious and powerful thing you can do HERE and NOW in this eternal moment. "simple" meditation and devoting myself to selfless service is all I've ever done and I am indescribably grateful to have witnessed the following:
empathy (your sorrow becomes my sorrow; your joy becomes my joy)
telepathy (receiving and sending mental images)
seeing with my eyes closed
knowing someone else's thoughts, feelings, and vibration
intuition (knowing what someone was going to say or what was going to happen before it did)
miracles (healing from stage 4 cancer, manifesting things within the same week just by thinking about it once, synchronicities, and so on)
remember: I AM NOT SPECIAL. all of these abilities already exist within you, you just need to meditate to bring them out of you. and you don't need to meditate for nearly as long as you might think!

Long answer: when you understand the root of all physical dis-ease and mental dis-order, then self-healing is not only real, but it becomes obvious that it's the only true way to heal.
The root of disease and disorder is imbalance -- internal conflict. In a word: stress or tension. When you let go of stress/tension, and you are willing to release internal conflict (e.g., one learns to accept their feminine energy), then disease/disorder correct themselves. Of course, only according to the will of the universe (the "Highest Good")
I haven't told you anything new. You can feel that this is true. Look at the words we use to describe the human states that requires correcting/healing.
Physical dis-ease. Consciousness chronically not-at-ease, until it solidifies and appears/manifests as a physical condition. Self-healing: be at ease. Let go of the internal conflict, release tension, breathe deeply and move your body to help your body-mind complex release the stagnant energy.
Dis-order. Unconscious thought-patterns reflecting false, self-limiting beliefs (chaotic, by definition).
Self-healing: bring these unconscious patterns/thoughts/beliefs to awareness. Awareness alone is enough. For example: healing from OCD doesn't require drugs; it requires understanding the root (e.g., trauma, genetics, abuse, etc.). Self-healing this mental disorder, for example, requires observing the OCD-groinal-response pattern as an artifact of a dysregulated nervous system. See the entire thought-feeling pattern as an object in your awareness -- not some *thing* with a story. It's just a thought with a feeling. Then more thoughts with more feelings. AKA the thinking mind unconsciously fixating itself on subconscious beliefs (beliefs not yet brought to the conscious mind).
Of course, easier said than done! It requires slowing down and intending upon deep introspection and integration.
Are there exceptions to every rule? Yes. But only because we cannot ever know the full picture of what's really going on within someone or what needs to play out in terms of karma for them to reach higher levels of awareness.
Lastly: I don't claim to know the truth. I'm only sharing what has worked for me and many others.

How did you get so pretty both of you with mitochondria us women sure are a blessing and my last words to hear was I am to be a mother again and because of my kids behavior I told god no anything but that no not that we were in the ICU because my son had something to say and it was shut up and listen apologize to the doctor and get up and walk it took four months before I feel back down. The intensity of how I over feel everything is a burden and I am not taking care of myself since I heard from the doctor. How dare someone do that to me I am old and why I was unprotected during the hate and I was told I was a man girlfriend and I said no I am not and he said yes she is my girlfriend who thinks that or says that if it's not Manuel my body is my holy temple and I had not been with a man for 7 years. It ended up he claimed me and he was going to have me ratheri.w 1:33:35 anted it or not. Finding out I had a disease from him one that will kill me made me give up what is dangerous awakening why no one ever was with me
How do you know what we are seeing. Each experience is a individual thing because we are the same to.godbhis children and inside us is our own individual path and all he wants us to do is not judge each other and didn't get to judge the doctor and she killed my son. So we can't judge each other or get into each other business because what we have been given is what he d chose it but what he told me is that he loves us as individuals

For how can a just God demand such unending suffering, joylessness and sacrifice, even in the name of Love? Therefore, Serve to others comes from Serve to yourself. He does make it easier to understand. I would love to talk to him because I have so many questions. I've been brought up in the South, the Carolina's (USA) where Christianity is most prevalent. Since I was a young child, sitting in church listening to the preacher preaching and thinking,"God's not like that, why is he telling us this?" He was condemning people to hell for various different things, like one I do remember, he said if you get a divorce both people goes to hell! No matter what the reason for or cause!! So I can relate to Aaron, him being born and raised in a Christian environment. I love Christ and I believe he was God's son. I just wish I could talk to Aaron!!! I'm like so confused. I mean there are the lost scrolls in which I haven't read yet, I just know there's a lot to research and see and read and I'm trying to every day that I can. I really need to talk to someone but there's no one around here. I mean, if you even question anything around here, your condemned!!! So I don't dare even trying. 😢

People kept asking me what's going on as my energy felt so vibrant to them, they saw me as pure oneness with myself, my open heart. I think the first time I experienced it was a few months after listening each evening to positive affirmation and falling asleep with that. I was also always repeating the same mantras every day.
The second time I felt this state was after receiving a beautiful bodywork session. It felt like everything got "recalibrated".
I also come from a devout Christian background, my story is similar to Aaron’s. I am grateful to be on this path. Much love to you all.

I used to fear what God would think about my changed faith about all I was learning in the last twenty years on I AM THE UNIVERSE or WE ALL TOGETHER ARE GOD. Thanks to your video, I do not fear what he may think as you made me understand a LOVE THAT HE HAS IS UNMATCHABLE AND a punishing god wouldn’t have any reason of any kind. This PARADIGM is now gone as I feel it is right to curiously move on and that whatever I thought before that could have been wrong (no matter what the degree was sinfully wrong *if I I ever thought in that/those ways that I am unaware of…) that nothing is to fear of thanks to my new understanding you had me understand that it has already been forgiven.

The part where you got relief by watching Ehkart...I too did that in 2019-2020 during my dark night. It was my place of peace to connect with him and others like Wayne, Deepak and Dr Joe. If I wasn't reading their books I was listening to them on RUclips. Connecting with them was like an extension of my meditation time while I also painted 🎨 obsessively.

Thanks guys ❤️Only thing I would add is that from my own experience and from what I’ve heard from other really grounded spiritual teachers is that you can’t really fully awaken the kundalini energy when you aren’t ready so would just add for others not to be afraid about this as there is a lot of fear mongering out there about this which puts people off. Absolutely loved this talk... fell in love with Aaron's explanation of enlightenment... " Realizing the truth is not really the point of enlightenment, it's about NOT FORGETTING THE TRUTH. " I wholeheartedly agree with this statement being an ACIM student and teacher for many years. All we're ever doing in every moment of suffering and illusion is reminding ourselves of the Truth and I would add forgiving ourselves for forgetting our true identity and reality. Such a simple, brilliant way to express the concept of enlightenment. Thank you Aaron and Andre for this profound discourse.
This is the most accurate description of what is going on I love it
“A positive outcome will complete me” this is so powerful! When that perceived desired outcome is blocked for any reason the usual response (from the ego) is ANGER and a relentless need to recover the perceived positive outcome our ego was desiring. What we so often fail to see is that our perception of what we need and want is usually a manifestation of our egos desires and not what’s actually best for us/the whole/One.
If we have enough life experience to look back and reflect on other times when such outcomes were blocked but eventually it was for the best or the outcome being blocked actually kept us from a truly miserable eventual outcome or circumstances that were worse than just not getting what we thought we needed or wanted at the time. If we can reflect this way we can see that perhaps the actual desired outcome, our attachment to the particular outcome and our illusion of control over it were in essence actually very harmful to us / the whole. We can see that we were so much better off without it and future outcomes were better for us and everyone else BECAUSE that one perceived positive ego desired outcome was blocked. Realizing this can help us let go of desired outcomes and our attachment to them as well as the anger that arises when they are blocked. Instead we might think “maybe this was blocked for my own good.” “Perhaps my higher self stepped in to prevent this bc it’s not actually to my benefit or in fact it’s harmful to me/my growth as well as others and the whole.” Then it’s easier to let go and not dwell in anger, regret and lamenting.
Recently I was counting on a big tax refund and a move out of state which was supposed to happen this month and the next. I quit my job, sold stuff, told everyone I was dipping out! However, most of what I had been counting on was, you guessed it, blocked!
Fraud prevention and subsequent miscommunications slowed down my refund processing (im still waiting) and then a dear and trusted wise old friend pointed out how my move was similar to past patterns of trying to escape my perceived “bad” reality and how the move and who it was with was rife with big glaringly red flags. I hated hearing this bc I was so set on moving and had already felt relief in the illusion that I was gonna have a “new” “better” life by leaving. Realizing my refund would be so delayed I punched a wall in anger and tears streamed down my face when I realized I would not know when I’d get that $ I so desperately was counting on. Then, realizing I had totally jumped the gun by quitting my job and selling most of my stuff, burning bridges etc to try to escape my current life circumstances by moving and that I was actually aware but consciously ignoring these dangerous red flags left me so depressed and feeling lost once again.
Watching this podcast has reminded me of what is always just under the surface of our perception of life and can’t be detected when operating only above that surface with our 5 senses and base emotions alone. Intuition and reflection, spiritual check ins and deeper listening should all be engaged when faced with these perceived blocks. Now I am able to realize that maybe I can’t go back and change my most recent snap decisions but I can be patient with my refund realizing I’ll need the $ later too and might have spent it too quickly on my “escape/moving” plan when I now intend to stay right where I am and work through my problems on my own instead of jumping into a potentially harmful situation with someone who is serving themselves only and doesn’t have my best interest in mind all bc I was just wanting to run away. It’s really nice to have this knowledge in your high boy of tools for life bc it happens all the time, “we can’t always get what we want, but if we TRY sometimes, we might find, we get what we need” and it’s not all about us and gratifying the base desires of our ego or instant self gratification or comfort. It’s more about facing fears and discomfort to get a much greater reward. It’s about looking below the surface. Being able to listen to and Trusting higher self. Sacrifice. Service to others. Find the path of positive polarity couple it with wisdom and serve the light, that is where the true positive outcome is and will not ever be so blocked.
To say that anyone's Kundalini awakening goes to waste is not in alignment with spiritual awareness. Spirit has a way of reaching people. I am a spontaneous Kundalini survivor. I was NOT spiritual. Never heard the word Kundalini... I did go to a psych ward but I was guided through the whole thing.. not to take the meds where to go for spiritual learning.. books came, symbols showed up, God walked me through the experience. If someone's Kundalini is awakened they were meant to experience that and whatever happens is what was supposed to happen. There are no gatekeepers in spirituality there is no waste in any spiritual experience. Yes conscious awareness is powerful and helps but at the end of the day it's all spirit and it's all good. Nobody is a waste of spirit. Everyone's experience is unique and that's how it should be.
These two are coming off about as delusional as you can get.
The real NPCs (non-player characters) are those who arrogantly claim they have transcended the illusion of self while criticizing others still "caught" in it. By assuming they are beyond the illusion and labeling others as NPCs, they paradoxically become NPCs themselves, trapped in their narrative of superiority. This arrogance, and the presumption to judge what the majority of the world has or hasn't achieved, epitomizes being caught in the illusion. Such a perspective is as delusional as it gets.
I had a spontaneous Kundalini awakening and I'm not sure where to go from here but I do know it's in the I am concept and not to judge and to live in heart coherance

I had to 'rewind' to contemplate what I found most helpful here. For me, it was your and Aaron's caution about Kudalini awakening 'symptoms'. The warning about the limitations of our nervous systems is real, lol! Having an awakening without being fully aware of what's going on is a wild ride. Cannot even express how hearing you both speak about it (intelligently) has given me so much better peace of mind. Also helpful to know that breathwork is a place to explore for relief (already deep into meditation, and always learning more). 💚

Thank you! I've been one of those cases where I was focused almost solely on self-awareness and very very little on self embodiment. I also had very many problems with women and understanding them because of this. The insight you gave me just clicked and I'm ready to start bringing my self embodiment in balance with the self awareness. Grtz
