Thanks for the recipe. I added butter and olive oil to the fish. Which turned out great. Pulled out the fish. Measure the water butter olive oil. Made rice with it .
A food vlogger who actually includes the coke to pressure time - I'm in love! 🥰 thanks so much I'm trying to incorporate more fish in my diet for healthy but I'm always scared of cooking fish for some reason lol it just seems so delicate!
I love the way your explanation is clear and concise. Watched a few other videos before this that were more confusing. We're cooking a home cooked recipe for our dog with allergies which was formulated by a nutritionist and this video is going to help with the cooking process...thank you!!! 😊
Lol same here.. I just purchased an instapot and also just got back into the gym. I'm trying to start back eating healthy so I will definitely be here for some instapot ideas
Just found u, new sub! Love that u cook from frozen & simple simple!! Love the quick and to the point!! Cooking up a bunch of fish & will use for food prep!
I'm forever burning my fingers with that IP metal trivet. I really need to get the sling one. Nice video. I have already done this and the results were great. Going to try again tonight and maybe on a bed of rice. Thanks for sharing.
I like this video, it is simple and easy to follow. I am new to instapoting... and cooking for that matter!. I have a question, if i am just cooking one or two pieces of frozen fish (i bought some Cod) in my smaller instapot duo mini 3 quart (i think it is the smallest one they make) do i need to change the time or amount of water? Thank you
usually the times dont change, itd still take same time to arrive at a certain temp. what does mess it up is when the fish/item isnt staggered like the creator of vid says
I'm going to try this tomorrow. Thank you so much for sharing!! ✌️💜 Ok, I have a confession, lol! I couldn't wait as soon as I wrote my comment I went and made my 🐟... You are a genius! I won't cook my tilapia the old way again!!! 👍😍
I don't even bother unwrapping them, you can literally just dump them in and cook them in the vacuum pack on the sous vide setting if you've got it. I just dress them after I cut them out.
Considering how delicate and thin fish is, 8 minutes seems to be a might too much time, especially when you read the temp over 200, maybe instead of cooking on high, next time go for a lower pressure.

I did frozen haddock using the high pressure for 8 minutes and it worked! Of course the actual time for the whole process slightly longer.

my frozen filets were still frozen after 8 minutes, so i put them back in for 5 more minutes. in foil with fresh lime and seasonings. yum!
Did you have it on high pressure?

15 minutes to come into pressure and then cooking time is 8 minutes.
@@whereaboutsunknown9415 thank you, my cat family appreciates it. they will feast.
Tilapia is waste. But well done. Do it with a better fish, that would be nice.😍best wishes from Germany 😘
