I have a hint I thought of. Sprinkle paprika on top of fish and dried parsley . Makes an awesome color on fish

Did you measure the internal fish temp?
I didn’t, but I know it’s ready when it flakes easily with a fork. You can also check the temp to make sure it’s at least 145F

Can you use red rice and spinach as well
You can add spinach in the same pot together with tilapia. Red rice take longer to cook, you’d need to cook it separately. Use same directions as instant pot brown rice:
