I'm not a fan of people making videos "just for views", daily. I give thumbs up when the quality is there. But maybe the quality of your vlog has diminished some (because of the daily post) and thats the reason you are not getting many "thumbs up". I really enjoy your land searching videos and I will continue to watch.

Your comment leaves me somewhat confused. No where in this video does Mike say anything about receiving a low "thumbs up" count. I will admit, Mike does ask for a "thumbs up" on two different occasions during this video but the second ask is clearly facetious.
Your assertion that the quality of Mikes videos has diminished (for whatever reason) is ignorant. Please know, I mean no disrespect when I use the word "ignorant". Definition _"ignorant" is lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about a particular thing_.
Living Free has over 1,150 uploaded videos. Anyone willing to take the time to watch a random selection from the past 11 years of Mikes video uploads can easily deduce that Mikes vlogs have increased in quality with every video produced.
All this said, I took the time to do some calculations regarding the "Thumbs Up" count on Mikes videos. Since Mike has been doing his best to produce daily uploads, the "View" count has increased by 38% and the "Thumbs Up" count has increased by 26%.
FYI, weather you're a fan or not, one of the main goals for RUclips producers who are seeking to make a profit is to get as many views as possible.
One reason why realtors do not get back to potential buyers very well when looking for inexpensive land is that they do not get as good as commission compared to houses.
I've dealt with realtors alot & have found that buyers who are looking for inexpensive land get the least priority. Realtors will not want to invest too much time doing research as they can make more money concentrating on higher priced raw land or houses.

Realtors want to sell homes with larger commisions. Cheap land is like cheap cars at a dealership, not much money in it for them.
"Finding the right land with lots of trees, but not too many. A place with lots of rocks, but not cliffs that prevent passage to see. A flat spot to see far and wide, yet deep enough within boundaries from neighbors to hide. " Write it down and daily read to ASK God to provide..the right place, and He will. Thanks for sharing.

Also, I was just thinking the other day that you get a much higher percentage of likes on your videos than most RUclipsrs do. Usually a content creator is lucky to get likes over 10% of total views. You’re doing great! 👍

You may be able to make adjustment to lean out for higher altitudes . It’s not going to run right without leaning. carburetor adjustment screws✅ 🇺🇸

your running at high elevation, tou need to use the choke correctly, every little movement matters. your geberator is fine, adjust the carb the CORRECT WAY and it will start
Just found this Mike. Holley also suggests decreasing one jet size for every 2,000 foot increase in altitude. So if we were going to re-jet a carburetor for 7,000 feet, this would mean reducing both the primary and secondary jets by three numbers - or from the 73 down to 70. Best regards Tommy & Bonita.

Higher elevation means less oxygen. Less oxygen means you need less fuel. Lean out that carb.
why not stay where your at and make it better
Take your time looking for land. Moving presents other problems you don't have. Some people, despite having money, are more or less STUCK in place.
When we found our home we got lucky. We had planned on looking at 5 properties. We were over the road truckers and planned a time to check out land on a Monday. The 2 we really were interested in sold Thursday and Friday the week before. We had one property that was in the same area as the first 2 that the realtors hadn't taken good photos of and we were just going to looked before heading about 100 miles farther way. We decided to check it out and loved it. Hopefully you'll find yours soon. We saw a lady making beef jerky on a smoker grill.
Adjust your mixture screw for high altitude since you are mostly stationary. Also if you consider a weldtech suspension and a diff lock for your class C your property search will look much better having a vehicle that will easily give you amazing access capabilities.

Check the owners manual. Should be a way to adjust the carb. for high altitude. After adjustment, you can hang a white cloth in front of exhaust. There should be no soot on cloth when adjusted correctly.

So what was the big deal on the 20 acres? It's a cheap plot of land. Nothing says you have to live on that hill. Why can't you find a nice spot off to the side? Just cut a new winding road into a flat area. Anyway you do you!

I wonder if in that area if you need to rejet the carb. That might get it running better/longer. Actually, Predator does sell jet kits for various elevations, including one for 6000-7000 feet. That'll keep it from running rich.

You should fix your other generator do a maintenance on it so you have to in case one doesnt work. Its not right that you stay their for the summer its to hot. you should stay with a friend or in their driveway or something. Where you can access electricity for a air conditioning or a air conditioned room.... I think we were better off when we could travel ---and had lower gas prices...to go some where cooler and maybe with a friend or a couple of friends....what condition is your RV in? does it drive? i feel really bad ..and i dont think you should stay in that heat....the truth so dont hate me for not wanting you to stay there...

I have the 5000 and it came with different gaskets for the elevation problem. I know, I know. We are men and don’t need instructions for anything, but you might want to read that part. 🤣 this is my second generator and I bought the same one. First one lasted over 3 years and I ran it everyday. Still love the 💩 you put out.
My rv gen set hasan altimeter adjustment on it. You may need to see what predator has for high altitude operation. Could be as simple as a half turn on your air fuel Mixture screw
Mike if you could get your hands on a leaf blower. It would get all that dust out of your vehicle. So you wont be breathing it in.🙂🙂🙂🙂

Hondas are Great have had mine for roughly 10 years a 2200. For what you paid for your two you could of had a Honda. My first one was a Kipor it lasted about two years. I have heard good things about the one you have....Good Luck

You said exactly what I said when I was there looking, most if not all the good properties are taken and probably won’t go back up for sale until the market gets better. The properties that are for sale right now are crap properties that people want to offload. I ended up buying 1 acre with a home in a non-restricted area in Kentucky. Maybe you should consider a different state. Good luck.

I have the same genset. 2 months old 850 hrs on it now. Ngk plug, magnetic dip stick and CO2 bypass. I Change the oil and clean out the spark arrestors every Sunday. I noticed the spark arrestors stayed clean after upgrading to ngk. The pull cord is worthless I never used it yet it was laying on the ground one day all frayed up. Would buy again it's quiet and lots of online info on them.

I think propane might be better for there I don’t know for sure but propane is cleaner what I know I’m a Louisiana boy never had to run a generator that high up but it won’t be cheap!
Maybe wait until the monsoon season is closer to look at land to see where the water floods. Do you think because you backed out of that first contract, realtors don’t want to invest time in helping you? You know when you say just look at this view or look at this animal, we really can’t see anything. If you camera has a wide angle lens and not a zoom lens, we can’t see what you see.
I wash my truck every time I change my oil. Every 50,000 miles whether it needs it or not.
You may have bumped into another revenue stream..... You should find a realtor who would allow you to be an affiliate for them. You're showing a LOT of good property and when people contact you to ask them where this is, they are now a HOT lead!! ..... Now when they buy, YOU get $$$$! You're welcome! 🙂
If youre from Minnesota, i cant figure out why tou would want to live in such a hot, desolate place like the arizona desert. Dont you miss lush green grass pastures and forests and rivers and lakes and fishing and hunting. I couldn't do it. Im a Virginian and i like the xhange if seasons and tge forests and lush fields and meadows. That place toure in is just too hardscrabble for an old woman like me.
I do miss the tall trees, lakes and so on. I just don't miss my arms flying everywhere swatting the blood suckers non-stop, scraping my windows every morning in the nine months of winter, ridiculous humidity in the summer and so on. I like brief periods in the spring and fall.
If land like that is what you want head to Colorado. Tons of it in the southeastern part of state.

If you use non-ethanol gas in it that will solve a lot of problems if it's available where you're at and it cost more but if you get it for the generator only might not be too bad maybe worth the investment

I think you are overthinking the flooding possibility. Usually you can tell if a part of land is prone to flooding by the ground composition. The generator maker might have a way to jet the fuel down. Contact them and ask?
You might try adjusting the jets to lean your fuel mixture a tad! Love venison , elk and beef lol it's all provided by God to feed us!

That will work Mike cleaning it every 20 hours but eventually the piston in the balls will get gummed up and then it won't run good at all you have to have it running clean with the altitude kit new generators nowadays are built to fail their choked out by the EPA now I don't know if I'm gonna buy one. 👍👌🍺

It might flood, dude look around. There is no signs of any creeks or wash's so it will never flood and it has not flooded in 100 years. And yes the road has lite water damage but the road is hard packed and can't absorb the water.
The volcanic powder turns into the worse mud you have ever seen. I have 36a where Mike is looking. Even my 4x4 got stuck up to the axles after a light rain.
Just remember you know that you're loved by God when things are difficult.

There really isn’t a perfect land out there. You find something wrong with every land you find. Too much slope, hill too big, too flat it may flood. My question is are you really looking for land or just making videos?

Another consideration would be a lot better for you is non-ethanol gas but if you really want the best is use natural gas dual generator talk to the expert Mr badge Canadian genius I use non-ethanol for my lawn mower no problems at all on the carburetor sizing that carburetor jet is will help you too but the problem with that is what if you go down to a lower elevation you'll find your property as long as you got a lot of money
