Excellence in the basics. You must build a solid foundation and it all starts with consistency and a relentless grind. This routine I have done more times than I can count. It is simple but effective. The burpee is a working mans exercise. Hit this hard and focus on form, it will be over before you know it and you will be glad you did it. Stomach strike explained in video!

You inspire me. I'm 63 and have been doing 100-200 pushups every other day, or so, for the past year (used to work out alot in my younger years and just quit. Decided to see how fit I could get last year). Watching you has got me into burpies. The pushups are pretty easy at this point, but including them in a burpie is damn tough for the old guy, but I'm easing into it. Thank you for your service Marine.

Came across this channel pretty recently. It makes other body weight workout/HIIT channels look pretty elementary

I've seen some good HIIT workouts (takin nothin away from this guy, or burbees) that makes the body get use to *doing more complex movements, agility.*
So ya.... conditioning it's great!
But other HIIT programs/channels teaches coordination.

Iron wolf is my inspiration he doesn't do pointless movements we normally see on Instagram just to get likes his workouts are raw simple (not over complicated pointless exercises) never fucking easy and gets results i started doing burpees at 270lbs I'm at 215 today burpee routine 6 day's a week I've developed that iron wolf mentality of noboby gives a fuck i wake up and get my reps in 🇺🇸

@@saifullahsajad1888 its not necessary to jump during burpees. for me, not jumping also helps to keep perfect form.

I just found this channel. I did 14 rounds on the heavy bag yesterday..no problem. Today, I made it 25 minutes into this workout before I had to stop!!. It was an ugly 25 mins too. I'm looking forward to this kind of conditioning! How long did it take you before you could keep up?

This is my new go-to routine, brother. Awesome workout, quick progression through different counts, never gets stale. Finally made it through the entire thing without taking a break. Love it!!! SF! Errah!

I did this routine yesterday on my channel. It took me about 50 minutes and was challenging. The progression was awesome and you were right that it is "over before you know it." Great job and thanks for inspiring us to keep challenging ourselves!

I started to practice on a well execution of burpees. Considering that I come from tendonitis and other injuries in elbow, I gave my self time, and started to focus on the perfect form!

Found your channel from your collab with Sean G. Just wanted to salute you from the UK; you're doing amazing work. You've inspired me to change the way I workout. I've been going to the gym for years, I'm in decent shape, but I'm realising how unfunctional that strength is. Just started my journey with a version of this doing rounds of 10 instead of 25, sweating my bollocks off but inspired to keep improving. Keep doing what you're doing.

Just did this workout, took me almost exactly 1 hour. Wasn’t too worried about the time, more focused on perfect push ups but pretty happy with it still. This is going to be a staple workout for me.

Wolf i hit the pause a fuck ton of times tring to follow you but i never quit.I was a muscle car but now im trading it in and working for the ferrari.Your a machine thats motivting me to be one to.
Started with this today, got to 150 burpees and 300 pushups. Feels great even though it took it's time!
Will do 175 burpees and 375 pushups tomorrow and so on until the complete exercise is done.

Brutally honest and pretty embarrassing. I just started following your channel and I tried this workout today. I'm in good shape, but this workout kicked my ass. It took me 45 minutes to complete half of it and I can barely lift my arms. I'm now determined to conquer it and will keep trying until I do. Love your content and I plan on becoming a burpee beast like you. Keep up the work sir!
Just finished it . Took me probably 1 1/2 hrs. I wasn’t focused on time but on my form, everything slow and controlled. Not focused on the endurance part of it but on the strength part of it. I also added a double stomach strike and some knees to elbows on top after popping back up. Thanks for sharing I really enjoyed this quick in and out routine

Just completed this around 50mins, it feels amazing and it's even more tougher than it looks.
What I did was break it down in 2 rounds, round one I done 15 reps of the 10 sets and round 2 I did 10 reps of 10 sets.
The breakdown helped my mindset get over the pain threshold.

At the start of the pandemic and quarantine, I would already be out of breath at 30 reps. When I discovered your channel, I was inspired to push myself mentally. Your work ethic motivates me to always push more and give it my best. Today, I did 300 burpees and I'm in love with this simple exercise. I've also influenced a number of my friends to do high rep burpees! Will keep grinding it out though and break more limits.

I’ve personally become addicted to this style of burpee.... when you go from a bodyweight RDL into the squat and then kick back to the push-up. It’s a bit more dynamic than the Normal burpee of goin straight down and kick back to push-up. I think I will be using that as my primary style from now on. You’re Amazing Sir. You take an exercise most people dread and use it to inspire transformation in thousands of people. Keep up the great work.
The toe touch rocking chair variant is great and adds an extra stretch, it’s also a slower pace which can help you focus on technique

Hey Wolf - covid and gym closure turned me on to your workouts. I did this one today and I now know what you mean about burpees and mental toughness. My time wasn’t great but I gave myself no choice but to not leave the park until I competed entire workout. Felt great after..thank you for your channel.
I think its like running the marathon. Iron Wolf is the kenyan clocking 2:10. Some of us are looking to complete the course. I think getting the reps with good form is a victory. This is then the foundation for the next victory.

I just tried this and after 1h 10 minutes I had to stop because my deltoids were killing me. I managed to do 575 pushups (I didn't do the last 5-pump set). Next time I'll finish it. Great workout!
I hear ya man, unfortunately my right delt goes almost numb from being so tired. It never happens to my left. I wish it wasnt super a limiting factor

I did this training on Saturday, killer! I liked so much that I will try another one today. I still need to improve the technique a bit, but I will succeed if I keep working on it 💪
