It's funny, I look back on this now, and this would be a warm-up. Thank you, Art.

@llIlllIIIllIllIl manifold for sure. I did three of the Challenges this year and have completely changed my physique, fitness-level, and most importantly, my mind.
I have work yet to accomplish, such as my goal of 500 Navy Seals, but I will get there. I'm age 44, and at no time in my life have I been this powerful. I'm honestly surprised by this transformation myself.

@@aruns.g.2799 I workout everyday, except Sunday. You have to break-up your program to allow recovery, so no I don't do the same thing every day. A good routine to check out would be one of Iron Wolf's challenges, and it you are just starting out, dial it back, but get it as close to the Beginner routine as you can and work up from there. Focus on your form first!

Completed this routine. Finally I've been able to complete one of Iron Wolf's routines after months and months of trying. I'm a 21 year old law student from a developing country and I've been in decent shape since I could remember, but somehow Wolf's stuff is really hard for me. But, nobody gives a fu*k and I better train myself for high rep basic calisthenics & burpees! Thank you Wolf, I've shared your channel & videos many times with my friends and family.

I love all of iron Wolfs programs but buy far to me this is the best because you can quickly do so many rounds so fast. I did six rounds of this today while watching college football. No chips are beer. Just T.V me and the floor👍🏽

WOW! I just learned a ton! I'm a 53 year old firefighter. I do a full body routine 3-4 times a week using kettlebells and dumbbells primarily. I also do 100 burpees every day no matter what. But starting next month, I'm gonna do this routine everyday. Hope I can hang in. Great video

That was epic. Been a big fan of mine the burpees, can very rarely get people at the gym to ever want to do them. They are tough but why train and be comfortable. There is no sense in that. Top man keep it going.👍

My work buddies and I have started doing bodyweight circuits after work since the local gyms have closed. Burpees are our go to giving us the most bang for our bucks in the shortest time frame. We recently tried a 20 to 1 kettlebell swing ladder interlaced with 1 to 20 burpees with a hop. It was horrendous, but it felt great knowing that we had the mental fortitude to grind through it. If possible, could you make a video of the same workout to give us a new time to aim for.

Hi! Two weeks ago i saw first time one of your movies on YT, and from the first moment i knew that it's some good stuff. Next i watch few more movies and start doing burpees. Some time ago i was doing little different kind of burpees, but yours are muuuuuch better! One week ago i start for warm up and done 75reps, next 100, next 200, and today 250. It takes me 40 min (250). Make's me really sweattie, and very satisfate. I'm trying to keep good technic, no cheeting and doing rest between 25/50 reps about 15-20 sec.I know that is not very good result, but everybody started from some lvl, different lvl. I never before could think about doing 250 burpees. You inspire me to do something with my body, feel better, i start to love this routine.💪greetings from Poland for You Soldier !
