      Non GMO is always better bro. They have studies that GMO's cause tumors and cancer. You dont have to be following the popular trending bullshit but eating healthy is important. And some people dont even eat before workouts. I can work out high volume on a 12-15 hr fast

    I'm 58 do 400 push ups per day, 50-75 burpees, shit ton of air squats, lift heavy weights 3 days per week. Walk/ run 3-5 miles 5 days a week. Burpees are tough, trying to get that number to 110 per day. Awesome videos man.

      @@antoniogarciaromero2895 Why worry about something that may or may not be a problem? Just keep going and deal with that issue if it happens. I'm 46 and nothing has changed at all in that area. Never taken any supplements of any kind.

      @@timerson41 What do suggest for a recovery meal ? I'm always hungry af and since it's early in the day I normally just pig out. I never feel guilty though bc I have a high metabolism, it's usually my biggest meal and I workout every morning.

      @@raywill9149Heaping scoop of veggies and around 30g protein with alot of water and electrolytes. Youd have to choose which veggies based on your needs, lots of them have different nutrient densities. I believe harvard has a nice post about it.

    your channel, mindset, and workouts have changed my entire routine and mindset when it comes to working out and staying in shape. nearly 20 years of weight lifting, BJJ, calisthenics, always trying to find the right routine. with high rep burpees/calisthenics daily, so much more can be accomplished physically and mentally, especially mentally. and all you need is a small flat surface, let alone doing these workouts in the great outdoors! minimalist ideals at its best! no equipment, no gym fees!

    I needed this, I had no clue in what or how to eat before a workout because I felt it always held me back. Some days I'd turn as pale as a ghost after an intense workout that wasn't even half of what I'd do regularly. After implementing banana and peanut butter or dark chocolate and almonds before a workout I've been able to hit consistent numbers! Thank you Iron Wolf👌🏼👌🏼👊🏼👊🏼

    I like it. Practical advises about simple easily accessible foods in a common supermarket and explains nutritional benefit you're aiming for. You can build a template from this and choose whether to go overboard in high level nutrition or continue doing simple practical things. Keep it up.

    Hey would you ever consider doing a "full day of eating" video showing what exactly you eat in a day, the quantities and when you eat them?     Quick and to the point videos are the best. Thanks dude! I would suggest sub'ing coconut H2O for Gatorade, but only if your stomach/palette can handle it. It's got a ton of electrolytes, and for me personally, reduces a lot of muscle cramps. Just make sure to try and buy the one's with no artificial flavors. Also watch out for added sugars, too. Usually 12g - 18g of added sugars is the max for me, but anymore and it's pretty much liquid coconut candy, which will spike your insulin levels.

    Thank you for everything iornwolf I gotta get me some wrist supports I've been working out to your videos for a year and it changed my life new years was my first time doing 1000 burpees my left wrist started tingling after 400 even though I wanted to quit and my mind gave me every legit reason to stop I still made it to the 1000 cause I said I was going too and held myself accountable on my word and cause you made me into a savage I didn't even celebrate just business as usual I live by can't lead others if you can't lead yourself it's helping me become the man I want to be I wish everyone the best of success and health let's start the year off right rep city!

    Some good info here. Was never a fan of oatmeal, but it's definitely one of the better things to workout on if you can get it down. I do the banana/almond milk (and a few other things) thing quite a lot personally. Dark chocolate seems pretty legit, shit will put a pep in your step for sure.
