bro this is awesome average joe meals. Not all that extra crap like barley water and extra organic peanut butter with a glass of water harvested from the hidden lakes of Japan.
Non GMO is always better bro. They have studies that GMO's cause tumors and cancer. You dont have to be following the popular trending bullshit but eating healthy is important. And some people dont even eat before workouts. I can work out high volume on a 12-15 hr fast
@@polynesianmovtgp7439 i get it. But most are not fortunate and for wolf to show us some basics gives us have nots a reason for accountability for what we eat.
I'm 58 do 400 push ups per day, 50-75 burpees, shit ton of air squats, lift heavy weights 3 days per week. Walk/ run 3-5 miles 5 days a week. Burpees are tough, trying to get that number to 110 per day. Awesome videos man.

your channel, mindset, and workouts have changed my entire routine and mindset when it comes to working out and staying in shape. nearly 20 years of weight lifting, BJJ, calisthenics, always trying to find the right routine. with high rep burpees/calisthenics daily, so much more can be accomplished physically and mentally, especially mentally. and all you need is a small flat surface, let alone doing these workouts in the great outdoors! minimalist ideals at its best! no equipment, no gym fees!
Your channel iron wolf is truly the best on RUclips by a country mile. The content the last 2 days alone is unbelievable. There is many people who would pay big bucks just to hear what you've been saying , and your giving out tremendous advice for free , sincerely fair play to you. Although I'm here awhile I can always learn from you with the q@a sessions and everything else in between. Thank you for every bit of content you provide. There is only growing from this channel. Mind , body , spirit. There more people know about you the better. Always oatmeal in the morning.
Great, simple content. Just facts, no bull. Thanks for sharing honest information freely and for protecting our country. And thanks for continuing to inspire me to mix up my workouts - just tried something new, set of 100 jumping jacks followed by a set of deadlifts X 3. Not your level of reps, but making progress!
I needed this, I had no clue in what or how to eat before a workout because I felt it always held me back. Some days I'd turn as pale as a ghost after an intense workout that wasn't even half of what I'd do regularly. After implementing banana and peanut butter or dark chocolate and almonds before a workout I've been able to hit consistent numbers! Thank you Iron Wolf👌🏼👌🏼👊🏼👊🏼
Excellent! Please do more of this fast and no bs videos about diet. Bulk cut or shredder all the year diet/ best foods for muscle growth etc. Thank you!!!
I like it. Practical advises about simple easily accessible foods in a common supermarket and explains nutritional benefit you're aiming for. You can build a template from this and choose whether to go overboard in high level nutrition or continue doing simple practical things. Keep it up.
I always like the video prior to watching it. This is what fitness is all about. Thank you sir for all that you are doing. Love and blessings from me and my family to you and people like you out there (from India)!!
Hey would you ever consider doing a "full day of eating" video showing what exactly you eat in a day, the quantities and when you eat them? I'm sure many would appreciate seeing what kind of stuff you put in your body and what foods you abstain from or even what foods you allow yourself to have in cheat meals. Thanks.
Thank you, I really wanted to know what nutrition you will be having during the day as you will be heavily training Thanks for the information, I will implement this right away.
Quick and to the point videos are the best. Thanks dude! I would suggest sub'ing coconut H2O for Gatorade, but only if your stomach/palette can handle it. It's got a ton of electrolytes, and for me personally, reduces a lot of muscle cramps. Just make sure to try and buy the one's with no artificial flavors. Also watch out for added sugars, too. Usually 12g - 18g of added sugars is the max for me, but anymore and it's pretty much liquid coconut candy, which will spike your insulin levels.
Very refreshing to see a young man focused, disciplined, intelligent, and a Marine??Just ordered a long sleeve tee looks AWESOME!!old man here who still bangs it out!!!

Some good info here. Was never a fan of oatmeal, but it's definitely one of the better things to workout on if you can get it down. I do the banana/almond milk (and a few other things) thing quite a lot personally. Dark chocolate seems pretty legit, shit will put a pep in your step for sure.
