Chicago woman charged after dozens of cats are found neglected

A total of 26 cats were found and rescued in Ashley Burrell's house on Hermitage Avenue Tuesday, and more were rescued a day later. CBS 2's Sabrina Franza reports.

I do believe many people have good intentions. But it can get difficult when one gets too many cats.
Lack of communication, too. Not everyone can or should do this. I gave money and cat food too.
