Nice tribute to your friend. I like the fact that he has kept his himself true to himself and maintained his sence of humour. Good on you nice tribute. Do say hi from me. Brave man
He’s not less of a man. No different to a woman having a hysterectomy or mastectomy. So impressed he spoke up. (Edited following feedback- I agree with a commenter it’s more like a cliterodectomy). Apologies for those offended of my comparisons, I’m really trying to say this does not make him less of a man.
what are the signs though? is obesity a part of it ? out of all the men , they cannot find a fit man who got amputated to help others spot the signs? who are the others ? fit men or unfit men? obesity can cause cancer too .

Youre pathway to spread awareness is fantastic and there is no other better person to do it then you! Stay strong and best wishes
Respect for this man. I hope he continues to stay strong with his mental health. No one is ever less of a man for having to go through mental health struggles. It's a very tough battle to fight.

I just couldn't even imagine his grief, pain and sorrow for his loss. You are a brave man Craig. I pray your life is fabulous from this point on. Ill be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. A person with cancer is totally focused on staying alive, regardless what else happens. And, yes, cancer is distressing, as well as humiliating in ways one had never considered until it happens, sometimes, it is the price we have to pay. On a brighter note, being able to continue, and live a purposeful life can be very rewarding and makes one realize just how precious and fragile life is.
God bless you Craig the bravest man ever to tell his story, awareness is everything. Great he had an observant nurse. This gent is a brave soul. His wife is a treasure. God bless them. It's admirable he has come out and spoken about this, hopefully helping others who might be afflicted by this disease.
Saying his surname with a straight face would have been impossible for me so fair play Rylan and also fair play to the guy for recovering from something awful.
The journey for prostate cancer is bad enough, but what Craig has gone through is horrendous. The feeling of loneliness and loosing your manhood, I have also shared. Well done mate, you’re a champion.
A powerful testimony from Craig, with the aim of raising awareness to this topic - such a brave man, and amazing support from his lovely wife ❤️. And well done to This Morning for presenting this so sensitively and with empathy.
Aside from the jokes, cancer really isn’t a laughing matter so good on him for encouraging other men to get things checked. Men tend to avoid going to the gp until it’s too late.
What a great man Craig is for sharing his story, in order to help save other men. Just a nice guy as well. Pleased he has an awesome wife and Doctor who have helped him through his very tough time.
Bless you, Craig for sharing your story. I think it is all too easy for people, especially men, to ignore the signs of something wrong. (Not that you did.) Thank you for calling attention to this diagnosis and I hope you are now completely cancer free.
@@RussBlake80 Same thing crossed my mind. I have noticed some people going on about 33 and masons before - I don't know much about that, but the "partner of 33 years" bit in the description did immediately jump out at me because of other people pointing out that number to me. It may be nothing and it's not to say it definitely isn't correct, etc etc, but the coincidences in this life are sometimes incredible. It's so important to highlight even rare cancers and to prompt people to check, so it's good that he's doing this. He's very lucky to have such strong support from his wife. The doctor's right, never be embarrassed if you notice a change. Go and get checked as early as possible. The earlier cancers are caught, the better. I guess Craig's surname is just unfortunate. Still, Im glad life's beginning to look more positive for him.
