This was the first dance workout I was able to follow along without a) needing to take a break for fear of passing out or b) failing to keep in sync with the moves due to my abysmally poor timing and terrible hand-eye coordination. so thank you for making such a beginner friendly video!

Hi! I just wanted to thank you for the dance! I fell 16 mth ago and have been in bed all that time. I'm still in a lot of pain but I have to try to get back in shape. Depression is real and this might just help. Only 2 of the moves hurt me but I just took it easy. Will try again tomorrow! Thank you!

Hey It's, thanks for your feedback. You are correct, the beginning has side effects. Make sure not to eat at least an hour before the workout, and in time it will become easier for you and you can up your training difficulty ❤️💪
