Can I continue with calisthenics without doing dips?
Because I don't have a dips bar and don't have any alternative for it.
Of course! Dips are just a great compound movement to better target the chest, front delts and triceps but should also be replaced with something like a more difficult pushup profession if standard pushups are too easy.
Another neat trick if you don't have dip bars is to take two chairs and use the back rests as dip bars, but you may need a cloth of some sort to protect your hands depending on the chair.
