i dropped out of college back in 2015 and i just want to say that you were the person that completely changed my life around. i stumbled across one of your old note taking videos (i think) randomly and you totally inspired me to get my life together and to get more organized. since then, ive obviously watched other productivity youtubers, but you were the original channel that got me into this realm of youtube.
before, i never wrote anything down and i never even put anything into my calendar. i was just kind of winging it in life. since binging most of your channel, i’ve started organizing my daily life into my calendar, bought an ipad, and enrolled back into school. i start on the 24th of next month and i’m so excited to be doing something with my life again. i’m also totally prepared-i’ve organized everything i needed to do in the to-do app i use (agenda), and ive gotten everything almost checked off! i was already about halfway through my AA in CC, but i do plan i transferring for my BA.

As a fellow creator, I've never thought that creating could be designed productively - I always flow. This is a great idea Ali!
Legit same, this video's ACTUALLY teaching us the sequence of steps involved in Uploading content to RUclips regularly, without having to run out of ideas or start on blank paper!
A book I've been reading by Seth Godin describes artists & creators as being engaged in "The Practice" of making and delivering content as often as possible, which generally means you will be engaging regularly in a sequence of steps, practicing your workflow, getter better each time, much like playing the guitar or learning a new language, there's a framework designed to get you there, the framework for RUclipsr's isn't quite as clear or distinct but it's there haha!

Having used Notion for a few months now, I can safely say that it's definitely worth it. May take a bit of time to set up but once you get going it does wonders to your productivity!

Thank you for this! My video planning has been through iPhone notes app and it’s become a mess and I’ve been feeling so disorganised/overwhelmed about it all. It's really interesting what you can do in notion. I basically just use it as a weekly planner, to do list and a place where I just collect random ideas. Once I get back into uni I will use it more to track my progress with my classes. I don't have projects to do like you with the videos for example.

I switched to Notion for planning all of my videos (and basically everything else in my life!) a couple of months ago - I love how there's pretty much an infinite amount of possibilities just for this one task!

This is such a great video that I watched until the very end. You can see the value Ali brings in here. I have to agree that Notion is quite the best. At first it can underwhelming as you don’t see the value or you have not adopted to the tool yet. On the other hand it is quite powerful once you know hoe to use the advanced features like templates and relational databases. Ever since I used Notion I increased my video uploads and became more consistent in RUclips :)
well. It's my 4th day using Notion for preparing my notes. I downloaded just after listening you for the first time , am an undergraduate student n the only one who motivates me as a person is you otherwise I had been trying hard to get out from the dull thud since high school. ❤
