      It’s normal his exercise will never work. This he a naturally flexible, he knows nothing about stretching…..there no one exercise in his video that will help you….

    Your exercise will no improve anything, you are a naturally flexible, I can tell you never have to work to get the split…..you not giving the right exercise to help people…..you just look after getting audience……not fair….
