Honestly stain sounds like a good guy who's angry at phony heroes....he's basically has the right motives just executing it the wrong way.
Except that the heroes he considers phony are based on his own unrealistic ideals.

but how right is he one of the most corrupt hero's by stains definition would be mt. lady how ever an injured mt. lady use her powers and risks herself to aid in the escape of a few young heroes later on showing even the so called fake are capable of heroics also one of stain's followers attack heroes who specialize in rescue
Yeah. Not only that, Uraraka genuinely wants to be a hero and help people, and her primary motivation is earning money.
Uravity wants the money to help people. With Mt Lady it is a happy bonus. It is not just about the money. It is about selfless actions.
Ida agrees with Stain because he realises even if he beat Stain and saved people. He would have done that for revenge and not because it is the right thing.
Stain's ideology makes perfect reasonable sense when being a hero to help people is how the world is supposed to work.
To be honest Stain feels like a Batman Villain, their methods and ideology while twisted still make sense and even appealing in some cases.

I dont think he will ever show up in a major roll again. He might make a few cameo appearances, but honestly his role in the story is complete. The point of him in the story was to push Shigaraki (Don't know if that's how to spell his name) into finding his purpose, and help Iida develope as a character, and he kinda did both. If he did come back in a major way I think it would be to try and dismantle the Villain Alliance.

Javante Williams If she became a hero I think he would try to kill her. Even if it's for a good reason Dr doesn't want to become a hero to save people. Her reasons may be noble, but by Stain's definition I don't think she's a "true" hero.
I think he would for this reason: she sees hero work as a means to an end, and Stain believes Hero work should be the ends, not the means

Diego Armando But that specialist only uses bone structure in the feet to determine if they have a Quirk. I don't think there is any proof that they can tell what your Quirk is. I might be wrong tho.

Anonymous Group The MHA spinoff manga "Vigilante" shows that Stain had a brief period as a vigilante, and after something happens it shows that he carved off his own nose.

I understand, and I feel that Stain is definitely a cool character, both in design, and character development. I can definitely Empathize with Stain. Because people in real life can be like that, what I mean is people will do something, and expect a reward for it, even though doing said action should be the reward all to itself. That's just my take on it.
Stain is The Punisher of this world. Which makes him so amazing and is my favorite antihero because of his motives. He is a true hero. Let the world bleed and watch it stain across the ground
I like Stain as a character but his motives really aren't very smart. It was obvious his actions would just make the world worse rather than better and if all he wanted was a voice to show people what was happening, then he could've just become a pro hero himself, become like All Might (considering how many pro heroes he took out he could clearly become a big one) and then with a voice like that people would actually listen to him. Even All Might had fame and glory but he uses that to be the Symbol of Peace. How does he know some of these pro heroes don't use that for the same thing? How does he know their motives? Uraraka wanted money to save her parents. Is that selfish too? Iida wanted to be a pro hero because he looked up to his brother and saw him as his hero, and therefore unselfishly wanted to be as GOOD as him and help the world. Because of Stain's actions he became selfish and vengeful. Again Stain is just making the world worse and he should realise that. So I see his point but his actions are really misguided.
I think the reason he didn't became a Pro Hero is because he thinks the system is corrupted and he can't stand it. Imagine being with people who doesn't share your ideologies/you hate and being put in a kind of process where competition like doing tournaments is much more prioritized instead of acts of heroism so that's probably why he dropped out. (Just my opinion) He indeed has great motives but selfish executions as you said it and because his judgement is not really that wrong about most Pro Heroes, Stain's mind is clouded with remorse he can't make proper judgements anymore that he already generalized everyone into one category and the only way you can convince him is through actions (the exact thing he prioritized as well to make a voice as a hero killer - for Stain, he needs to be convinced through actions so someone proclaiming they want to become a hero for money to help their family wouldn't be convincing to him unless it's done with actions) hence he's able to recognize Deku as someone worth of the hero title. His morals is great but his character has a lot of flaws, that's true - it even makes him hypocritical at some point.
His quirk wouldn't allow him to become what society sees as a "hero" also his motives aren't bad. He means good but since people wouldn't listen to him he had to take action.

ANDDD... i personally think that the name ‘hero’ shouldn’t be given out so easily. After certain training and education one would be a ‘certified hero’. However, a hero is (and i quote from the google dictionary): a person who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.
Those who are in it for the fame and fortune as Stain states, obviously have no true noble qualities, unless the money is going to a good cause (like poverty, global warming etc).
I think the title *HERO* should not be given until a person had truly showed their heroic potential, at least during an actual disaster, not a fake staged one.
Idk what they would be called tho, like ‘potentials’ or somin lol. Potentials as in “potential hero”.
But fr they should like hold a ceremony or somin and award medals/badges at like the end of every year after a ‘potential’ has shown true heroic capabilities. This would mean that the quirk-less would also be able to become heroes.

Stain hands down one of my fav anime characters ever. Every moment on screen was tense and didn't know what would happen.
Best character in the series. The reoccurring themes in this anime on top of the relatable characters is what makes it a great show/experience overall.

Thank you for making this video because I just now saw the episode of Iida telling Stain about his vengence and what he is trying to do for his brother and honestly was confused as to why he told Iida to get away. I automatically thought maybe he wasn't such a bad guy at least to an extent because he doesn't hurt kids but then once he heard about Iida's intentions he got upset then I figured maybe only hurts certain kids. That's when I remembered I saw you guys made this video and decided let me watch it to see if what I thought is correct and made sense. I will admit there were many spoilers BUT I am still glad I saw this because what I thought was confirmed and now he makes more sense. Man...it sucks how he has good intentions and reasons but goes about it incorrectly causing him to look bad and as Izuku says shouldn't be able to go on like that. Honestly, those heroes do need to calm down because what's the point of saving someone if you only do it for money and fame? The real reward should be the fact they are out of danger and not dead or injured. Money and fame won't get them anywhere honestly which is why Endeavor is loser creating kids just because he failed miserably at life. He's a hero that's all that should matter. I had to say that because Todoroki is one of my favorite characters and he is AWESOME but hearing his past man his dad honestly shouldn't be seen as a hero with that kind of nature.

This is such a good charecter! His motives are pure but he executes them in a wrong way. Although it is explained why he does that. And I also totally agree with the fact that just words never work on people, but actions always do. So in the end Stain is amazing!
I think I have an idea of how Stain’s time limit works. Since the longest a person can be paralyzed by his quirk is 8 minutes and blood type B is effected the longest, that must mean that O lasts for 2 minutes, A lasts for 4 minutes, AB lasts for 6 minutes, and B lasts for 8 minutes. So by that logic alone, the fight lasted about 7 minutes, just before Native was able to move again.

Now that I know why Stain does what he does, I could actually see myself doing the same thing if I lived in the world of BNHA. Although I would never go as far as to kill someone. When I first started watching the series, I was fascinated by their world (still am tbh). But at the same time I was pissed off, simply because being a hero is considered a job in that universe. Which I for one think is stupid and ridiculous. And because of that, a lot of people think of heroism as nothing more than a career. I'm kinda disgusted at the thought of people only doing it for the money. If you're going to choose to be a hero, it shouldn't be for any form personal gain. Heck. It shouldn't even be for the glory or the fame. Even the fact that some only do it in order to be become quote "The number one hero" like Bakugou or Izuku makes me a little angry. Whether or not you become "number one" as a hero should not be a concern. You just shouldn't do it for your own benefit in general. Like Stain, I think heroes should do the things they do without expecting anything in return. A hero should be selfless. In my opinion, the only reason why you should want to become a hero, is if you have the strength and determination to protect and do what's right for the world and the people that live in it. Being a hero means risking your own life and that of others every day. Being a hero means wanting to do things for the greater good. Being hero means not being afraid to die for the sake of keeping others alive. And they're treating it like heroism is only there for the sake of entertainment and fame.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not hating on the show or anything. I actually really love the show and all the characters in it and I'm probably getting too worked up over a system that doesn't even exist. I think I'm just more used to Marvel and DC heroes. But I just felt like voicing my opinion. Thank you for finding the time to hear me out :)
Julie Symonds the thing about being a number one hero for Deku isn't just about being better than everyone else, hi about trying the hardest and saving as many people as possible. You can even see it in his class. By him only caring about others and trying his hardest to build up others so much, he inspires the rest. Why stain likes him so much too

That's such a great point but do know that Stain himself recognized Deku as a hero and Deku wants to become no.1 because he wants to become a pillar of hope that smiles as he saves everyone just like All Might and not just for the sake of being at the top. I agree with your thoughts except the one you made for Deku. All Might himself said that he's more heroic than everybody else even without any quirk at the beginning of the series.

With the latest issue of Vigilantes, it's sort of confirmed that Stain's origins are going to be highlighted, as a character appears with the exact same quirk.
ok so there was an ad for the new Sonic the Hedgehog movie and i found out, Doctor Strange makes a portal for Sonic to get to the movie's universe, blame Marvel for the next most cringe movie of the year award.
But how does stain immobilize the noumo? (I think that's how it's spell) he lick the lady blood and then activated his quirk on it. he can activate his quirk on anyone as long as he gets blood in his mouth? and depending on that blood type is how long it holds
