I was looking at a thumbnail from the new NFS of a widebody tastelessly modified Porsche 918 and then I came across this afterwards and was shocked to see reality has become even more stupid than Need For Speed.

The 3 series and the M3 Touring is just mind blowing. Not a fan of the baby blue :), but the Blacked-out rims or the gold/bronze colors are truly nice.

the exhaust is actually the one that I have seen like 4 years ago first .... there were only rumors about it that it's going to be the same or similar as the Lexus LFA. I think this is going to grow on anyone as time passes. The new M3/M4 has the huge grill in the front, and I have to say it's beautiful but then again, it's very subjective. I have seen the M2 already in all white and I have to say it was very nice!
This new line of BMWs are gonna be considered classics one day...people laugh at the grills but deep down we all know these are future classics

It’s such a shame that they are not bringing the M3 wagon to the states. 3 of my friends and I were ready to purchase now. Two of those friends went ahead and and bought Audis. We want performance wagons and not SUVs. I’m going to give it one more year before I jump the BMW ship…

I feel like when you say, wait until you see it in black, that proves that the design is a bit off. Most cars look less divisive in black. It needs to look good in a bright colour.
That price is ridiculous for an M2.
I paid 70 after everything w extended maintenance and warranty for an M2c and it was worth every penny, I imagine this one is too.

@@ignuh sorry my bad💀 the n55 and b58 sound the same so I thought that they’re using b58s in the m2s. The s series motors sound so bad but have a great power boost. Which engine is better between the b58 and n55?
@@spookyreaper1702 The N55 surely has better sound than the S55, but I think its more subjective opinion. The B58 is the replacement for the N55, so BMW improved alot since the release. It is "nearly trouble free" now unlike their previous generations N54, N55. The B58 is newer and more reliable, so i would go for that option. Its also has a very nice sound.
@@ignuh I’m asking cause there’s a few m140i 240i and a bmw m2 from 2019 at a dealership near me and I can afford to finance them so been struggling to decide between the m2 and m140i I love both 🤩but hearing that the b58 is reliable makes me want either the 240/140 cause it’s gonna be my new daily. Thanks for corr crying me too. I thought just the older 135is had the n55

I know I’ll grow to like it eventually like how I’m okay with the g series m3/4 but it doesn’t even look like a m2 anymore. But it looks like this car was expensive to build. The parts look very high quality. Ugly but high quality
If your arguement that the new M2 is a good looking car by recommending black, a color that hides intakes and lines on a car, then it is not a good looking car.
The exhaust shape is a turd. The rear wing needs to be pushed a bit more back to the edge of the trunk. The side winglets are also awful. I would keep the front bumper (with a different front lip), the wheels and the rear wing.

The carbon aero kit is definitely overdone in my opinion. Here the saying “less is more” takes on extra meaning. I like the different exhaust design and diffuser. Remove all the rest of the added cosmetic touches like the large wing and spoilers. The car is ok otherwise. Carbon roof is nice contrast with exterior red paint.
I don't know what it says about Germans that they love black cars so much. Northern Germans anyway - they're a little more flamboyant in the South. I lived in Hamburg for a few years and so many of the top end cars in Porsche, BMW, Mercedes showrooms and on driveways were black that it verged on comedy. I never quite decided if it was because they wanted to be understated, wanted to look "verdammt cool" or just hadn't an iota of imagination. Probably a bit of all 3.

Answering the question, nobody asked. What happens if you smush a Civic type R and a heavily disguised BMW 2 series together? No amount of performance can compensate for the looks. Aftermarket should have a cakewalk with this.
