    The most underrated exercise. The best tricep workout that I have ever done in my life. Better than skull crushers better than close grip bench press. I literally cannot stress enough how great this exercise really is for your triceps

    This is a genuine question of mine, if you set the cables lower and step out of the machine a bit, wouldnt that make the line of force more in front, which keeps tension when the elbow is flexed more than the way you do it in the video? Waiting for your reply

    Why do I always feel these in my back and rear delts?

      Because when you straighten your arms up and down the rear delt will get targets.Instead bend at the top and straighten up to the down this will engage your tricep.
