This is a genuine question of mine, if you set the cables lower and step out of the machine a bit, wouldnt that make the line of force more in front, which keeps tension when the elbow is flexed more than the way you do it in the video? Waiting for your reply
Because when you straighten your arms up and down the rear delt will get targets.Instead bend at the top and straighten up to the down this will engage your tricep.
