This is one of the best instructors online. I even discuss with some of the physical therapists some of this guy's videos. Not only does he give great explanations on how to lift properly but then he has all the graphics that go with it to show precisely what muscles you're hoping to activate if lifting properly. Again just one of the very best instructors for lifting online. Very impressive work. Each and every one of his videos is great work
Watching this as a student in college learning this all, it makes me so happy to see a video literally perfectly describing the form with good cues for those using this demonstration for there own workouts. Wish there was more content like this out there. Just educating those for safety and effective workouts. I know this was 6 months ago but i genuinely am gonna sub for more of this content.

I would do the barbell religiously but saw very little progress. I just started purely doing the dumbbells and I can’t believe how much results I’ve gotten! Dumbbells are a major difference in muscle growth! Plus my shoulder feels better because I don’t feel like I’m over working it anymore. My chest and everything is looking and feeling wayy better!
And it doesnt work on heavy weights lol , unless u give dumbells a lil push with your knees and gain a lil bit of momentum you wont even go beyond 26kg(55p) for the average man .
