Train with me on my app doing my actual weekly program | 7-Day Free Trial | $8.99/mo
    Go to📲 www.myliftfitness.com
IMPORTANT INFO➡️ There is a lot of crossover activation between all of these muscles - regardless of hand position. This is simply a way to shift emphasis based on forearm position.
    Palms up = more biceps
    Palms down = more brachioradialis
Neutral Grip = Less biceps = more brachialis
I hope this helps make it simple for you ✊🏼

There is a significant body of literature suggesting that stretching the muscle is a major contributor to muscle hypertrophy. Additionally, several studies directly suggest and recommend the following for hypertrophy:
    1. Incline curls.
    2. Face-away curls.
These exercises involve an extended shoulder, leading to a stretched bicep throughout the exercise, i.e., more tension under load. Certainly, if one wants to ego lift the most weight possible using the "CNS" to push oneself rather than to build muscle, their workout might seem ideal. It's disappointing to see you initially disregard extended shoulders, contradicting a substantial portion of the literature, based on what I can assume is your personal feeling.

Learn some basic comprehension skills before typing multiple paragraphs of pointless information that have nothing to do with what he said. The only part of this video where he said the stretch is pointless is in the beginning when he took his arm way past the point that the stretch is actually effective. He then showed how to stay more stable and still get the best stretch you can get without uselessly overextending. Watch the video before you start commenting next time, you shouldn’t voluntarily look ignorant when you don’t have to.
