Train with me on my app doing my actual weekly program | 7-Day Free Trial | $8.99/mo
    Go to📲 www.myliftfitness.com
IMPORTANT INFO➡️ The Shoulder Press is highly effective for growing the Front & Middle Deltoids. The degree to which other muscles are trained depends on YOUR individual body structure & how you setup the movement
Some people may find that their triceps work the most. Others may feel their shoulders more. It all depends - experiment & find what is pain free while using proper form
I hope this helps you all

My chest and arms are becoming more tone.

That shoulder blade "scoop" really helps in a standing press. It's thoracic extension. It's safer for your shoulder joint, and gets the chest more involved in the movement to hit more muscle mass with more weight.

the more vertical is the shoulder press, the less you use your Pectoral ❤❤❤ , also the more down and closer are your elbows at the start of the press, the more deltoids activation until 90º angle, after the 90º angle the deltoids's contraction is isometric, then the Trapezium with the Serratus work together to finish the movement 🥂
